Pemodelan Data Magnetotelurik Dengan Remote Reference Untuk Eksplorasi Cekungan Migas Studi Kasus: Lapangan EM-4

Magnetotelluric data modeling was used for oil and gas exploration. The parameters are apparent resistivity and phase. The magnetotelluric data of this research were line JBS4 with 71 sounding sites and line JBS8 with 66 sounding sites. The magnetotelluric data was completed by remote reference data which used for reducing the noise so that good data could be gotten. The magnetotelluric data was proceed in stage as follow: time series selection, Fourier transform, robust processing, cross power selection, and 2 dimension inversion. The result of this research showed that magnetotelluric method can figured out the sub-surface model well. From the result of interpretation 2D inversion magnetotelluric and other geophysical data (gravity anomaly map), we can conclude that magnetotelluric modeling figured out 2 sub-basins. Those sub basins had thick sediment layer (4000 meter for Bantarkalong Basin and 3000 meter for Citanduy Basin) and the dominant resistivity value was 22-119 Ohm.meter

PENGARUH TOTAL ASET DAN SIMPANAN KHUSUS ANGGOTA TERHADAP SISA HASIL USAHA (SHU) PADA KOPERASI KREDIT BUANA MEKAR PERIODE TAHUN 2010-2016

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Total Aset dan Simpanan Khusus Anggota terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) pada Koperasi Kredit Buana Endah periode 2010 -2016.   Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dua variabel independen terhadap satu variabel dependen yang kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis t serta uji hipotesis f untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansi pengaruhnya. Adapun populasi penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan publikasi Koperasi Kredit Buana Endah serta sampel diambil selama 7 tahun periode 2010-2016.   Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Total Aset, Simpanan Khusus Anggota dan Sisa Hasil Usaha dapat digambarkan mengalami fluktuatif selama periode penelitian yaitu dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, bahwa secara simultan Total Aset dan Simpanan Khusus Anggota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha dengan hasil Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 96,8% serta sisanya sebesar 03,2% merupakan faktor yang yang turut mempengaruhi Sisa Hasil Usaha tetapi tidak diteliti. Adapun secara parsial, Total Aset dan Simpanan Khusus Anggota masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha.   Kata kunci : Total Aset, Simpanan Khusus Anggota dan Sisa Hasil Usah

Pelayanan Konseling Kelompok Dalam Mengatasi Permasalahan Sosial Remaja (Studi Kasus SMK An-Naas Binjai)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran bimbingan dan konseling kelompok dalam membantu siswa mengatasi tantangan yang mereka miliki di sekolah dan dampak dari tantangan tersebut. Untuk penelitian ini, digunakan metode kualitatif yang disebut studi kasus. Wawancara dengan partisipan dalam penelitian, serta observasi dan pencatatan partisipan, digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) bimbingan dan konseling memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam proses pemecahan masalah kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah, dan pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling dapat diintegrasikan dengan berbagai pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. (2) keluaran proses bimbingan konseling dapat menjadi wadah utama untuk menyalurkan minat dan bakat siswa, sehingga peran dan fungsi bimbingan konseling adalah sebagai proses pencegahan dan proses pengobatan berbagai masalah

Resistor is an important part of electronics. Selection of the appropriate value in the resistor can optimize the circuit to work properly. Judging from all existing electronic equipment always requires resistors in designing it or in the manufacturing stage. Errors in selecting the value of the resistor can cause the circuit that is made not to work properly. This learning media aims to understand the value of the existing resistor by finding its value based on the resistor color correctly. This program functions to find the value of a resistor by using input in the form of a resistor bracelet color. This learning media program has been successfully created and the results seen work according to the formula or the size of the resistor you want to measure based on the bracelet color code (either 3 or 4 bracelets). . Concern with COVID-19 pandemic threat and attitudes towards immigrants: The mediating effect of the desire for tightness

Tightening social norms is thought to be adaptive for dealing with collective threat yet it may have negative consequences for increasing prejudice. The present research investigated the role of desire for cultural tightness, triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, in increasing negative attitudes towards immigrants. We used participant-level data from 41 countries (N = 55,015) collected as part of the PsyCorona project, a crossnational longitudinal study on responses to COVID-19. Our predictions were tested through multilevel and SEM models, treating participants as nested within countries. Results showed that people’s concern with COVID19 threat was related to greater desire for tightness which, in turn, was linked to more negative attitudes towards immigrants. These findings were followed up with a longitudinal model (N = 2,349) which also showed that people’s heightened concern with COVID-19 in an earlier stage of the pandemic was associated with an increase in their desire for tightness and negative attitudes towards immigrants later in time. Our findings offer insight into the trade-offs that tightening social norms under collective threat has for human groups
