Principio de oportunidad en el proceso penal militar colombiano

El principio de oportunidad en Colombia es de naturaleza constitucional y otorga facultad a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, para suspender, interrumpir y renunciar a la persecución penal, es decir, es una excepción al principio de obligatoriedad en cabeza del Estado de perseguir cualquier hecho punible. Sin embargo, hoy dicho instituto procesal penal contemporáneo ha sido restringido en la reforma que trajo la ley 1407 de 2010 al Código Penal Militar en Colombia , sin más argumento que la autonomía legislativa, desconociendo la humanización del derecho penal que impone la política criminal en Colombia, además de ser un principio fundamental del orden constitucional en cualquier sistema de procedimiento penal, por lo que es procedente su inclusión y aplicación en el sistema penal militar colombianoThe Principle of Opportunity in Colombia is a Constitutional Nature and provides authority to the attorney general s office, to suspend, discontinue and forgo criminal prosecution, means that, is an exception to the principle of obligatory in the head of the state to pursue any offense. La enseñanza de la prosodia en italófonos. Análisis contrastivo y estado de la cuestión

El principal objetivo de este trabajo es poner de manifiesto la importancia que tiene la prosodia en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de una lengua. Para ello, haciendo uso de técnicas experimentales y de aplicaciones informáticas diseñadas para el estudio y representación prosódica, presentamos un análisis prosódico contrastivo de los distintos tipos de interrogativas en hablantes italianos (variedad salernitana) hablando en español, que nos servirá para demostrar de manera empírica si existe transferencia prosódica de la L1 (italiano) sobre la L2 (español).The main purpose of this project is to highlight the significance of prosody within any language-learning/teaching process. Phenotypic evolution in microalgae: a dramatic morphological shift in Dictyosphaerium chlorelloides (Chlorophyta) after exposure to TNT

Phenotypic evolution in microalgae: a dramatic morphological shift in Dictyosphaerium chlorelloides (Chlorophyta) after exposure to TNT. The occurrence of rapid morphological evolution in the microalga Dictyosphaerium chlorelloides (Chlorophyta) was induced after exposure of the wild strains of the alga to the potent algal poison 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT). After exposing a wildtype population (consisted of representative spherical-ellipsoidal cells) to doses of TNT that were lethal for most of the cells, a TNT-resistant spindle-shaped mutant was able to proliferate. This spindleshaped mutant appeared spontaneously by rare mutations before the selective treatment: in deed, it was already present in the wild population. The frequency of the mutants within the ancestral population seemed to be determined by the balance between the rate of accumulation by recurrent mutation and the rate of elimination by selection (ranging 10-102 spindle-shaped mutants per 106 cells). We hypothesize that clone selection could take place in asexual populations of microalgae by selection of rare, pre-selective genotypes, driven by a drastic selective pressure subsequent to a catastrophic environmental changeEvolucion fenotípica en microalgas: un cambio morfológico espectacular en Dictyosphaerium chlorelloides (Chlorophyta) tras la exposición a TNT. Un cambio morfológico muy rápido tiene lugar en Dictyosphaerium chlorelloides (Chlorophyta) tras la exposición de cepas salvajes al potente alguicida 2,4,6 trinitrotolueno (TNT). Las cepas salvajes, sensibles al TNT, tienen una morfología típica esférico-elipsoidal. Tras exponer dichas cepas a dosis letales de TNT, solamente sobreviven células resistentes al tóxico cuya silueta es fusiforme. Estos resistentes fusiformes aparecen como consecuencia de mutaciones espontáneas que tienen lugar antes de exponer las cepas salvajes al agente selectivo (TNT): es decir, las células fusiformes estaban presentes en la población salvaje. La frecuencia de mutantes fusiformes en las poblaciones salvajes está definida por el equilibrio entre la tasa de acumulación de mutantes y la tasa en que son eliminados por tener una eficiencia biológica menor (10-102 mutantes fusiformes por 106 células salvajes). Se propone que la selección de clones podría ser un mecanismo de evolución adaptativa en poblaciones de microalgas asexuales. A syntactical understanding of Valencia’s growth and metropolitan interactions in the second half of the 20th

Valencia’s urban evolution has been often analyzed through its longstanding relation to the Turia River and its expansion towards the Mediterranean Sea, which are the main organizational spatial features of the city. In this article, Space Syntax theory has been used to further understand the underlying structure of the city’s growth between 1944 and 2000, contrasting it with a historical reflection that provides a solid basis for the scientific data retrieved. We have found an interesting evolution of the urban structure, which is characterized by an increasing connectivity of the street network and the consolidation of the agricultural system that defines the metropolitan area. This correlation illustrates the structural evolution of the city as a conglomeration of smaller-scale systems that support the spatial configuration of its network. Together with the bigger picture of Valencia’s relation to the sea and the river, the understanding of these aggregations, which have their origins in suburban villages that were adhered to Valencia’s body as it expanded over time, becomes a priority for laying future urban planning schemes

¿Cómo me ves? Experiencia de vídeos instructivos generados y evaluados por los alumnos

En la asignatura “Mecanización para la Agricultura Sostenible”, que se imparte en el quinto semestre del Grado en Ingeniería Agroambiental de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica, Alimentaria y de Biosistemas (ETSIAAB), durante el curso académico 2016‐2017 se ha implementado el uso del vídeo educativo generado por los propios estudiantes como actividad práctica de la asignatura. En esta propuesta los alumnos se han organizado en grupos, cada uno de los cuales ha elegido una de las unidades didácticas de la asignatura sobre la que deben preparar la sesión práctica correspondiente. La preparación de la misma supone estructurar su contenido en sub‐unidades sobre las que el grupo prepara sendos guiones de vídeo con supervisión de los profesores, que se graban con la asistencia de personal de servicios informáticos de la Escuela y del personal de taller. Los vídeos generados comprenden diversos aspectos necesarios para la realización de ensayos de campo de maquinaria agrícola (descripción, regulación y ejecución). En cada una de estas grabaciones un estudiante es el encargado de estar frente a la cámara explicando la materia previamente definida. El objetivo de estos vídeos es proporcionar al resto de sus compañeros las capacidades y conocimientos necesarios para realizar correctamente el ensayo de campo que se realizará posteriormente en una sesión de dos horas y sacar las conclusiones técnicas básicas sobre la ejecución de los mismos. Cada uno de los vídeos es evaluado posteriormente por parte de los alumnos y de los profesores en función de su utilidad en el proceso de aprendizaje (considerando las calificaciones de los estudiantes “espectadores” en cuestionarios específicos). Con esta propuesta se pretende incidir también en competencias transversales tales como la exposición oral y la capacidad de trabajo en equipo. La evaluación que el gran grupo hace de los vídeos generados por sus compañeros coincide en buena medida con la realizada por los profesores de la asignatura, lo que es indicador de la capacidad de los estudiantes para evaluar las explicaciones que se incluyen en el material audiovisual sobre contenidos técnicos específicos. La tasa de éxito en este curso ha mejorado respecto a la de los tres cursos anteriores, volviendo a los niveles obtenidos durante el primer curso de impartición de la asignatura. ----------ABSTRACT---------- In the course "Mecanización para la Agricultura Sostenible ", taught in the fifth semester of the Degree in Agro‐ Environmental Engineering of ETSIAAB, during the academic year 2016‐2017 the use of educational video generated by the students themselves as a practical activity in the framework of the afore mentioned subject has been implemented. In this proposal the students have organized into groups, each of which has chosen one of the didactic units of the subject on which to prepare the corresponding practical session. The preparation of the program involves structuring its content in sub‐units where the group prepares individual video screenings supervised by the teachers, which are recorded with the assistance of IT staff from the School and the Department workshop staff. The videos generated include various aspects needed for the realization of field tests of agricultural machinery (description, regulation and execution). In each of these recordings a student is in charge of being in front of the camera explaining the previously defined subject matter. The aim of these videos is to provide the rest of their colleagues with the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully carry out the field test that will be done later in a two‐hour session and draw the basic technical conclusions about the execution of the test. Each of the videos is subsequently evaluated by the students and the teachers according to their usefulness in the learning process (considering the ratings of the students "viewers" in specific questionnaires). With this proposal it is also intended to influence transversal competences such as oral exposition and the ability to work as a team. The large group's assessment of the videos generated by their peers is largely in line with that of the teachers, which is an indicator of the students' ability to evaluate the explanations included in the specific technical content of the videos. The success rate in this course has improved compared to the previous three courses, returning to the levels achieved during the first edition of the course
