Curs acadèmic 2015-2016En el siguiente trabajo se expone todo aquello que he aprendido durante estos meses y todo lo que ha supuesto para mí este máster. Después de haberlo cursado, me siento muy satisfecha de haberlo elegido ya que me ha servido tanto en mi ámbito personal, como también en mi experiencia laboral y académica. Aunque había leído de qué se trataba y de qué iban las asignaturas, las diferentes teorías, conceptos y prácticas de los profesores me han ido sorprendiendo cada vez más. Me ha motivado mucho para seguir mi trayectoria profesional por este camino y aplicar muchas cosas que nos han ido explicando a lo largo del máster sobre los empleados en las diferentes organizaciones y las intervenciones que podemos utilizar en estos contextos, hechos que explicaré en el apartado de competencias. Desde mi punto de vista, creo que la psicología positiva debería de expandirse más, ya que la perspectiva que muchos tienen de trabajo y de organización podría cambiar si se aplicara realmente este tipo de prácticas en las organizaciones.In this report I would like to transmit all I have learnt during these moths and everything it has meant to me. After this course, I feel very satisfied for having chosen it, because this master's degree is helping me not only in my personal life but also in my working and academic experiences. Although I looked for all the information about it, along these moths, the master has surprised me more and more with the theories, concepts and practices that the teachers explained us. It has inspired me to follow my professional career in this way and to apply lots of things I learnt in this course over the employees in different organizations and the interventions that we can use in this contexts, practices that I will explain in the competences section. From my point of view, I think that the Positive Psychology should be expanded in the organizations, because the view that many people have about the job and the companies could change if these practices were developed

Managerial strategies for micro competitiveness of garment sector in the town of kennedy - Bogotá DC

Este ensayo tuvo como marco de interés general, el conocer las herramientas estratégicas que se podrían implementar en un entorno económico, comercial y empresarial, como lo es la localidad de Kennedy en Bogotá, para el desempeño superior de las habilidades comerciales de los microempresarios del sector de las confecciones quienes han desarrollados satélites o pequeños talleres de confecciones, los cuales han surgido primordialmente por la necesidad de generar ingresos para las familias, especialmente para madres cabeza de hogar que no han contado con la oportunidad de encontrar un empleo estable que les genere los ingresos necesarios para logar el crecimiento de sus familias. El ensayo resalta el apoyo generado a través de los diferentes programas de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá a los empresarios, en cuanto a la formación y formalización de empresas y la incursión en las diferentes áreas de conocimiento organizacional. Por ultimo destaca la importancia de actuar como equipo y apoyarse en las fortalezas de cada uno para logar un sostenimiento prolongado en el mercado y poder incursionar en otros mercados que favorezcan las utilidades de su negocio.This essay is intended to explore the strategic tools that could be implemented in an enterpreneurial and business environment such us the Kennedy district in Bogota to enhance the business skills of small businesses entrepreneurs in the sector of garments who have developed small satellites or garment workshops, which have primarily arisen from the need to generate income for their families, especially single mothers who have not had the opportunity to find a stable job that will generate the income necessary for attaining the growth of their families. The essay highlights the support generated by the various programs of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá entrepreneurs in terms of training and formalization of business and foray into different areas of organizational knowledge. Finally stresses the importance of working as a team and build on the strengths of each to achieve an extended market and to enter other markets that favor profits of your business support

Hydrodynamic and geometric effects in the sedimentation of model run-and-tumble microswimmers

The sedimentation process in an active suspension is the result of the competition between gravity and the autonomous motion of particles. We carry out simulations of run-and-tumble squirmers that move in a fluid medium, focusing on the dependence of the non-equilibrium steady state on the swimming properties. We find that for large enough activity, the density profiles are no longer simple exponentials; we recover the numerical results through the introduction of a local effective temperature, suggesting that the breakdown of the Perrin-like exponential form is a collective effect due to fluid-mediated dynamic correlations among particles. We show that analogous concepts can also fit the case of active non-motile particles, for which we report the first study of this kind. Moreover, we provide evidence of scenarios where the solvent hydrodynamics induces non-local effects which require the full three-dimensional dynamics to be taken into account in order to understand sedimentation in active suspensions. Finally, analyzing the statistics of the orientations of microswimmers, the emergence of a height-dependent polar order in the system is discussed

Unravelling the role of phoretic and hydrodynamic interactions in active colloidal suspensions

Active fluids comprise a variety of systems composed of elements immersed in a fluid environment which can convert some form of energy into directed motion; as such they are intrinsically out-of-equilibrium in the absence of any external force. A fundamental problem in the physics of active matter concerns the understanding of how the characteristics of autonomous propulsion and agent-agent interactions determine the collective dynamics of the system. We study numerically the suspensions of self-propelled diffusiophoretic colloids, in (quasi)-2d configurations, accounting for both dynamically resolved solute-mediated phoretic interactions and solvent-mediated hydrodynamic interactions. Our results show that the system displays different scenarios at changing the colloid-solute affinity and it develops a cluster phase in the chemoattractive case. We study the statistics of cluster sizes and cluster morphologies for different magnitudes of colloidal activity. Finally, we provide evidences that hydrodynamics plays a relevant role in the aggregation kinetics and cluster morphology, significantly hindering cluster growth

Relaxation of a scalar nonlocal variational problem with a double-well potential

We consider nonlocal variational problems in Lp, like those that appear in peridynamics, where the functional object of the study is given by a double integral. It is known that convexity of the integrand implies the lower semicontinuity of the functional in the weak topology of Lp. If the integrand is not convex, a usual approach is to compute the relaxation, which is the lower semicontinuous envelope in the weak topology. In this paper we compute such a relaxation for a scalar problem with a double-well integrand. The relaxation is non-trivial, and, contrary to the local case, it cannot be represented as a double integral, as the original problem. En general, cuando se construye conocimiento matemático, hay momentos en los que es importante detenerse a observar lo que se ha hecho, quizás, esa observación concluye en la determinación de alguna regularidad, útil para hacer conjeturas y avanzar en la construcción del saber que pretendemos. En este cursillo presentamos algunas actividades que hemos seleccionado, de aquellas que desarrollamos con nuestros estudiantes de primer y segundo semestre en la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional y que les han permitido volar con su imaginación, hacer hipótesis, descubrir relaciones, enunciar ”teoremas” y fascinarse con el trabajo matemático

Informe de pasantía de extensión: Desarrollo de las prácticas docentes en LEBEM en el periodo 2005(I) – 2012 (I) (sistematización de unidades didácticas de practica intermedia V)

En la licenciatura en Educación Básica con Énfasis en Matemáticas se concibe la práctica como eje articulador del conocimiento profesional del profesor, dichas prácticas han sufrido cambios conforme a las necesidades que surgen con el desarrollo de la formación ciudadana y los objetos matemáticos, invitando a los EPM a la reflexión en torno a los cinco énfasis definidos para cada espacio de formación; para mirar el desarrollo de la práctica intermedia V con énfasis en diseño curricular, se parte de la recolección y sistematización de las unidades didácticas realizadas por los EPM durante los periodos dispuestos, logrando hacer el análisis preliminar de la información puesta en las guías del profesor y protocolos y su relación con los demás elementos constitutivos
