Dificultades que genera el espacio reducido en las relaciones personales entre los alumnos de cuarto grado del colegio Compartir del corregimiento San Antonio de Prado.

Determinar la incidencia de los espacios reducidos de la institución Compartir en las relaciones interpersonales de los niños y niñas del grado cuarto.La vida social tiene su inicio en las aulas de clase, por esta razón, este espacio y momento  de socialización debe ser contemplado y reflexionado de manera profunda por parte de la familia  y las directivas de las instituciones, ya que en muchas ocasiones, en el afán de escolarizar los  niños, no se toma en cuenta que este encuentro con la sociedad se debe dar en un ambiente  adecuado, positivo, donde la práctica de los valores inculcados en el hogar puedan ser reforzados  y practicados de manera libre, alegre y espontánea, reconociendo a los demás como seres  diferentes, pero igualmente respetables y enriquecedores, aportantes para el desarrollo de la  personalidad de cada estudiante dentro del aula.  En la actualidad no es extraño encontrar casos de colegios muy pequeños con un elevado  número de escolares en una misma aula de clase, esto puede generar una gran cantidad de  dificultades en medio de las relaciones y la conducta de los infantes. De igual manera se podría  pensar que esto genere dificultades en su concentración y en su desempeño académico,  convirtiéndose así en un tema importante y trascendental en el medio escolar. Esta problemática  puede generar una gran cantidad de sentimientos y sensaciones en los niños, dificultades que  deben ser escuchadas y conocidas para abordarlas y afrontarlas de manera positiva, generando en  los niños un sentimiento de responsabilidad y compromiso con la formación y práctica de valores  dentro y fuera del aula de clase. Procesos de farmacovigilancia en el servicio farmacéutico colombiano.

La farmacovigilancia es un concepto amplio que comprende las distintas reacciones que pueden presentar los medicamentos sobre las personas, ya sea favorable o por el contrario perjudicial para la salud de los pacientes, es necesario realizar un seguimiento y evitar complicaciones, y por lo general aunque los medicamentos están sometidos a investigaciones pueden presentarse reacciones adversas que se dan cuando el medicamento ya se ha formulado, y el sistema de seguridad completa solo se puede conocer cuando ya está en el mercado, es por esto que se hace necesaria la farmacovigilancia. Su objetivo es contribuir al uso seguro y racional de los medicamentos para promocionar el uso adecuado de los mismos y todos estamos involucrados en buscar siempre la seguridad y tranquilidad de la comunidad. Con la normatividad se busca mejorar el sistema de seguridad en salud, con los reportes podemos vigilar y controlar los eventos adversos que se puedan presentar con los medicamentos y de esta forma contribuir a mejorar ya que las reacciones que se presentan con los medicamentos pueden ir de leves a graves afectando la salud de los pacientes donde se incluye efectos secundarios, colaterales e interacciones medicamentosas, es responsabilidad de nosotros como Técnicos en Regencia de Farmacia contribuir a educar al paciente sobre el uso adecuado de los medicamentos y notificar las reacciones adversas que se puedan presentar en sus tratamientos y de esta forma ayudando a mejorar la calidad de vida y evitar posibles daños en la salud.Pharmacovigilance is a broad concept that includes the different reactions that medicines may present on people, whether favorable or otherwise harmful to the health of patients, it is necessary to follow up and avoid complications, and usually although the drugs are undergoing research may present adverse reactions that occur when the drug has already been formulated , and the complete security system can only be known when it is already on the market, which is why pharmacovigilance is necessary. Its objective is to contribute to the safe and rational use of medicines to promote the proper use of them and we are all involved in always seeking the safety and tranquility of the community. With the regulations we seek to improve the health safety system, with the reports we can monitor and control the adverse events that may occur with the medicines and in this way contribute to improvement since the reactions that occur with the drugs can range from mild to severe affecting the health of patients where side effects are included , collateral and drug interactions, it is our responsibility as Pharmacy Regency Technicians to contribute to educating the patient about the proper use of medications and reporting adverse reactions that may occur in their treatments and in this way helping to improve quality of life and avoid possible harm in health

The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors. COVID-19 symptoms at hospital admission vary with age and sex: results from the ISARIC prospective multinational observational study

Background: The ISARIC prospective multinational observational study is the largest cohort of hospitalized patients with COVID-19. We present relationships of age, sex, and nationality to presenting symptoms. Methods: International, prospective observational study of 60 109 hospitalized symptomatic patients with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 recruited from 43 countries between 30 January and 3 August 2020. Logistic regression was performed to evaluate relationships of age and sex to published COVID-19 case definitions and the most commonly reported symptoms. Results: ‘Typical’ symptoms of fever (69%), cough (68%) and shortness of breath (66%) were the most commonly reported. 92% of patients experienced at least one of these. Prevalence of typical symptoms was greatest in 30- to 60-year-olds (respectively 80, 79, 69%; at least one 95%). They were reported less frequently in children (≤ 18 years: 69, 48, 23; 85%), older adults (≥ 70 years: 61, 62, 65; 90%), and women (66, 66, 64; 90%; vs. men 71, 70, 67; 93%, each P < 0.001). The most common atypical presentations under 60 years of age were nausea and vomiting and abdominal pain, and over 60 years was confusion. Regression models showed significant differences in symptoms with sex, age and country. Interpretation: This international collaboration has allowed us to report reliable symptom data from the largest cohort of patients admitted to hospital with COVID-19. Adults over 60 and children admitted to hospital with COVID-19 are less likely to present with typical symptoms. Nausea and vomiting are common atypical presentations under 30 years. Confusion is a frequent atypical presentation of COVID-19 in adults over 60 years. Women are less likely to experience typical symptoms than men

Clinical legal education: a look in comparative experience as a training model based on social justice

Como resultado de un esfuerzo académico, derivado del trabajo que se ha realizado al interior del Grupo de Acciones Públicas de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia de la Universidad del Rosario, en asocio con la Fundación Hanns Seidel, se concibió esta obra conmemorativa de los 22 años de creación y trabajo ininterrumpido del GAP. Este libro tiene dos propósitos: por un lado, documentar el quehacer de la clínica en diversos frentes, y por el otro, revisar de manera juiciosa y multidimensional las perspectivas que los profesores tienen alrededor de la Educación Legal Clínica hoy, en diversas regiones donde el modelo ha existido y ha ido buscando su lugar, su reconocimiento y posicionamiento. Litigio estratégico en Colombia: Casos paradigmáticos del Grupo de Acciones Públicas

Este libro busca compartir los resultados del trabajo de investigación-acción participativa que realiza el Grupo de Acciones Públicas -GAP- de la Universidad del Rosario, como parte de un esfuerzo de fortalecimiento de la educación legal clínica y el litigio estratégico en derechos humanos, donde la agenda para Colombia y América Latina es muy amplia, así como las necesidades de formación jurídica de calidad. Así mismo, este libro da cuenta de los avances en materia legal clínica y litigio estratégico del GAP, en el periodo 2009-2013, como continuación del ejercicio que inició en el 2009, al presentar un primer balance de sus casos clínicos en la obra Educación Legal única y defensa de los derechos humanos: casos paradigmáticos del Grupo de Amanes Públicas -GAP- (Editorial Universidad del Rosario, 2009). Según se ha establecido en los encuentros nacionales e internacionales sobre clínicas jurídicas, la sistematización y realización de publicaciones sobre el quehacer de las clínicas jurídicas es el insumo necesario para la formación de nuevas clínicas y el fortalecimiento de las existentes. Una característica importante de esta propuesta es que en su construcción participaron los supervisores del grupo y los estudiantes de la clínica, con lo cual se propuso una forma diferente de reflexionar y analizar la labor del grupo alrededor de la determinación de los casos paradigmáticos, la definición de una agenda temática, el diseño de estrategias de litigio, el abordaje de la investigación formativa y, así mismo, el desarrollo de habilidades de argumentación y escritura académica
