ABSTRACTIn this thesis, the author raises the title of the issue: a check for insurance against traffic accidents based on act 34 of 1964 juncto government regulation 18 of 1965 of compulsory traffic accidents (a Study at P.T. Jasa Raharja Representative of Lamongan). This research is a research into empirical juxology of the laws of juxiec which data the data by interview, and the literature or books and laws that are relevant to this research which are used as a secondary data. The results obtained from this study which come from interviews that have been conducted are also supported by data that has been collected and obtained from P.T. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Representative of Lamongan, which is a service from P.T. Jasa Raharja (Persero) especially the Lamongan Representative, has been very good, maximal, effective and even facilitated where the application for compensation can be via the internet. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Perwakilan Lamongan). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiaan hukum yuridis empiris yang mana pengumpulan datanya dengan melalui wawancara, dan literatur atau buku serta Undang-Undang yang relevan dengan penelitian ini yang mana digunakan sebagai data sekunder. Hasil yang didapat daripada penelitian ini yang mana berasal dari wawancara yang telah dilakukan juga ditunjang oleh data yang telah dihimpun dan diperoleh dari P.T. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Perwakilan Lamongan, yang mana itu pelayanan dari PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) khususnya Perwakilan Lamongan itu sudah sangat baik, maksimal, efektif bahkan dipermudah yang mana permohonan santunan bisa melelalui internet. Namun yang masih menjadi masalah atau kendala adalah masyarakatnya, yang mana masih kurang pengetahuan tentang asuransi, ganti kerugian dan cara pengajuan permohonannya.            Kata Kunci: Klaim, Ganti Rugi, Asuransi, Kecelakaan, Lalu Linta

THE STUDY OF LINGUISTIC PROBLEMS IN LEARNING SPEAKING SKILL

Abstract: This study aims to describe the linguistic problem faced by students in MA NU 03 Sunan Katong Kaliwungu Kendal in learning speaking and the students’ ways to resolve it. The method in this study was qualitative descriptive. XI grade in MA NU 03 Sunan Katong Kaliwungu were the population in this study which is XI social 3 as the sample by doing lowest sampling from all the class in XI grade. The data used in this study were observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The instrument of this research consist of the question of interview was adapted from Heriansyah (2012) and Robah (2021) and the questionnaire was adapted from Balqisa et al. (2020). The findings of this study showed that the student’s speaking performance was still low. The students have several linguistic problems in learning speaking based on students’ belive. Poor of grammar was dominated linguistic problem faced by students continued with a lack of vocabulary. Moreover, the third dominated linguistic problem in speaking was a lack of pronunciation. To overcome the linguistic problem, the students had several strategies to solve their problem in speaking such as using handphone to increase vocabulary and pronunciation, reading some book, listening to music, and watching films to improve vocabulary, asking to friend and teacher to get more information, and practice with their own self or with their friends in the class. Based on the findings, it gifts the information about the linguistic problem faced by students in English and their way to solve their problem in learning. TINGKAT KESUKAAN DAN NILAI GIZI COOKIES DENGAN PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG DAUN KATUK DAN TEPUNG DAUN KELOR UNTUK IBU MENYUSUI

Katuk leaves [Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr] and moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera Lam.) are plants that can be used as galactagogues. Galactagogues compounds in both can stimulate the hormones prolactin and oxytocin, thereby increasing milk production. Katuk leaves and moringa leaves have a natural taste that is not favoured so that processing and formulation of other ingredients are needed to make the two ingredients more preferable. With an average growth from 2016-2020 of 4.250%, cookies can be a medium to help meet human needs. This study purposed to determine the level of preference and nutritional value of cookies with the addition of katuk leaves and moringa leaves as a snack for nursing mothers. This study used a factorial research design with 2 factors, namely 3 levels of katuk leaf flour (5 g, 10 g, 15 g) and 2 levels of moringa leaf flour (5 g, 10 g). The hedonic test data were processed using the Friedman test and further test with the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Calculations used to test the effectiveness to determine the selected formula showed that the F4 treatment (5 g katuk leaf flour: 10 g moringa leaf flour) had the highest effectiveness value of 0.95. The results of the chemical test on the F4 treatment had a water content of 1.02%, carbohydrates 76.88%, protein 12.05%, fat 7.85%, and energy contributions of 423.50 kcal per 100 g, and 105.87 kcal per dose serving (30 g). Character Education Implementation through Arabic Language Teaching within Indonesian National Curriculum 2013 Framework

Spiritual education is education related to spiritual or soul. Spiritual education in this paper has been defined as a concept of education system that emphasizes the development of spiritual capability or spiritual standards that can be perceived by learners to achieve the perfection of life according to Islamic standards. The development of spiritual capability is not limited to learners, but covers all educational actors. Spiritual education that meant by the author in this paper is a component within the competence contained in Curriculum 2013. The author describes in this paper about the application of spiritual education in learning Arabic based on curriculum 2013 and to know how the results of its application. The application of spiritual education in the Arabic language subjects taught by giving examples of sentences related to spiritual which customized to the theme of learning Arabic. Furthermore through habituation activities that can be implemented as an application of spiritual education such as performing dhuha prayer every morning, praying at each starting lessons, reading bismillah while doing something etc. The assessment results of the implementation of spiritual education in Arabic learning on Curriculum 2013 are very significant

Pemahaman Konsep Kinematika Mahasiswa Calon Guru Fisika: Ditinjau dari Level Pemahaman dan Teori Resource

Dalam memahami konsep Fisika secara utuh, mahasiswa banyak mengalami kesulitan karena miskonsepsi (memahami konsep secara keliru dengan konsisten). Namun terkadang kesulitan tersebut disebabkan karena pemahaman mahasiswa yang tidak utuh (teori resource). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kesulitan mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep kinematika. Penelitian dilakukan pada 100 mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika tahun pertama. Dengan menggunakan 5 soal pilihan ganda beralasan, pilihan jawaban mahasiswa menjadi sumber data kuantitatif sedangkan alasan jawaban mahasiswa menjadi sumber data kualitatif. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik desktiptif. Sementara itu, data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan tahapan analisis Miles and Huberman untuk melihat level pemahaman mahasiswa dan resource yang diaktivasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep kinematika masih cenderung rendah. Hal tersebut diindikasi dari rata-rata skor pemahaman konsep kinematika yang hanya mencapai 37,00. Selain itu, rata-rata mahasiswa dengan level pemahaman mantap (Sound Understanding) hanya mencapai 7,2% dan resource yang diaktivasi dalam menajawab soal menunjukkan adanya pemahaman yang masih belum utuh

ANALISIS TINGKAT KEBUTUHAN DAN KEMAMPUAN PENYEDIAAN KONSUMSI KEDELAI DI KABUPATEN GARUT

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) kemampuan penyediaan kedelai pada tahun 2012 di Kabupaten Garut dan 2) prediksi kebutuhan konsumsi kedelai di Kabupaten Garut 5 tahun ke depan. Studi ini telah diselenggarakan dari Mei sampai Juli 2013. Pengumpulan data dalam wujud data deret waktu (time series) di dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2003-2012), data sekunder tersebut meliputi banyaknya penduduk, luas panen yang diukur dalam ha (hektar), produksi dan produktivitas kedelai pada setiap tahunnya di Kabupaten Garut, data tersebut selanjutnya diolah untuk menentukan hasil yang dibutuhkan untuk peramalan pemenuhan data kebutuhan dan kemampuan untuk menyediakan konsumsi kedelai di Kabupaten Garut. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan kualitatif sederhana untuk menentukan pemenuhan kebutuhan dan kemampuan konsumsi terhadap komoditas  kedelai, untuk mendapatkan peramalan kebutuhan kedelai di Kabupaten Garut 5 tahun kedepan dilakukan dengan menggunakan data terakhir dari instansi terkait, analisis kecenderungan (trend analysis), dan analisis deret waktu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kemampuan Kabupaten Garut dalam pemenuhan kedelai yang akan siap untuk dikonsumsi sebesar 21.462 ton pada tahun 2012, hasil ini belum melampaui kebutuhan yang harus disediakan Kabupaten Garut pada tahun tersebut yang berjumlah 25.178,44 ton kedelai. Pada tahun 2017 produksi kedelai Kabupaten Garut diramalkan akan menghasilkan sejumlah 23.655 ton sedangkan kebutuhan kedelainya diramalkan sebesar 26.807,96 ton, dengan  jumlah sebesar itu, Kabupaten Garut masih belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan perkapita penduduknya untuk komoditi kedelai.

MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TEBAK KATA DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP MAHARAH KALAM SISWA

The lack of habituation of maha>rah kala>m in arabic language learning needs to get special attention, especially at the level of madrasah ibtidaiyah class VI which in fact still occupies the age of children and requires the right approach in its development to deepen the habit of speaking Arabic. This study tries to offer the design of maha>rah kala>m learning through alternating word guessing methods to increase students' interest in speaking Arabic. This research is qualitative research with class action research approach. The data collection in this study was obtained by means of observation, questionnaire dissemination, and documentation. The data analysis uses descriptive analsis according to John Broades Watson's behavioristic stimulus theory. The results showed an increase in students' interest in arabic language which was originally only 48% to 55% reviewed from the level of nervousness, students' interest in methods, ease of methods, and the impact felt by students after practicing the alternating word guess. The existence of this study shows that alternating word guessing has a significant impact on students' learning

Registration of Nadhir at the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia (Concept Study of Legislation in Indonesia)

Nadhir in the view of modern thought is an important element in the legal act of waqf, the laws and regulations in Indonesia. In this case, according to the rules, nadhir must be registered with the Minister of Religion, regarding this matter, this paper tries to examine the concept of registering nadhir to the Minister of Religion in the rules of waqf in Indonesia. This study is normative research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach.
