Nivel de Resiliencia y Reinserción Laboral de los Egresados de Educación Superior del INPE El Milagro - Trujillo, 2018

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar el nivel de resiliencia para la reinserción laboral de los egresados de educación superior del INPE El Milagro – Trujillo en el año 2018. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, ya que expone el factor de resiliencia y sus factores personales, sin ninguna manipulación de sus variables; así mismo presenta un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. Para conseguir los objetivos específicos en sus diversas dimensiones, la muestra fue de tipo no probabilístico, conformada por 95 egresados. Para medir el nivel de resiliencia y sus factores personales, se utilizó como técnica la Encuesta y como instrumento se aplicó un cuestionario de preguntas utilizando la Escala de Resiliencia ER de Wagnild y Young y revisada por Del Águila, debido a la antigüedad de la prueba. De igual manera para medir la confiabilidad del cuestionario se aplicó el alfa de Cronbach y para su validez, el juicio de expertos. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que los egresados de Educación Superior del INPE –El Milagro poseen un alto nivel de resiliencia correspondiente al 94.74%, destacándose las dimensiones satisfacción personal con el 95.79%, sentirse bien solo: 94.74%, confianza en sí mismo: 95.79% y perseverancia con un nivel alto de 94.74%.Tesi

Comercio electrónico y comportamiento del consumidor de las tiendas retail. Lima Metropolitana, 2022

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el comercio electrónico y el comportamiento del consumidor de las tiendas retail. Lima Metropolitana, 2022. El enfoque del estudio fue cuantitativo, de tipo básica, el nivel fue correlacional con un diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por hombres y mujeres de Lima Metropolitana entre 18 años a más, y se obtuvo una muestra de 384 personas mediante un muestreo aleatorio simple, donde 294 encuestados respondieron que han comprado online en el último año. Se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario conformado por 9 ítems para la variable comercio electrónico y 11 ítems para la variable comportamiento del consumidor. Los datos obtenidos fueron procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS, donde se halló que la confiabilidad del instrumento fue de 0.972 mediante el alfa de Cronbach y se conoció la relación de ambas variables con un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de 0.864. Effect of Maternal Exercise on Adverse Cardio-Pulmonary Responses in Offspring Exposed to Post-Natal Chronic Hypoxia

Emerging evidence shows exercise by women throughout pregnancy (i.e., maternal exercise) endows the offspring with positive health benefits and resistance to many diseases later in life. PURPOSE: To determine if maternal exercise reduces unfavorable cardiopulmonary development and improves exercise capacity in offspring after chronic hypoxic exposure throughout early life. METHODS: Female adult C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned to one of the following groups: high altitude, sedentary (HS), high altitude, active (HE), or the respective, low-altitude conditions (LS or LE). Pregnant females in the exercise groups performed voluntary wheel running during mating and the perinatal period (about 4 weeks). Three days after birth, the pups in the high-altitude groups were exposed to chronic hypobaric hypoxia (450mmHg). When pups were eight weeks old, body size (weight and tail length) was measured and exercise capacity was assessed via a Rotarod test. Terminal procedures were performed to measure right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP), hematocrit, and heart remodeling (Fulton’s Index: right ventricular weight ratio to bodyweight (RV/BW) and to the left ventricle plus septum (RV/LV+S)). RESULTS: All variables measured had a main effect for altitude (pCONCLUSION: Chronic hypoxia decreases exercise capacity and attenuates growth. This stress also induces potentially harmful cardiovascular changes, such as high blood viscosity, RVSP, and right ventricular hypertrophy. Our results indicate that maternal exercise may attenuate some of the negative effects of chronic hypoxia in the offspring, but does not prevent significant development impairments

Frecuencia de alexitimia y factores relacionados en pacientes con fibromialgia tratados en un hospital público de Lima, Perú.

Objective: To determine the frequency of alexithymia and associated factors in patients with fibromyalgia, and the relationship between alexithymia with functional capacity, pain intensity, depression and general variables (age, sex, time of illness, degree of instruction, and years of study) in fibromyalgia. Material and methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study of patients with fibromyalgia from the Rheumatology service of a  public hospital in Lima, Perú. A sociodemographic record, TAS-20, MD-HAQ and CES-D were applied. Results. Of the 126 patients with fibromyalgia, 60 had alexithymia (47.62%); 24 alexithymic patients had depression (40 %), and 39 had functional disability (65 %). In the bivariate analysis, alexithymia was significantly related to greater comorbidity, less education, greater pain intensity, greater fatigue and more reported symptoms. In the multivariate analysis, years of study (£ 11 years) were the only factor related to alexithymia (TAS-20) (p=0.010, OR: 2.589 [1.249 – 5.365]). Conclusions: This study shows a considerable frequency of alexithymia in fibromyalgia patients and, in the multivariate analysis,  the finding is significantly related to a lower number of years of study.Objetivo: Determinar la frecuencia de alexitimia y factores relacionados en pacientes con fibromialgia, y la relación entre alexitimia y capacidad funcional, intensidad de dolor, depresión y variables generales (edad, sexo, tiempo de enfermedad, grado de instrucción y años de estudio) en fibromialgia. Material y métodos: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo transversal en pacientes con fibromialgia del Servicio de Reumatología de un hospital público de Lima, Perú. Se aplicó una ficha sociodemográfica, la TAS-20, el MD-HAQ y la CES-D. Resultados: De los 126 pacientes con fibromialgia, 60 (47,62 %) mostraron   alexitimia, 24 de ellos presentaron depresión (40%) y 39, discapacidad funcional (65%). En el análisis bivariado la alexitimia se relacionó significativamente con mayor comorbilidad, menor grado de instrucción, mayor intensidad de dolor, mayor fatiga y más síntomas reportados. En el análisis multivariado, años de estudio (£11 años) fue el único factor relacionado a alexitimia (TAS-20) (p=0,010, OR: 2,589 [1,249 – 5,365]). Conclusiones: Se demuestra una frecuencia considerable de alexitimia en pacientes con fibromialgia y, en el análisis multivariado, este hallazgo se relaciona significativamente con un número menor de años de estudio

La propuesta del presente trabajo de investigación, que ha constituido un reto, podría aplicarse a todos los gobiernos locales, en sus esfuerzos por implementar controles para prevenir, detectar y sancionar el soborno de manera eficaz en el proceso de otorgar licencia de funcionamiento, lo que es clave para el establecimiento de un sistema que construya una cultura de integridad respaldada por mecanismos de rendición de cuentas como lo plantea la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE)

En el presente trabajo de investigación se propone la creación de un Marketplace de alimentos orgánicos y naturales llamado Origen Market que satisface la necesidad de un público con tendencia a una vida saludable y con conciencia social. Este proyecto de negocio está dirigido a satisfacer al segmento de mujeres de 50 a 69 años de edad del nivel socioeconómico A, B y C de Lima Metropolitana. Asimismo, se propone la implementación de herramientas de marketing digital mediante la estrategia de diferenciación, relaciones públicas y el posicionamiento SEM. Además, se desarrolló una campaña de Marketing mediante una landing page, el cual obtuvo un resultado positivo que indica un interés de los clientes en cuidar su salud mediante productos orgánicos y naturales. Se proyecta ingresos a través de comisiones del 12% por la venta de cada producto, asimismo, por la venta de paquetes de suscripción premium en base a tres categorías: plata, oro y diamante, según la necesidad de cada productor. Además, se muestra resultados de evaluación económica y financiera, a través de estados financieros, flujo de caja y punto de equilibrio. El análisis económico del proyecto es viable debido a su valor presente neto de 223,253 soles y una tasa interna de retorno de 48%. Con este proyecto se busca crear un canal de ventas para los agroproductores que están dispuestos a invertir en un medio digital para llegar a clientes que tienen un estilo de vida saludable y con conciencia social.This research proposes the creation of a marketplace of organic and natural foods called Origin Market that meets the need of a public with a tendency to a healthy life and social awareness. This business project is aimed at satisfying the segment of women between 50 and 69 years of age from socioeconomic levels A, B and C in Metropolitan Lima. It also proposes the implementation of digital marketing tools through the strategy of differentiation, public relations and SEM positioning. In addition, a marketing campaign was developed through a landing page, which obtained a positive result indicating an interest by clients in taking care of their health through organic and natural products. Income is projected through commissions of 12% for the sale of each product, as well as for the sale of premium subscription packages based on three categories: silver, gold and diamond, according to the needs of each producer. In addition, economic and financial evaluation results are shown, through financial statements, cash flow and break-even point. The economic analysis of the project is viable due to its net present value of 223,253 soles and an internal rate of return of 48%. El presente trabajo, despliega un resumen exploratorio de los principales modelos de oligopolio, mediante la recopilación de una serie de trabajos académicos que exponen los avances teóricos realizados en este tema y su desarrollo desde una perspectiva matemática, Precisando para ello, asuntos concretos sobre las distintas conjeturas que se han deslizado en el estudio y tratamiento de los modelos oligopólicos. La primera sección del documento, explica el desarrollo teórico de los modelos de competencia en cantidades o también denominados, estáticos, desplegando así, la introducción de los diversos puntos sobre los cuales se sostienen los modelos de Cournot y Bertrand, respectivamente. La segunda sección, por su parte, expone con brevedad, la formalización de los modelos oligopólicos que se desarrollan en la competencia a través de dos etapas, especificándose el estudio del modelo de Stackelberg. La tercera sección, está determinada para el estudio conciso de las interacciones estratégicas que se manifiestan en el conjunto de los modelos oligopólicos, abordando con ello, el análisis imprescindible de la Teoría de Juegos. Finalmente, la cuarta sección del presente trabajo, busca concretizar el abordaje de la teoría económica en la materialización y aplicación de los modelos oligopólicos a la realidad.This paper presents an exploratory summary of the main models of oligopoly, by means of the compilation of a series of academic papers that expose the theoretical advances made in this topic and its development from a mathematical perspective. Different conjectures that have slipped in the study and treatment of oligopoly models. The first section of the paper explains the theoretical development of competence models in quantities or also denominated static, deploying the introduction of the various points on which the models of Cournot and Bertrand, respectively. The second section, on the other hand, briefly exposes the formalization of the oligopoly models that are developed in the competition through two stages, specifying the study of the Stackelberg model. The third section is determined for the concise study of the strategic interactions that are manifested in the set of oligopoly models, addressing with this, the essential analysis of the Game theory. Finally, the fourth section of the present paper seeks to concretize the approach of economic theory in the materialization and application of oligopoly models to reality

Pan-Cancer Analysis of lncRNA Regulation Supports Their Targeting of Cancer Genes in Each Tumor Context

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are commonly dys-regulated in tumors, but only a handful are known toplay pathophysiological roles in cancer. We inferredlncRNAs that dysregulate cancer pathways, onco-genes, and tumor suppressors (cancer genes) bymodeling their effects on the activity of transcriptionfactors, RNA-binding proteins, and microRNAs in5,185 TCGA tumors and 1,019 ENCODE assays.Our predictions included hundreds of candidateonco- and tumor-suppressor lncRNAs (cancerlncRNAs) whose somatic alterations account for thedysregulation of dozens of cancer genes and path-ways in each of 14 tumor contexts. To demonstrateproof of concept, we showed that perturbations tar-geting OIP5-AS1 (an inferred tumor suppressor) andTUG1 and WT1-AS (inferred onco-lncRNAs) dysre-gulated cancer genes and altered proliferation ofbreast and gynecologic cancer cells. Our analysis in-dicates that, although most lncRNAs are dysregu-lated in a tumor-specific manner, some, includingOIP5-AS1, TUG1, NEAT1, MEG3, and TSIX, synergis-tically dysregulate cancer pathways in multiple tumorcontexts

Pan-cancer Alterations of the MYC Oncogene and Its Proximal Network across the Cancer Genome Atlas

Although theMYConcogene has been implicated incancer, a systematic assessment of alterations ofMYC, related transcription factors, and co-regulatoryproteins, forming the proximal MYC network (PMN),across human cancers is lacking. Using computa-tional approaches, we define genomic and proteo-mic features associated with MYC and the PMNacross the 33 cancers of The Cancer Genome Atlas.Pan-cancer, 28% of all samples had at least one ofthe MYC paralogs amplified. In contrast, the MYCantagonists MGA and MNT were the most frequentlymutated or deleted members, proposing a roleas tumor suppressors.MYCalterations were mutu-ally exclusive withPIK3CA,PTEN,APC,orBRAFalterations, suggesting that MYC is a distinct onco-genic driver. Expression analysis revealed MYC-associated pathways in tumor subtypes, such asimmune response and growth factor signaling; chro-matin, translation, and DNA replication/repair wereconserved pan-cancer.
