PENGARUH DETERJEN RINSO DAN ATTACK JAZ 1 TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN PAKU AIR (AZOLLA MICROPHYLLA) DALAM MENURUNKAN KADAR BOD DAN COD

Pencemaran lingkungan di perairan yang disebabkan oleh limbah domestik yang bersifat cair, berasal dari buangan limbah yang mengandung deterjen, antara lain limbah rumah tangga, laundry, rumah makan serta pabrik. Upaya untuk mengatasi pencemaran akibat limbah deterjen dapat dilakukan dengan cara fitoremediasi menggunakan Azolla microphylla. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh tumbuhan Azolla microphylla dalam menurunkan kadar BOD dan COD. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan larutan deterjen Rinso dan Attack Jaz 1 konsentrasi 75 ppm, 150 ppm, 225 ppm dan 300 ppm serta tanpa penggunaan deterjen (kontrol). Tumbuhan Azolla microphylla ditumbuhkan selama 1 minggu dengan maksud aklimatisasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA dan uji lanjut DMRT pada taraf 0,01 untuk melihat pengaruh perlakuan terhadap parameter yang diuji. Berdasarkan pengolahan data pada perlakuan deterjen Rinso, diperoleh Fhitung = 165,3, sedangkan Ftabel 11,39, sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel atau 165,3 > 11,39 maka terdapat pengaruh antara penggunaan tumbuhan Azolla microphylla pada berbagai konsentrasi larutan deterjen Rinso terhadap kadar BOD dan COD. Hasil pengolahan data pada perlakuan deterjen Attack Jaz 1, diperoleh Fhitung = 37,09, sedangkan Ftabel 11,39, sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel atau 37,09 > 11,39 maka terdapat pengaruh antara penggunaan tumbuhan Azolla microphylla pada berbagai konsentrasi larutan deterjen Attack Jaz 1 terhadap kadar BOD dan COD

THE EFFECT OF GUIDED TEACHING METHOD ON STUDENTS’ WRITING SKILL AT GRADE X OF SMA NEGERI 2 TANJUNGBALAI IN ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2016/2017

The objective of the study is to find out whether The Effect of Using Guided Teaching Method on Student’s Writing of Skill at Grade X of SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai In Academic Year Of 2016/2017. This study conducted in experimental design, namely to find out the student’s understanding and writing skill by using Guided Teaching Method. There will be two test of student’s, namely pre- test and post test. The experimental pre-test will be taught by not using Guided Teaching Method and post test will be taught teach using guided teaching method. The location of this research is SMA N 1 Tanjung Tiram in grade X student’s in academic year of 2016/2017. The writer took 54 students as the sample and divided them into two groups. The first 27 students became the experiment class and the second control class. The instrument of collectingg data is writer made essay test. To obtain the reability of the test, the writer used Product Moment analyzed by using t-tes. IMPROVING THE STUDENTS’ SPEAKING ABILITY IN ANALYTICAL EXPOSITION TEXT THROUGH QUESTION GENERATION STRATEGY AT GRADE XI STUDENTS OF SMAN 1 PULAU RAKYAT IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017

Target of this research is to know result learn student during study process in speaking analytical exposition text through question generation strategy . This study was conducted in the grade XI students at SMAN 1 Pulau Rakyat in school year 2016/2017 in Jl. Desa Pulau Rakyat Dusun II Kabupaten Asahan. It was conducted for I month in March. In this research Class Action Research (CAR) research subject students’ SMAN 1 Pulau Rakyat, class XI IPS 1, that amount 30 stusents academic year 2016/2017. The object research is result speaking ability in analytical exposition text through question generation strategy. The class action research in planning a few phase that is use test, the first cycle and second cycle. The instrument was used for collecting data were the test and observation. The first cycle showing result 55%. And on the second cycle showing result that 90%. Jenis Paku-Pakuan di Desa Jelapat II Berdasarkan Karakter Morfologi

Jelapat II merupakan salah satu desa di Kalimantan Selatan yang cukup luas serta memiliki banyak sumber daya alam tumbuhan, salah satunya adalah tumbuhan paku. Faktor lingkungan yang mendukung menjadikan tumbuhan paku banyak tumbuh di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis paku-pakuan yang ditemukan di Desa Jelapat II. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode jelajah (cruise methods) dengan teknik purposive sampling yang dibagi dalam 2 zona. Data yang diambil berupa jenis paku pakuan berdasarkan morfologi, habitat serta sorusnya dan dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument penelitian pertelaan, teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian lapangan ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2020, dengan hasil penelitian yaitu ditemukan 13 jenis paku-pakuan dari 7 Famili dan 12 genus yang ada di Desa Jelapat II. Hubungan Penggunaan Obat Antihipertensi Dengan Angka Kejadian Penyakit Parkinson Di RSUD Dr Moewardi Surakarta

which can influence the part of our brain that called as ganglia basalis when the level of dopamine was declined the characterized such as rest tremor, rigidity, and bradykinesia. Parkinson's disease has a variety of risk factors one of them is the using of antihypertensive drugs. Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between the using of antihypertensive drug and the incidence of Parkinson’s disease in DR Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta. Research method: The research method of this study is using the design of analytic observational with case-control approach. The research was done on 2 to 20 March 2015 in the unit of medical record DR Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta. The samples of this study were 30 patients with Parkinson’s disease and not accordance with the restriction criteria, using purposive sampling technique. The technique of analyzing data is using Chi-square with SPSS 17 for Windows. Result of Study: The distribution of 60 respondents obtained 16 men and 14 women with a range of 66 until 75 years old. The Parkinson’s patients that using antihypertensive drug are 17 patients and the patients not using antihypertensive drug are 13 patients. The result of Chi-square analysis shows the significance value as 0,037 (p<0,05). Conclusion of Study: There are found the relationship between the using of antihypertensive drug and the incidence of Parkinson’s disease in DR Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta (p<0,05)

LAPORAN PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL) SMA NEGERI 1 SLEMAN

Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) 2016 dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Sleman, bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman dan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang pembelajaran dalam rangka melatih dan mengembangkan potensi keguruan atau kependidikan. Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mempelajari, mengenal, dan melaksanakan praktik pembelajaran kelas, serta dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang telah dikuasai secara interdisipliner ke dalam kehidupan nyata disekolah. Selain itu, PPL dapat menambah pengalaman dan wawasan dalam proses KBM, agar nantinya mahasiswa mempunyai bekal untuk terjun kedalam dunia pendidikan sebagai tenaga pendidik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan berbagai pihak, ditemukan beberapa persoalan atau permasalahan yang ada di SMAN 1 Sleman. Melihat situasi dan kondisi tersebut, maka dibentuk suatu rancangan program kerja PPL sebagai upaya menangani permasalahan yang ada. Program Kerja Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) yang dirancang meliputi: pembuatan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), analisis ulangan harian, program tahunan, dan program semester. Secara keseluruhan program kerja PPL dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Hasil dari program kerja meliputi: terbuatnya Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), pembuatan analisis ulangan harian, program tahunan, dan program semester. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PPL yaitu mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman nyata berkaitan dengan perencanaan, penulisan perangkat pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. This research is to show the impact of EPS, and PBV on the share price. The samples of this reseach 14 companys from a population of 26 food and beverage company registered with IDX in 2016-2020. The method for determine the sample used is a purposive examination which is optional information contained on the idx.co.id site and to test the speculation used by the multiple linear regression tes, the classic assumption test inspection strategy, in particular autocorrelation test, t test and F test. FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PERILAKU SEKSUAL REMAJA DI CIREBON

Adolescent sexual behavior today tend permissive, many adolescents who engage in sexual activity ranging from mild to had sexual intercourse. Preliminary survey conducted on 24 students of SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon results are quite troubling to almost half of the respondents had severe sexual activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with adolescent sexual behavior in SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon in 2013. The research was conducted using the method of analytic survey with cross sectional approach. Samples were students of class X SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon of 240 respondents drawn by systematic random sampling method. The research was conducted on May 2013 by using a primary data questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of students of SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon is male is 76.7%. Most students find information on reproductive health and sexual behavior of the media that is 60.8%. 64.2% students have enough knowledge about reproductive health and 72.1% students of mild sexual behavior. Based SPSS17 analysis using chi-square test showed that there is a relationship between gender and adolescent sexual behavior (P value 0.000), there was no correlation between the resources to adolescent sexual behavior (P value 0.093), there is a relationship between the level of adolescent knowledge about reproductive health with adolescent sexual behavior (P value 0.009

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN STUDENTS’ MASTERY OF PAST TENSE AND WRITING NARRATIVE TEXT AT GRADE X OF SMA YAYASAN NASIONAL PETATAL 2019/2020

ABSTRAK The ability to write narrative, which constitues communicative competence, requires another supporting sub competences. The past tense should be acquired in order to be able to write recount well. The objective of the study is to reveal whether there is a correlation between students’ mastery of past tense and their writing narrative text. Furthermore, it attempts to find out the extent to which the studets’ mastery of past tense affects their ability to write narrative. To achieve the objectives of the study, the writer conducted a field research in which a test of past tense and that of writing narrative were administrated. The subjects of the study were the tenth graders of SMA Yayasan Nasional Petatal. There are 40 students is taken randomly as sample. The data were collected by giving multiple choice  in past tense  test item by asking the sample to write narrative paragraph. The data are analyzed by applying the Pearson Product Moment formula. The finding indicated that rxy was 0.81. this indicated that the calculated value of r is greater than the critical value at the level 5% = 0.312 and at levell 1% = 0.403. [0.81>0.312]. it means that the alternative Hypothesis (Ha) of the study is accepted and Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.
