El juego de dados de Mozart como recurso didáctico para dinamizar los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las nociones básicas de la probabilidad

Una de las tareas más importantes del docente es la transposición didáctica, que consiste en transformar el saber abstracto en un saber enseñado, que se acomode a las necesidades de los estudiantes y que cumpla la función de ser significativo. En ese orden de ideas, el uso de recursos didácticos y la gestión docente facilitan tal tarea. En efecto, este taller consiste en la aplicación del recurso “Juego de dados de Mozart”, y tiene como finalidad ilustrar en qué consiste el juego, con ayuda de medios tecnológicos que permiten que cada persona pueda crear diversas composiciones musicales por medio del azar, y que, además, construya algunos conceptos de probabilidad. De esta manera se hará un aporte a la didáctica de la estocástica y, por ende, una propuesta para enseñar probabilidad por medio de un recurso innovador y que se puede adaptar para abordar diferentes conceptos

Evaluation of the Accessibility of the Homepages of the Web Portals of Ecuadorian Higher Education Institutions Ranked in Webometrics

The Web is essential for education and e-learning. This situation has been boosted by migration to distance education due to the SARS-Co V-2. However, students with disabilities have been seriously affected because online teaching is very often not accessible. For this reason, this research aims to evaluate the accessibility of the homepages of the web portals of the Ecuadorian higher education institutions ranked in the Webometrics with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 of the World Wide Web Consortium. The results obtained determined that the 65 homepages analyzed of the web portals have accessibility errors. Process Model for Continuous Testing of Web Accessibility

The lack of accessibility on websites can result in people with disabilities not accessing information online. Therefore, this research aims to create a process model for continuous web accessibility testing by adapting and customizing three methodologies: Deming cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM), and Total Quality Management. The process model is composed of four phases. The first phase (Plan) allows defining the accessibility problem, its importance, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) against which it will be evaluated. In addition, determine the current situation of the websites, the potential causes of accessibility problems, classify the success criteria by principles, guidelines, and levels of conformity, to elaborate the solution plan and the action plan. The second phase (Do) allows the execution of the action plan to correct the accessibility problems. In this phase, we should perform continuous testing with automatic evaluation tools, end-users, and experts to corroborate that the changes have had an effect. The third phase (Check) allows measuring compliance and non-compliance with the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This phase also explains the reasons for non-compliance. The fourth and last phase (Act) documents the solutions learned for inclusion in future developments. It was tested using a case study to determine the viability of the process model, which allowed corroborating its functionality and applicability. Empirical Studies on Web Accessibility of Educational Websites: A Systematic Literature Review

Web accessibility means that people with some type of disability can make use of the Web in the same conditions as the rest of the people. When we talk about web accessibility, we refer to a web design and development that allows these people to perceive, understand, navigate and interact with the Web. Web accessibility also benefits other people, including elderly people whose abilities have declined as a result of age. The Web is an essential resource in human activity: education, employment, government, commerce, health, entertainment and many others benefit of the power of the Web. The aim of this systematic literature review is to analyze the empirical methods of evaluating accessibility to educational websites, disabilities and their errors described in a total of 25 selected studies. The results show that in 20 of the 25 papers, web accessibility was evaluated with automatic tools, in 2 papers it was evaluated with real users and in the other 3 papers with automatic tools, real users and experts. There is also evidence that all the educational websites analyzed in the papers need to correct errors. In conclusion, educational websites do not meet any version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and their conformance levels. According to the results, the empirical evaluation methods used for web accessibility could be improved by adopting automatic evaluation tools for website construction and manual mechanisms with web accessibility experts. Proponer la fé cristiana en una cultura de increencia e indiferencia religiosa

En este trabajo se identifican líneas de acercamiento y de diálogo para proponer la fé cristiana en contexto de indiferencia religosa. Para comprender tal fenómeno el trabajo se apoyó en el dianóstico de tres autores que enfocan la cuestión desde ángulos diversos, la comunicación y el lenguaje, la práxis cristiana y los imaginarios culturales, con base en el análisis de la situación que hacen los autores, se identifican los elementos fundamentales a considerar en el diálogo con la indiferencia religiosa que identifica la cultura actual. Se constata la urgencia de recuperar al interior de la iglesia lo fundamental de la experiencia de fe, en un proceso estructural de reconversión del creer, como condición para comunicar la experiencia religosa en una cultura secularizada y postmoderna.In this work there are identified lines of approximation and of dialog to propose the christian faith in context of religious indifference. To understand such a phenomenon, the work takes the dianosis of three authors who focus the question from diverse angles, the communication and the language, the christian praxis and cultural imaginary. With base in the analysis of the situation that those authors do, the fundamental elements are identified to considering in the dialog with the religious indifference that characterizes the current culture. Determinación de la naturaleza de las medidas cautelares de carácter personal en la legislación ecuatoriana

El término medidas cautelares es común en algunas ramas del derecho. Dependiendo de la legislación, éstas se han entendido como disposiciones propias del Derecho Procesal Civil, Penal, Administrativo, Constitucional, entre otros. De modo general cualquier proceso donde aún no se decide una situación jurídica, tiene un desenlace incierto que puede afectar una pretensión, para esto surge la medida cautelar, el propósito es, ayudar a que el derecho pueda conseguir su fin. El presente trabajo se centra en el campo del Derecho Procesal Penal y las medidas cautelares que son propias de esta materia. Solo de modo circunstancial se mencionan disposiciones pertinentes a otras ramas del derecho, con la finalidad de explicar la naturaleza de las medidas cautelares del proceso penal. Según la doctrina, hay varias formas de clasificar a las medidas cautelares en función de diferentes criterios; sin embargo, de acuerdo a nuestra legislación Procesal Penal, existen dos tipos de medidas, según la afectación que tienen para conseguir su fin, éstas son reales y personales. El criterio de clasificación de las medidas cautelares en nuestro sistema se refiere en todo caso, a los derechos que se están limitando con la imposición de la medida. Analysis of Educational Data in the Current State of University Learning for the Transition to a Hybrid Education Model

Currently, the 2019 Coronavirus Disease pandemic has caused serious damage to health throughout the world. Its contagious capacity has forced the governments of the world to decree isolation and quarantine to try to control the pandemic. The consequences that it leaves in all sectors of society have been disastrous. However, technological advances have allowed people to continue their different activities to some extent while maintaining isolation. Universities have great penetration in the use of technology, but they have also been severely affected. To give continuity to education, universities have been forced to move to an educational model based on synchronous encounters, but they have maintained the methodology of a face-to-face educational model, what has caused several problems in the learning of students. This work proposes the transition to a hybrid educational model, provided that this transition is supported by data analysis to identify the new needs of students. The knowledge obtained is contrasted with the performance presented by the students in the face-to-face modality and the necessary parameters for the transition to this modality are clearly established. In addition, the guidelines and methodology of online education are considered in order to take advantage of the best of both modalities and guarantee learning

La lúdica como herramienta pedagógica en el fortalecimiento de las relaciones espaciales, en escolares de 6 y 7 años

Las relaciones espaciales son fundamentales para el desarrollo cognitivo y operacional de los individuos; por tal razón, resulta de vital importancia generar estrategias pedagógicas que contribuyan con su aprendizaje, desarrollo y fortalecimiento. La presente investigación se centra en diseñar una estrategia didáctica mediada por la lúdica para el fortalecimiento desarrollo de las relaciones espaciales de niños 6 y 7 años que se encuentran en grado transición y primero de la Institución Educativa Distrital Moralba Sur Oriental ubicado en el Barrio San Cristóbal de la ciudad de Bogotá de ahora en adelante IED Moralba, teniendo en cuenta una fundamentación teórica enfocada en el constructivismo, estilos de aprendizaje y la lúdica. La metodología, se desarrolla mediante la combinación de los enfoques cualitativo y cuantitativo, para la recolección de la información se acudió a la aplicación del Test de Boehm para indagar sobre las relaciones espaciales y el Test de Kolb para establecer los estilos de aprendizaje de un grupo de 54 estudiantes de grados transición y primero de la IED Moralba; de igual manera, se aplicó la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada a los tres docentes que atienden dicha población. Los resultados reflejaron que las mayores dificultades se presentan en las relaciones espaciales de lateralidad, orden y que el principal estilo de aprendizaje de preferencia de los alumnos es el Kinestésico seguido de la visual. Por lo anterior, se diseñó la estrategia pedagógica “Mi cuerpo descubre el espacio constituida por un total de ocho sesiones de clase en las que se pretende potencializar la lateralidad y relaciones de orden en los estudiantes de los primeros años de escolaridad.Spatial relationships are fundamental for the cognitive and operational development of individuals; for this reason, it is of vital importance to generate pedagogical strategies that contribute to their learning, development and strengthening. This research focuses didactic strategy mediated by the playful for the strengthening development of spatial relationships of children 6 and 7 years who are in transition grade and first Moralba Sur Oriental Educational District located in the San Cristóbal neighborhood of the city of Bogotá considering a theoretical foundation focused on constructivism, learning styles and playfulness. The methodology, developed through the combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, for the collection of information was used to the application of the Boehm Test to inquire about spatial relationships and the Kolb Test to establish the learning styles of a group of 54 students of transition degrees and first of the IED Moralba, the technique of semi-structured interviews was applied to the three teachers who serve this population. The results showed that the greatest difficulties occur in the spatial relationships of laterality and order and that the main learning style of preference of the students is the kinesthetic followed by the visual. Therefore, the pedagogical strategy "My body discovers space" was designed, consisting of a total of eight class sessions in which it is intended to potentiate laterality and relations of order in students of the first years of schooling
