    La justicia evaluativa en la valoración de proyectos grupales : propuesta y aplicación en el Grado de Educación Primaria

    Este artículo presenta una propuesta didáctica llevada a la práctica durante tres cursos aca- démicos consecutivos en la que se combinan heteroevaluación, coevaluación y autoevaluación con el objetivo de asegurar la justicia evaluativa y la sistematización y eficiencia en los procesos de seguimiento de los proyectos de investigación discente. Para el desarrollo de este artículo, nos centraremos en el tercer año de aplicación (curso 2013-2014) dentro de la asignatura: «Proyectos integrados para enseñar Conocimiento del Medio Social y Cultural» de 4o de Grado en Educación Primaria en la Universidad de Huelva. Durante la puesta en marcha de esta propuesta se observó un incremento de la sistematización en los pro- cesos evaluativos, una mejora de la eficiencia en los procesos de seguimiento y revisión en tutorías, una mayor autonomía para el alumno en relación con la gestión su trabajo grupal y, fi- nalmente, el desarrollo de un proceso de justicia evaluativa determinada por el compromiso real de cada miembro. This article develops a didactic proposal put into practice for three consecutive academic years, in which hetero- assessment, peer assessment and self-assessment are combined in order to ensure the evaluative justice, and the systematization and efficiency in follow-up process of students´ research projects. For the development of this paper, we focus on the third year of implementation (academic year 2013-2014) within the subject: «Integrated projects for teaching of Knowledge of Social and Cultural Environment» in 4th Grade in Elementary Education at the University of Huelva. During the application of this proposal, an increase in systematization of assessment processes was observed, as well as an improvement of efficiency in the processes of monitoring in tutorials, greater autonomy for students regarding the management of their group work and, finally, the development of an evaluative process of justice determined by the real commitment of each member

    Choroidal Thickness And Volume In Healthy Young Whites And Their Relationship With Axial Length, Ammetropy And Sex

    Purpose: To evaluate choroidal thickness in young subjects using Enhanced Depth Imaging Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography (EDI SD-OCT) describing volume differences between all the defined areas of the Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study (ETDRS). Design: Prospective, clinical study. Methods: Seventy-nine eyes of 95 healthy, young (23.8±3.2years), adult volunteers were prospectively enrolled. Manual choroidal segmentation on a 25-raster horizontal scan protocol was performed. The measurements of the nine subfields defined by the ETDRS were evaluated. Results: Mean subfoveal choroidal thickness was 345.67±81.80μm and mean total choroidal volume was 8.99±1.88mm3. Choroidal thickness and volume were higher at the superior and temporal areas compared to inferior and nasal sectors of the same diameter respectively. Strong correlations between subfoveal choroidal thickness and axial length (AL) and myopic refractive error were obtained, r = -0.649, p<0.001 and r = 0.473, p<0.001 respectively. Emmetropic eyes tended to have thicker subfoveal choroidal thickness (381.94±79.88μm versus 307.04±64.91μm) and higher total choroidal volume than myopic eyes (9.80± 1.87mm3 versus 8.14±1.48mm3). The estimation of the variation of the subfoveal choroidal thickness with the AL was-43.84μm/mm. In the myopic group, the variation of the subfoveal choroidal thickness with the myopic refractive error was -10.45μm/D. Conclusions: This study establishes for the first time a normal database for choroidal thickness and volume in young adults. Axial length, and myopic ammetropy are highly associated with choroidal parameters in healthy subjects.     Non-Destructive Electrochemical Testing for Stainless-Steel Components with Complex Geometry Using Innovative Gel Electrolytes

    Corrosion can be a problem for stainless steels in chloride-containing or other aggressive environments, especially when they are formed as components with complex shapes. Monitoring the corrosion performance of the stainless steels during their in-service life is not always an easy task. Traditional electrochemical cells can be difficult to adapt to complex surfaces, and undesired crevices or liquid electrolyte leaks can occur. In the presented work, the possible use of non-destructive techniques with innovative gel electrolytes was investigated using portable cells. The electrolytes were based on agar (used as a gelling agent with ionic conductivity), glycerol (a plasticizer that improves adaptability to complex surfaces), and NaCl or KClO4 salts (which improve the conductivity and control the aggression of the tests). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Mott&-Schottky analysis were carried out to obtain information about the influence of the electrolyte on the passive layer. The oxygen concentration and conductivity in the gels with various glycerol contents were compared to those in liquid electrolytes. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements were carried out in liquids and gels. The performance of the gel cell on a stainless-steel component with a weld and complex shape was checked.     Financial Technology: Review of Trends, Approaches and Management

    Technological innovation and digitization have posed a challenge to the financial sector globally. Fintech is the term used to designate the application of new technologies to financial services. The aim of the study is to analyse this research subject worldwide during the period 1975–2019. To this end, bibliometric techniques were applied to 2012 articles, obtaining findings of the productivity of scientific research, of the main thematic axes and their evolution. Scientific activity increased, mainly in the past decade, with 45% of publications. The main thematic areas were Business, Management and Accounting, Engineering, Social Sciences and Computer Science. Seven research lines were identified, aimed at analysing the aspects financial, economic, technology transfer, investment, innovation, partnerships and institutions and commercial. Future research lines should develop analyses on banking, financial services trade, territorial development, legal, management, research methodologies and the sustainability of financial technologies. It was verified that there is a growing and dynamic interest in scientific activity on financial technologies at an international level. The findings obtained are a complement to the knowledge of financial technologies and allow the relationship between science and technology to be established, and to inform the decision-making process

    Socioeconomic Effects in Cyberbullying: Global Research Trends in the Educational Context

    Nowadays, cyberbullying has become a problem of social harassment in numerous educational centres worldwide. New communication technologies have provided the perfect support for the development of this type of harassment in peer relationships, in addition to being linked to broad social and economic circumstances. In this study, the global trends of the socioeconomic implications of cyberbullying in the educational context have been analysed, from 2004 to 2019. Thus, a bibliometric analysis has been applied to 1128 articles, obtaining results of the evolution of scientific activity in this period. The articles are mainly associated with the thematic areas of Social Sciences, Psychology, Medicine and Computer Science. Seven main thematic axes have been detected, highlighting those related to the psychological aspect, adolescence, and the school environment. Likewise, the link of the main authors, institutions, and countries to these lines of research has been detected. The evidence has shown the interest and relevance of this topic at the international level. Future research lines propose different analyses about how certain socioeconomic factors influence this psychological harassment inside and outside the classroom

    IoT Technology Applications-Based Smart Cities: Research Analysis

    The development of technologies enables the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) in urban environments, creating smart cities. Hence, the optimal management of data generated in the interconnection of electronic sensors in real time improves the quality of life. The objective of this study is to analyze global research on smart cities based on IoT technology applications. For this, bibliometric techniques were applied to 1232 documents on this topic, corresponding to the period 2011–2019, to obtain findings on scientific activity and the main thematic areas. Scientific production has increased annually, so that the last triennium has accumulated 83.23% of the publications. The most outstanding thematic areas were Computer Science and Engineering. Seven lines have been identified in the development of research on smart cities based on IoT applications. In addition, the study has detected seven new future research directions. The growing trend at the global level of scientific production shows the interest in developing aspects of smart cities based on IoT applications. This study contributes to the academic, scientific, and institutional discussion to improve decision making based on the available information

    Remote Sensing Applied in Forest Management to Optimize Ecosystem Services: Advances in Research

    Research Highlights: the wide variety of multispectral sensors that currently exist make it possible to improve the study of forest systems and ecosystem services. Background and Objectives: this study aims to analyze the current usefulness of remote sensing in forest management and ecosystem services sciences, and to identify future lines of research on these issues worldwide during the period 1976–2019. Materials and Methods: a bibliometric technique is applied to 2066 articles published between 1976 and 2019 on these topics to find findings on scientific production and key subject areas. Results: scientific production has increased annually, so that in the last five years, 50.34% of all articles have been published. The thematic areas in which more articles were linked were environmental science, agricultural, and biological sciences, and earth and planetary sciences. Seven lines of research have been identified that generate contributions on this topic. In addition, the analysis of the relevance of the keywords has detected the ten main future directions of research. The growing worldwide trend of scientific production shows interest in developing aspects of this field of study. Conclusions: this study contributes to the academic, scientific, and institutional discussion to improve decision-making, and proposes new scenarios and uses of this technology to improve the administration and management of forest resources

    Assessment of elemental composition in commercial fish of the Bay of Cádiz, Southern Iberian Peninsula

    The assessment of trace metal content in our fish diet is important due to the adverse effect on human health. Despite the increasing interest about the fish quality, little information is available for Southern Spain, a region characterized by high seafood intake. Nine species from the Bay of Cádiz with high commercial value were selected. Similar values were measured in the nine studied species for most of the elements, except for the macroelements Ca and S, and the microelements Fe, Mn and As, which showed significant differences among species. Metal Pollution Index (MPI) did not differ among species, and it was similar to those obtained for other Atlantic and Mediterranean locations. The values measured for the nine species were below the health limits provided by World, European and Spanish legislations, indicating that, in general terms, consumption of these species is safe in the study area.We are very grateful to Dr. P.
