This research project presents a didactic proposal directed (a maneuver of the written production of the students) that was developed in the eighth grade of the secondary education in the School San Pablo Tocancip? S.A.S, which is located in Tocancip? (Cundinamarca). The need to raise and develop this higher writing arises as a result of the students' experiences to produce a text in the various sensitization activities that are performed as (read a story and then translate the idea of the memory of the story).
This allowed us to focus on the absence of writing habits that introduce students to being exposed to the routine and repetitive activities that link the management of written language. Taking into account the needs of eighth grade students in the process of designing and applying a pedagogical proposal that seeks to strengthen the writing process of students, so that in this exercise partial of their tastes and interests, generating processes of Free writing And spontaneous mediated by his imagination, which in turn allowed us to produce a wide range of texts, without taking into account the nature of the same used for it: stories, recipes, letter, micro story, autobiography among others.
Throughout the research process, it was possible to show that changes arise in the structure of each of the processes that are achieved as: thought, association, recognition, categorization, segmentation among others.

Ultrasonic monitoring of early larval development of fish in tanks. Case study: Gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata)
Swimbladder inflation is a significant matter in intensive fish farming, since it is related to larval survival rate and the morphological quality of individuals. In this work, we propose a non-invasive acoustic technique using ultrasound to monitor the swimbladder development of gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) in tanks. The fundamental hypothesis is that, due to the high acoustic contrast of gas, the swimbladder’s inflation process can be detected by measuring the larvae’s target strength during their early development. Backscatter numerical models using the finite element method, developed from biological measurement data, were applied to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed method. The acoustic measurements were obtained using an EK60 Simrad echosounder working at 200 kHz. The target strength values were evidenced with and without the presence of a developed swimbladder, showing a statistically significant relationship with the swimbladder’s standard length, area and the percentage of larvae with a swimbladder. The experiments were carried out in the Spanish Institute of Oceanography (IEO)’s marine aquaculture plant at Mazarr´on (Murcia, Spain)
Using ultrasound for the monitoring and control of larval development of gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) in tanks
In this work, we propose a non-invasive acoustic technique using ultrasound for the monitoring and control of larval development of gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) in tanks. Biological measurements and target strength (TS) measurements have been carried out using a EK60 Simrad echosounder working at 200 kHz. The experiments have been carried out for three consecutive years in the marine aquaculture plant that Spanish Institute of Oceanography (IEO) has at Mazarron (Murcia, Spain). For the interpretation of the results, backscatter models were considered using the finite element method. The target strength values were evidenced with and without the presence of the developed swimbladder, showing a statistically significant relationship with the standard length, the area of the swimbladder and the percentage of larvae with a swimbladder
Modulation of neuronal cell affinity of composites scaffolds based on polyhydroxyalkanoates and bioactive glasses
Biocompatibility and neuron regenerating properties of various bioactive glass (BG)/Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) blend composites were assessed in order to study their suitability for peripheral nerve tissue applications, specifically as lumen structures for nerve guidance conduits (NGCs). BG/PHA blend composites were fabricated using Bioactive glass® 45S5 (BG1) and BG 1393 (BG2) with the 25:35 poly(3-hydroxyoctanoate/poly3-hydroxybutyrate), 25:75 P(3HO)/P(3HB) blend (PHA blend). Various concentrations of each BG (0.5, 1.0 and 2.5 wt%) were used to determine the effect of BG on neuronal growth and differentiation, in single culture using NG108-15 neuronal cells and in a co-culture along with RN22 Schwann cells. NG108-15 cells exhibited good growth and differentiation on all the PHA blend composites showing that both BGs have good biocompatibility at 0.5, 1.0 and 2.5 wt% within the PHA blend. The Young's modulus values displayed by all the PHA blend/BG composites ranged from 385.6 MPa to 1792.6 MPa, which are able to provide the required support and protective effect for regeneration of peripheral nerves. More specifically, the tensile strength obtained in the PHA blend/BG1 (1.0 wt%) (10.0 ± 0.6 MPa) was found to be similar to that of rabbit peroneal nerve. This composite also exhibited the best biological performance in supporting growth and neuronal differentiation among all the substrates. The neurite extension on this composite was found to be remarkable with the neurites forming a complex connection network
the objective of this document is to define a methodology called "APRENDYSAGE", which consists of the use of waste from livestock biomass (animal waste) and its application from self-generating systems. For this purpose, an analysis of previous researches at national and international level is carried out, in order to define and identify the theoretical and technical energy potential associated with this resource and to provide the tools to establish a route and conversion technology, in order to Generate electricity from non-conventional sources of renewable energy (FNCER), overcoming the limitations and problems of other techniques and methods proposed and establishing a model that takes into account the geographical, cultural and normative characteristics of Colombia. It is evident that the main attribute of the APRENDYSAGE methodology is its ease of application at different scales in regions of the Colombian geography where the livestock residual biomass resource is availableEn este documento se plantea la metodología denominada “APRENDYSAGE”, para el aprovechamiento de los recursos de biomasa residual pecuaria y su aplicación a partir de sistemas de autogeneración eléctrica.

In addition, F1-immunized groups showed an increase in IgG2a levels.

Conclusions

The inductor capability of antigens to generate memory lymphocytes that can proliferate and secrete beneficial cytokines upon infection could be an important factor in the development of vaccine candidates against American Tegumentary Leishmaniasis.</p
Consensus on complementary feeding from the Latin American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition: COCO 2023
Abstract Complementary feeding (CF) is defined as infant feeding that complements breastfeeding or, alternatively, breastfeeding with a breast milk substitute, and is a process that goes beyond simply providing guidance on what and how to introduce foods. The information provided by health professionals should be up-to-date and evidence-based. There are different guidelines or position papers at the international level, which, although most of the recommendations may be applicable, there are some others that require regionalization or adaptation to the conditions and reality of each area. The Nutrition working group of the Latin American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition convened a group of experts, representatives from each of the countries that make up the society, with the objective of developing a consensus on CA, incorporating, when possible, local information that adapts to the reality of the region. The purpose of this document is to show the results of this work. Through Delphi methodology, a total of 34 statements or statements regarding relevant aspects of CA were evaluated, discussed and voted upon.
