MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGHITUNG PERKALIAN MELALUI BENDA KONKRET KELAS II DI SDN PAMOTAN II PORONG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang perkalian dengan menggunakan benda konkret, Jenis penelitian eksperimen, untuk melakukan penelitian tersebut dilakukan observasi di SDN PAMOTAN II untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta didik dalam pembahasan perkalian Karena selama ini pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru mungkin kurang menyenangkan berpusat pada papan tulis saja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan masih banyak siswa yang masih kurang berfikir kritis tentang perkalian. Hasil yang dicapai adalah siswa dapat berfikir kritis tentang perkalian dalam pembelajaran, maka benda konkret diusahakan bisa menunjang keberhasilan siswa dalam berfikir kritis tentang perkalian.dengan adanya benda konkret yang bisa dijadikan media untuk menghitung perkalian guru atau siswa lebih medah dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dikela

The role of teachers in classroom peer networks
This study examined whether and how the quality of teacher-student interactions played a role in the classroom peer ecology as reflected in friendship and victimization dynamics across the school year. Longitudinal social network analysis (SIENA) was conducted on a sample of 2,389 elementary children in 107 classrooms to investigate the development of friendship networks and victimization over time. Meta-analytic random effects and mixed effects models were applied via ‘metaphor’ package to test the moderating role of early teacher-student interactions quality, which was observed using Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), on the yearlong classroom social dynamics. Results showed that the quality of teacher-student interactions did not significantly moderate the network-level processes related to peer victimization, but significantly moderated the structure of the friendship networks in the classroom. Specifically, in classrooms where teachers had warm and responsive interactions with students, children were more likely to nominate their classmates as friends, creating a tight-knit and egalitarian network structure by the end of the school year. Overall, this study provides evidence consistent with the longstanding view that teachers play a key role in regulating the social dynamics in the classroom
Peran Perusahaan terhadap Kesejahteraan Tenaga Kerja di Cv Rizki Mandiri Farm
Welfare is an aspect that is quite important for maintaining and fostering social and economic stability and the fulfillment of all needs, both goods and services. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of CV Rizki Mandiri Farm in improving workforce welfare and to analyze the level of workforce welfare. This research method took one respondent from the manager, one financial person and thirteen employees. From this number, data collection techniques were carried out using survey methods. The analysis technique in this research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach using a Likert Scale. The research results obtained that the overall average value of the variable role of CV Rizki Mandiri Farm in improving the welfare of workers was obtained with a value of 2.39, in the High category. Likewise, the overall average value of the worker welfare level variable at CV Rizki Mandiri Farm is 2.53, in the High category. Thus, it can be concluded that CV Rizki Mandiri Farm has carried out its role in improving workforce welfare in accordance with applicable standards

O propósito deste artigo é discutir por meio de uma abordagem historiográfica, a maneira como Jean-Jacques Dessalines, um dos maiores revolucionários negros do final do século XVIII e do início do XIX é retratado na historiografia euro-americana. Minimizado em boa parte da historiografia hegemônica, Dessalines é representado de forma desprezível. O historiador francês Louis Dubroca o trata como “inimigo da cultura e dos valores europeus”. Essa forma de representar Dessalines está relacionada tanto ao lugar do poder na produção da história quanto ao que chamamos de minimização histórica, que seria um processo de redução ao mínimo da importância e do valor de figuras importantes na historiografia de forma geral, seja por questão de raça, seja por questão de gênero. A minimização da figura do líder da revolução haitiana de (1791-1804) ocorreu pelo seu pertencimento ao grupo de seres humanos que a ciência e a filosofia euro-americanas consideram inferior racialmente
Sensory evaluation of cold coffee drink with addition of canistel (Pouteria Campechiana) fruit powder
The strong sensory of canistel powder (Pouteria campechiana) could be combined with other strong sensory like coffee. The objective of this research was to evalute the sensory of cold canistel coffee using Rate-All-That-Apply method. There were five comparison of overripe canistel powder and granule instant coffee, namely 50:50; 60:40; 70:30; 80:20; 90:10, then mixtured with plain base of 25:75. The product analysis using Focus Group Discussion by selected panelists. Friedman and Nemenyi tests, Principal Component Analysis, and Preferences Mapping from XLSTAT 2019 were used for data analysis. The results showed that the most preferred by panelists was the cold canistel coffee of 70:30. It has dominant sensory of caramelly aroma and taste, green aroma, creamy taste and sweet taste. Overall, the consumers have high preference to the sensory attribute of caramelly aroma, caramelly taste and creamy taste.

Jean-Jacques Dessalines, "O Selvagem": A questão da minimização histórica
The purpose of this article is to discuss, through a historiographical approach, the way in which Jean-Jacques Dessalines, one of the greatest black revolutionaries of the late 18th and early 19th centuries, is portrayed in Euro-American historiography. Minimized in much of hegemonic historiography, Dessalines is represented in a rude. French historian Louis Dubroca treats him as an “enemy of European culture and values”. This way of representing Dessalines is related both to the place of power in the production of history and to what we call historical minimization, which would be a process of reducing to a minimum the importance and value of important figures in historiography in general, whether for reasons of race, whether due to gender. Studi Literatur Review: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematika di SD
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yaitu suatu pendekatan yang mencakup proses pengumpulan, peninjauan, dan penggabungan berbagai hasil literatur yang relevan, khususnya artikel ilmiah, untuk menarik kesimpulan yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model TTW memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, model TTW dipandang sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan berpotensi untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar. Data in support of three phase partitioning of zingibain, a milk-clotting enzyme from Zingiber officinale Roscoe rhizomes
AbstractThis paper describes data related to a research article titled “Three Phase Partitioning of zingibain, a milk-clotting enzyme from Zingiber officinale Roscoe rhizomes” (Gagaoua et al., 2015) [1]. Zingibain (EC 3.4.22.67), is a coagulant cysteine protease and a meat tenderizer agent that have been reported to produce satisfactory final products in dairy and meat technology, respectively. Zingibains were exclusively purified using chromatographic techniques with very low yield purification. This paper includes data of the effect of temperature, usual salts and organic solvents on the efficiency of the three phase partitioning (TPP) system. Also it includes data of the kinetic activity characterization of the purified zingibain using TPP purification approach
