Questa tesi trae ispirazione da un documentario, veduto alcuni anni fa, che si riferiva a ricerche intraprese con carattere multidisciplinare a Delfi, nell’area del santuario di Apollo

TRANSITION FROM CARBONATE PLATFORM TO PELAGIC DEPOSITION (MID JURASSIC- LATE CRETACEOUS), VOURINOS MASSIF, NORTHERN GREECE

A Jurassic- Cretaceous carbonate succession crops out along the Zyghosti Rema, Kozani (Northern Greece). The substratum consists of the ophiolitic succession of the Vourinos Massif (Pelagonian Domain): serpentinites tectonically overlain by basalts, with thin lenses of radiolarian cherts of middle Bathonian age. The contact with the overlying Jurassic limestones is tectonic. Eight informal units have been distinguished within the Mesozoic limestones, from the base upwards. (A) bioclastic, intraclastic and oolitic packstone (Callovian- Oxfordian). (B) bioclastic packstone and coral boundstone (Oxfordian ). (C) bioclastic and oncoidal wackestone with Clypeina jurassica (Oxfordian- Upper Kimmeridgian). (D) (Upper Kimmeridgian- Portlandian): oncoidal packstone and rudstone (facies D1); intraclastic and bioclastic grainstone and packstone (facies D2); neptunian dykes with intraclastic and bioclastic wackestone and packstone filling (facies D3); neptunian dykes with Fe-Mn rich laterite filling and with pink silty filling of early Late Cretaceous age. An unconformity surface, due to emersion and erosion of the platform during the latest Jurassic- Early Cretaceous, is overlain by (E) intraclastic, bioclastic packstone and grainstone (Cenomanian). (F) massive body of debrites with coral, echinoderm, algae and rudist large clasts (facies F1) (Cenomanian); turbiditic beds of bioclastic, intraclastic and lithoclastic rudstone and grainstone (facies F2). (G) thin bedded bioclastic mudstone and wackestone with planktonic foraminifers and radiolarians, alternating with turbiditic beds of bioclastic, intraclastic packstone and rudstone and with conglomeratic levels and slumped beds of the previous turbidites (upper Santonian- lower Campanian). (H): bioclastic packstone with planktonic foraminifers (facies H1) (lower Campanian - ?Maastrichtian); amalgamated turbiditic beds of bioclastic wackestone and packstone with planktonic foraminifers (facies H2); turbiditic beds of bioclastic packstone and rudstone (facies H3). These features allow to recognise the following sequence of events: 1) development of a carbonate platform in the Middle and Late Jurassic; 2) its overthrusting onto the ophiolites and its emersion starting from latest Jurassic time, with erosion and deposition of laterites; 3) marine transgression on the Jurassic platform and on the ophiolites during the early Late Cretaceous, and 4) extensional tectonism and platform demise starting in the Cenomanian, with sedimentation of gravity flows and turbidity currents deposits from the Cenomanian to the Campanian- ?Maastrichtian

Mecanismos de solución para erradicar la corrupción en el Ministerio Público Distrito Fiscal Lima Norte año 2022

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad fundamental indicar cuáles son los mecanismos de solución para erradicar la corrupción en el Ministerio Público Distrito Fiscal Lima Norte año 2022. Se trata de un estudio de enfoque cualitativo de tipo fenomenológico. La muestra fue realizada a una fiscal especializada en delitos de corrupción y dos fiscales en materia penal. Se levantó información mediante la técnica de la entrevista, la cual consistió en ocho preguntas. El análisis se realizó en base a la información brindada en las respuestas de dichas entrevistas, además, de documentos relacionados al tema de investigación. Los resultados dan cuenta que dentro de los poderes del Estado existe una gran proporción de funcionarios y servidores involucrados en actos de corrupción; es por ello que se necesita tomar decisiones adecuadas a fin de erradicarla. Asimismo, se recomendó que los poderes del Estado deben buscar nuevos mecanismos con la finalidad de erradicar estos actos de corrupción que existen en el aparato estatal desde sus más altas instancias

EL principio de participación en la contratación con recursos públicos: estudio de caso en el municipio de palmar de Varela durante los primeros 100 días del periodo de gobierno 2016-2019.

DerechoThe aim of the present research is oriented to formulate a socio-juridical analysis about the citizen participation, in the contracting processes with public resources in Palmar de Varela town, department of the Atlantic; starting from the description of the principle of participation and its regulation about the contracting with public resources in Colombia. Then the identification of the mechanisms of participation applied to the contracting with public resources in Palmar de Varela town, for this were applied surveys to the population and petition rights were interposed to the public administration; with this was obtained as a result by the citizenship, a lack of knowledge of the principles and spaces of participation and by the administration, the breach of the principle of participation in the contracting processes with public resources.Formular un análisis socio-jurídico acerca de la participación ciudadana en los procesos de contratación con recursos públicos del Municipio de Palmar de Varela, departamento del Atlántico; a partir de la descripcion del principio de participación y su regulación a propósito de la contratación con recursos públicos en Colombia. Seguidamente la identificación de los mecanismos de participación aplicados a la contratación con recursos públicos en el Municipio de Palmar de Varela, para ello se aplicaron encuestas a la población y se interpusieron derechos de petición a la administración pública; con lo que se obtuvo como resultado el desconocimiento por parte de la ciudadanía sobre los principios y espacios de participación y por parte de la administración, el incumplimiento del principio de participación en los procesos de contratación con los recursos públicos

Governance for territorial development: from conception to action – the case of Para Rural Program

O artigo analisa a concepção e as ações de uma política pública do governo do estado do Pará (GEP) que visava promover desenvolvimento territorial: o Programa de Redução da Pobreza e Gestão dos Recursos Naturais do Pará (Pará Rural). A ideia era reduzir a pobreza dos entes rurais pobres com recursos de um acordo de empréstimo entre o Banco Mundial e o GEP. No entanto, o Pará Rural investiu em projetos produtivos sem ordenar o território, tendo desprezado processos de governança territorial que faziam parte de seus instrumentos e aplicado a política pública sem considerar as pessoas ou o ambiente para os quais ela foi projetada, como resultado de interesses antes de governos que do Estado.It is to analyze the proposal of a public policy of Para State Government (GEP), as its design and actions, presents towards territorial development. Hemólisis aguda post implante de Paraguas de Rashklind en Ductus Arterioso Persistente. Tratamiento Quirúrgico.

We report a case of an acute mechanical haemolisis in a woman of 50 years old that ocurred after a percutaneous closure of a patent ductus arteriosus by a Rashkind double umbrella prosthesis.Surgical removal of the device using Cardiopulmonary bypass and ligation of the duct were required before haemolisis was abolished
