    This research is about "A Study On The Relationship Between Employees Workload and Job Satisfaction" Which has been done at the Finance and Processing Division of Permodalan Nasional Berhad which located at Menara PNB, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. PNB Group of companies was formed in 17 March 1987. PNB is a whole subsidiary company of Bumiputera Investment Foundation. They are many departments under PNB, of which for this study, only taken 4 departments were taken which is under the Investment and Processing Division. There are Finance Department, Accounts Department, Investment and Processing Department and Procurement Department. The objectives of this study are first, to identify the relationship between schema aspects and employees job satisfaction. Second, to verify the relationship between operation aspects employees job satisfaction and third, to examine the relationship between control aspects and employees job satisfaction. All the objectives are looking at each of the employee in the Finance and Investment Processing Division of Permodalan Nasional Berhad. In studying the problems that related to this study, certain important issues being identified. Most important problem is what is the relationship between workload and job satisfaction among employees at the Investment and Processing Division which first workload from the schema aspects where which are identified from the work distribution for each of the employees by having a schedule, outline, and planning of their work. Second, from the operation aspects which are identified from the procedures, handling operation and process of their work.. As for the last factor is looking at the control aspects which are identified from their ability to control their task according to time given

    PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN TEPUNG DAUN INDIGOFERA SP DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP KONVERSI DAN EFISIENSI PAKAN BURUNG PUYUH (COTURNIS-COTURNIS JAPONICA)

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung daun indigofera sp dalam ransum terhadap konsumsi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan burung puyuh (Coturnis-Coturnis Japonica). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan. Setiap ulangan terdiri dari 5 ekor puyuh, perlakuan yang diterapkan yaitu: P0 = Tanpa perlakuan (kontrol). P1 = Perlakuan tepung daun indigofera sp (5%). P2 = Perlakuan tepung daun indigofera sp (10%). P3 = Perlakuan tepung daun indigofera sp (15%). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai Juli 2021. Bertempat di Desa Pakeng, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, penambahan tepung daun indigofera sp dalam ransum berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap konversi pakan dan efisiensi pakan burung puyuh. Adapun perlakuan terbaik yaitu P3 (penambahan 15% tepung daun indigofera sp)

    Implementing Weekly Work Plan Lab into CM 214 - Residential Construction

    A schedule is one of the primary components of any construction project and can determine the success of a job. Schedules most often contain high-level line items and lack the details it takes to actually implement daily work in the field. Subcontractors, as the specialists, understand the myriad of smaller tasks that a master schedule omits. It is the job of a superintendent to extract this information from subcontractors during pull plans, to build precise schedules, called weekly work plans (WWP). At Cal Poly it is expected that students receive a well-rounded curriculum in how to build various types of schedules. The CM 214 Residential class builds a Tiny House to help students understand the basic steps in building a home. The class does an excellent job teaching through learn-by-doing, however, there is always room for improvement. The proposed class module is centered around a WWP lab, where the goal is to enhance student learning outcomes and prepare students for their careers. The WWP lab was devised from an internship experience, working for Turner Construction at the LA Stadium at Hollywood Park. A WWP is a more detailed schedule than a traditional schedule, which is utilized by superintendents to build and track their work. In the lab, students will be responsible for filling out the WWP before they start building and then track the progress of their work throughout the day. This assignment will help students to increase collaboration, accountability, understanding of the complete building process, and to limit rework

    Process for Thermal Fixation of Atmospheric Nitrogen

    This paper discusses a new process for converting atmospheric nitrogen into nitric acid and nitric oxides based on technology and information developed by our aerospace programs. The basis of this process is the high temperature reaction of air to form appreciable percentages of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is thermodynamically unstable at lower temperatures and the initial equilibrium must be frozen in a few milliseconds as the air temperature is decreased to a region of slow kinetics. In this process, compressed air is heated in an electric arc to 3000 - 4000°K. Then it is immediately cooled very fast in a magnetohydrodynamic power conversion unit to about 2000°K and the generated electricity is recycled to the arc heaters. The nitric oxide (NO) formed in the arc is cooled further rapidly in a water spray to about 1400 K. This makes possible a recoverable concentration of 5.0 to 9.0% NO in air for this process. Finally, the nitric oxide reacts with more oxygen to form nitrogen dioxide which is converted to nitric acid by absorption in water. Although some of the thermodynamics and kinetics for this process have been known for years, accurate quantitative determination of the equilibrium and reaction rate values was not done until the aerospace programs in reentry sciences and atomic physics were carried out in the last few years. Engineering and applied science data for this process are required for electric arc heaters, gas heat transfer, gas dynamics, and high temperature materials, and this has been obtained in various aerospace programs

    Penyebab menurunnya mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Timur Kabupaten Barito Timur

    Pendidikan bermutu adalah salah satu bentuk pelayanan pendidikan yang akan diberikan oleh seluruh lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia, sesuai amanah dari Undang-Undang nomor 20 tahun 2003 pasal 5 ayat 1, setiap warga negara mempunyai hak yang sama untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang bermutu. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis penyebab menurunnya mutu pendidikan dan upaya Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Timur memperbaiki menurunnya mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Timur, Kabupaten Barito Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Data di analisis data dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Objek penelitian adalah Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Standar Sarana dan Prasarana, Standar Pengelolaan. Informannya Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan, Ketua Komite Sekolah. Hasil penelitian (1) Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan menurun disebabkan jumlah guru kurang, masih ada guru mengampu mata pelajaran tidak sesuai latar belakang pendidikan, kurang dari 41% guru memiliki sertifikat pendidik, belum memiliki Guru Bimbingan Konseling. Kepala Madrasah belum memiliki sertifikat Kepala Madrasah, Kepala Perpustakaan tidak memiliki sertifikat, tidak memiliki tenaga perpustakaan, tidak memiliki teknisi laboratorium, tidak memiliki laboran. Kemampuan kewirausahaan tidak dimiliki Kepala Madrasah, kemampuan merencanakan program supervisi, mengevaluasi hasil supervisi, menindaklanjuti hasil supervisi tidak dimiliki Kepala Madrasah. Kepala Tenaga Administrasi tidak memiliki sertifikat. (2) Standar Sarana dan Prasarana menurun disebabkan laboratorium tidak didayagunakan, sarana praktik tidak didayagunakan. (3) Standar Pengelolaan menurun disebabkan Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah (RKJM) dan Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT) serta proses penetapan struktur organisasi tidak memperhatikan masukan komite sekolah. Kepala madrasah tidak mempertanggungjawabkan pelaksanaan pengelolaan bidang non-akademik, Pengawas Madrasah tidak melakukan pengawasan akademik sejak tahun 2014. Upaya Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Timur memperbaiki mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Timur, Kabupaten Barito Timur, yaitu : pengumpulan data keberhasilan siswa, membentuk pembagian tugas guru. Maka dari hasil penelitian ini, teori kuadran Penting dan Mendesak menurut Stephen Covey perlu di implementasikan, yaitu mendahulukan perbaikan terhadap komponen yang tersedia saat ini, kelemahan yang diperbaiki akan meningkatkan nilai standar mutu pendidikan, yaitu : (1) Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan dilakukan perbaikan dengan mengusulkan para guru-guru mata pelajaran kepada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin untuk mendapat pendidikan dan pelatihan kompetensi professional, (2) Standar Sarana dan Prasarana, mendayagunakan laboratorium secara maksimal. (3) Standar Pengelolaan, MAN 1 Barito Timur mempertanggungjawabkan pelaksanaan pengelolaan bidang non-akademik pada rapat komite sekolah, Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Barito Timur melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi berkenaan dengan fungsi dan tugas Pengawas madrasah. Abstract Quality education is one form of educational services to be provided by all educational institutions in Indonesia, according to the act of the Republik Of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 article 5 paragraph 1, every citizen has equal rights to receive a good quality education. The research objective are to analyze the main caused of the education quality decreasing and analyze the effort to increase the value of the standard components of education in Madrasah AliyahNegeri 1 Barito Timur, Barito Timur regency. This research used a qualitative method, the data collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analyze the data starting with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validation used the observation extension and triangulation techniques. The Subjects are Educators and Education Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, and Management Standards. The informants are Teacher and Education Staff, and Chairman of the School Committee. This research show, are : (1) Educators and Education Staff are decreasing due to number of teachers are lacking and not in accordance with their educational background, less than 41% of teachers have educator certificate, students don’t have the counselor. The Headmaster of Madrasah doesn’t have Madrasah Headmaster Certificate. Head of the Library doesn’t have a certificate and library staff. Head of laboratory not enough qualified and doesn’t have a lab technician. The Head of Madrasah doesn’t have entrepreneurial capability, unable to plan supervision programs, unable to evaluate the result of supervision, and unable to follow up the result of supervision. Head of the Administrative Staff doesn’t have a certificate. (2) Facilities and Infrastructure Standards are decreasing due to the science lab and practice facilities were not optimally utilized. (3) Management Standars are decreasing due to Work Plan Medium Term (RKJM), The Annual Work Pland (RKT), and the process of determing the organizational structure didn’t consider the opinions of the school committe. The Headmaster didn’t take responsibility to the implementation of non-academic management. Madrasah’s supervisors didn’t conducted academic supervision since 2014. The effort of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Barito Timur to improve the education quality, are : collecting data of student success and forming the division of teacher assignments. So from the result of this study, Urgent-Important Quadrant Theory by Stephen Covey needs to implementing, to prioritize improvements the current components, and the weekness are improvements would be increase the value of quality education are: (1) Educators and Education Standards are improve by proposing the subject teachers to Banjarmasin Religious Training Center to receive professional education and training competency. (2) Facilities and Infrastructure Standards are improve by maximal optimalization of the laboratory, (3) Management Standards are improve by MAN 1 Barito Timur take responsibility the implementation of non-academic management in the school committe meeting, and the Ministry of Religion Office of Barito Timur regency proactively to monitors and evaluating regarding the function and duties of madrasah supervisor
