    Perekonomian Indonesia terus melakukan inovasi dalam pertumbuhannya, termasuk melalui Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Semenjak tahun 2002 Indonesia telah menetapkan beberapa ketetapan diantaranya mewajibkan perbankan dan BUMN untuk mengaplikasikan GCG, membentuk Komite Nasional tentang Kebijakan Corporate Governance (KNKCG), Forum for Corporate Governance in Indonesia (FCGI) dan Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG). Tetapi pada kenyataannya masih banyak yang harus dibenahi dan terus dikembangkan pelaksanaan GCG di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner (angket). Subjek penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 128 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh berdasarkan jawaban responden terhadap angket yang telah dibagikan peneliti kepada karyawan KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera. Metode analisis datanya menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis, sedangkan pengolahannya menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kinerja Dewan Pengawas Syariah (X1) dan Auditor Internal (X2) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance KSPPS BMT NU SEJAHTERA (Y) dengan pengolahan data model regresi linier berganda sebagai : Y = 2,183 + 0,92 + 0, 329 + e. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut kedua variabel kinerja DPS (X1) dan Auditor Internal (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Governance di KSPPS BMT NU SEJAHTERA. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,189. Hal ini berarti 18,9% variabel Good Corporate Governance (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel independen di atas yaitu kinerja Dewan Pengawas Syariah (X1) dan Auditor Internal (X2) Sedangkan sisanya 81,1% (100% - 18,9% = 81,1%) dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelompokkan gerak dalam permainan outbound berdasarkan kelompok gerak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre-eksperimental design, yaitu mengetahui pengelompokkan gerak dalam permainan outbound berdasarkan kelompok gerak. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa usia 7-12 tahun SDN Pasanggrahan yang berlokasi pada Jalan Raya Palka Km. 8 Pabuaran, Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan tes gerak lokomotor, tes gerak non-lokomotor, dan tes gerak manipulatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS series 20 dengan alat uji yang digunakan antara lain: uji normalitas dengan kolmogorov-smirnov, uji homogenitas dengan lavene statistic, dan uji rata-rata dengan independent sample test yaitu untuk melihat skor rata-rata kelompok sampel siswa usia 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 tahun. Untuk uji normalitas data hasilnya normal dan uji homogenitas data hasilnya homogen, sehingga untuk uji rata-ratanya menggunakan uji parametrik. Maka penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengelompokkan gerak dalam permainan outbound berdasarkan kelompok gerak. ; The purpose of this study was to determine the motion of the game outbound grouping based on groups of motion.The study design used is pre-experimental design, the motion in the game aware outbound grouping based on groups of motion.Samples were students aged 7-12 years SDN Pasanggrahan located on Highway Palka Km. 8 Pabuaran, Serang district, Banten.The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The instrument used is using motion tests locomotor, non-locomotor movement tests, and tests of motion manipulative.Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS series 20 with the test equipment used, among others: the test for normality by Kolmogorov-Smirnov, homogeneity test with lavene statistic, and test average with independent sample test is to see the average score sample groups of students ages 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 years old. For data normality test results are normal and the data homogeneity test result is homogeneous, so as to test the average using parametric tests. This research can be concluded based on the results of data analysis suggests that there is motion in the game outbound grouping based on groups of motion

    Using The Participation Point System in Teaching Speaking Skills

    This research was aimed to investigate if there would be a significant difference in achievement between students who were taught EFL speaking skills by using the Participation Point System (PPS) technique and those who were taught by using the discussion technique at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. It was also aimed at finding out the response of the students’ towards the use of the PPS in learning speaking skills in a conversation class at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The participants for this research were 30 non-English first year students  in an EFL conversation class at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Tests and a questionnaire were used to collect the data. The findings from the research showed that the PPS can help the students improve their speaking skills more than the discussion technique in pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and expression. The PPS technique encourages the students to participate more in the classroom situation by asking and answering questions, expressing opinions and volunteering for classroom activities. It also creates a better teaching-learning atmosphere in the classroom

    Islamic education today cannot be separated from Islamic education in Islamic classical era. The Prophet Muhammad has served as a central figure of Islamic education from Islamic classical era to modern Era. The implementation of Islamic education in the time of the Prophet Muhammad can be categorized into Meccan period and Medina Period. In Meccan period, the prophet  put emphasis on tawhid, who used to adhare to politism, to adhare to monotism, that is to believe in Allah the only God. The strategy of education employed by the prophet was secret in nature. Initially, he conducated Islamic education amongst the members of his family and his companions then  to more extended cummunity. In Mecca, the Prophet made the house of al-Arqam ibn Abi Al-Arqam, as the centre of  Islamic education.  In Medinan period, the prophet conducted more complex  Islamic  education  than that  he did in Mecca. Islamic education conducted to covered  (a) Islamic brotherhood; (b) social walfare education;  and (c) nation defence education.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana eksistensi angkutan kota pete-pete dan strategi bertahan hidup sopir pete-pete di tengah gempuran moda transportasi online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan eksistensi pete-pete saat ini berada di batas ambang kritis. Beralihnya penumpang ke moda transportasi online membuat jumlah pete-pete menurun signifikan tiap tahunnya. Strategi bertahan hidup yang ditempuh oleh para sopir pete-pete juga tidak bisa dimaksimalkan akibat beberapa kondisi tertentu, umumnya para sopir juga hanya mengandalkan penghasilan dari narik pete-pete. Logika masyarakat yang menginginkan sebuah moda transportasi yang tidak hanya mudah dan murah, namun juga praktis dan bisa diakses kapan dan dimanapun menunjukkan masyarakat semakin rasional saat ini. Rasionalitas menjadi sesuatu yang tidak terelakkan dalam masyarakat modern dan menjadi roh bagi modernitas. Pete-pete kalah dengan inovasi yang ditawarkan oleh moda trasnportasi online.  Pete-pete kalah dengan hasrat dan logika pertumbuhan saat ini. Moda transportasi online sebagai sebuah disruptive innovation yang tidak hanya menggantikan teknologi lama yang serba fisik dengan teknologi digital, namun juga menghasilkan sesuatu yang benar-benar baru dan lebih efisien. Sifatnya tidak hanya destruktif namun juga kreatif.

Perbedaan perspektif mengenai wasathiyyah juga terjadi di kalangan cendikiawan muslim. Oleh karena demikian, artikel ini akan membahas tentang persamaan dan perbedaan dalam memahami wasathiyyah menurut Sayyid Qutb dalam tafsir Fi Zhilal Al-Qur’an dan Muhammad Sayyid Thanhawi dalam tafsir Al-Wasith.     This research is a quantitative quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The data analysis technique used factorial design 2Ă—2 (two-way Anova) and t test. Research location at SMA NW Suralaga in the even semester of TP. 2020/2021. The research subjects of class XI IPS are 43 students who are divided into two classes. The results showed, (1) There was a significant difference in learning outcomes between the experimental group (collaborating problem-based learning and mind mapping) which was better than the control group (conventional) with an effect of 70.48%. (2) There is a significant difference in the acquisition of learning outcomes between groups of students who have high achievement motivation better than groups of students who have low achievement motivation with an effect of 10.83%. (3) At the level of achievement motivation which are both high and (4) low, there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the experimental group (problem-based learning collaboration and mind mapping) which are better than the control group. (5) There is a significant difference in the achievement of learning outcomes between groups of students with low achievement motivation who study with collaborative problem-based learning and mind mapping models better than groups of students with high achievement motivation who study conventionally. (6) There is a significant interaction effect of problem-based learning and mind mapping collaboration, achievement motivation on student learning outcomes. Another finding in this study also proves that the conventional learning model is only suitable for students who have high achievement motivation and is fatal if applied to groups of students with low motivation, because it has implications for lower student learning outcomes
