    Penelitian dilatarbelakangi karena ketidakpedulian siswa akan lingkungan sekitar khususnya pada aspek penghijauan disekitar lingkungan sekolah. Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah model discovery learning. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ecoliteracy siswa dalam budidaya tanaman. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah model spiral menurut Kemmis dan Taggart dan dilakukan dalam tiga siklus dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan di setiap siklus dalam aspek pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan aplikasi mengenai budidaya tanaman yang meliputi pengolahan tanah, mempersiapkan benih, pemberian pupuk, pemeliharaan tanaman serta penyiangan. Berdasarkan pemaparan tersebut maka hipotesis awal pada penelitian ini terbukti benar bahwa discovery learning dapat meningkatkan ecoliteracy siswa dalam budidaya tanaman. ;---The research is motivated by the students' ignorance of the surrounding environment, especially in the reforestation aspect around the school environment. The model’s steps used is discovery learning model. The research method used is action research class (PTK) with qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study is to increase the students' ecoliteracy in cultivation. The research design used is spiral model according Kemmis and Taggart and done in three cycles by applying learning discovery learning model. The results showed that students experienced an increase in every cycle in the aspects of knowledge, awareness, and application of crop cultivation, including soil preparation, seed preparation, fertilizer application, planting and weeding. Based on the exposure, the initial hypothesis in this study proved true that the learning can increase the students' ecoliterity in the cultivation of plants

    Pengembangan Buku Berbasis Kontekstual untuk Meningkatkan Karakter Pelajar Pancasila

    This research is a type of development research (Research and Development/RnD) that uses the Borg and Gall development model. The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of contextual-based book learning media in improving the character of Pancasila students. The research subjects were 32 students of class V at SDN Cililitan 02 Jakarta. Based on research conducted, data obtained in the form of a feasibility percentage by material experts showed data of 85% with a very feasible category. Furthermore, the language feasibility test shows a percentage of 93% with a very decent category. Then the media expert due diligence showed a percentage of 89% in the very feasible category. Besides that, there was also a large gain in the aspect of the media effectiveness test, which was 94% in the very effective category. The same thing is shown by the presentation data from the due diligence by small group users of 89% with the very feasible category. then the large group test obtained a percentage of 93% with a very feasible category. based on these data, the contextual-based book media is proven to be able to improve the character of Pancasila students in students

    Peningkatan Keterampilan Bertanya Lanjutan Mahasiswa Melalui Model Pembelajaran Direct Instruction

    This research is motivated by the low ability of students advanced asking skill . The difficulty of students in compiling quality questions is a problem that must be corrected in a lesson. For this reason, researchers apply learning by using an appropriate model to improve students advanced asking skill, namely the Direct Instruction learning model. Direct Instruction was chosen as a model that can increase student activity in the learning process. The subjects of this study were students of 19B1 Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Pelita Bangsa University, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with a Kemmis and Tagart design (Wiriatmadja, 2005) by using question instruments and student activity sheets. Overall, the results of the study show that students advanced asking skill in learning always show an increase in each cycle. The increase in the percentage increase in achievement in this study covers aspects of students' knowledge and advanced questioning skills. In the aspect of knowledge, the percentage of the first cycle reached 78.25%, the second cycle reached 84.50%, the third cycle reached 90.63%. Meanwhile, in advanced questioning skills, the percentage of the first cycle reached an average of 22.40%, the second cycle reached 68.18%, and in the third cycle it reached 91.38%. So this research it can be concluded that the Direct Instruction learning model can improve students' advanced questioning skills

    This paper aims to find out the forms of violation of the law in the procurement of government goods/services that can be subject to blacklist sanctions and to find out the legal consequences of imposing blacklist sanctions for perpetrators of government procurement of goods/services. In administering the government of a country, the state has the duty to carry out the life of the nation and state in order to improve the welfare of its people. To carry out this main task, one of which is that the government has the obligation to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure to be used by its people in various forms, whether in the form of goods, services or infrastructure development. The government can not always provide its own facilities and infrastructure needed by its people, for that the government seeks to carry out development through spending activities using third parties, namely providers/partners for procurement of goods and services as implementation of the application of sanctions for providers in the process of procurement of goods and services, one of which high integrity and able to help the government in realizing quality facilities and infrastructure for the community. From the government's point of view, the imposition of blacklist sanctions for election participants/providers aims to provide a deterrent effect to election participants/providers who are incompetent.Keywords: Procurement of government goods/services, blacklist sanctions, procurement actorsTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pelanggaran hukum dalam Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah yang dapat dikenakan Sanksi Daftar Hitam dan mengetahui akibat hukum pengenaan Sanksi Daftar Hitam bagi pelaku Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah. Dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan suatu negara, negara mempunyai tugas untuk melaksanakan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyatnya. Untuk melaksanakan tugas utama ini salah satunya pemerintah mempunyai kewajiban untuk menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk dimanfaatkan oleh rakyatnya dalam berbagai bentuk baik berupa barang, jasa maupun pembangunan infrastruktur. Pemerintahtidak dapat selalu menyediakan sendiri keseluruhan sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan oleh rakyatnya, untuk itu pemerintah berupaya untuk melaksanakan pembangunan melalui kegiatan pembelanjaan dengan menggunakan pihak ketiga yakni penyedia/rekanan pengadaan barang dan jasa sebagai pelaksananyaPenerapan sanksi-sanksi kepada penyedia didalam proses pengadaan barang dan jasa salah satunya sanksi daftar hitam (blacklist) sebagaimana yang tercantum didalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 12 Tahun 2021. Sanksi-sanksi tersebut ditujukan sebagai alat bagi pemerintah guna mendapatkan penyedia barang dan jasa yang memiliki integritas yang tinggi serta mampu membantu pemerintah dalam mewujudkan sarana dan prasarana yang berkualitas bagi masyarakat.     Peningkatan Karakter Kemandirian Peserta Didik melalui Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning pada Pembelajaran IPA

    This research is motivated by the low independence of students. One effort to overcome this problem is by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model. The results of observations made on fourth grade students at SD Negeri Sukaresmi 06 show low independence. These results were obtained from several observations before this research took place, while this study used classroom action research methods, the subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SD Negeri Sukaresmi 06 Cikarang Selatan. The results of the study in cycle I meeting 1 showed 36.58% of students who showed independence in cycle I meeting 2 showed 51.21% of students who showed independence, while in cycle II meeting 1 showed student independence of 85.36% and in cycle II meeting 2 shows the independence of students by 95.12%. Based on these data, it is proven that Contextual Teaching and Learning can increase the independence of students

    This study aims to analyze juridically regarding the effectiveness of preventing acts of terrorism in the digital era. The method in this research is non-doctrinal. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that currently, the implementation of digitalization-based terrorism prevention has not been able to materialize effectively, this is shown by the increasing recruitment of members of terrorism, financing of terrorism, and the spread of terror through digital media today. Act No. 5 of 2018 in its development has not regulated the implementation of a clear terrorism prevention and the position of the protection and recovery of victims of terrorism is not yet clear and regarding the progress of information and communication technology as a means of terrorism has not been clearly regulated. In addition, it has not yet been regulated related to efforts to prevent and deal with criminal acts of terrorism. So in other words, it can be said that the proliferation of advanced methods of terrorism has not been clearly regulated in the legal politics of handling terrorism

    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan serta kelayakan media berdasarkan kevalidan dan kepraktisan media ular tangga dalam pembelajaran tema daerah tempat tinggalku. Metode yang digunakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research Based Development, dengan mengacu pada model ADDIE yang mana terdapat 5 tahapan. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan media ular tangga mencapai presentase 84.1% (sangat valid) dari ahli media dan 90.9% (sangat valid) dari ahli materi. Sedangkan kepraktisan media ular tangga berdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa memperoleh presentase 91% (sangat praktis). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media ular tangga yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pebelajaran. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, media ular tangga, pembelajaran

    Sintesis Nanoselulosa dari Limbah Hasil Pertanian dengan Menggunakan Variasi Konsentrasi Asam

    Limbah hasil pertanian merupakan sumber serat yang sangat besar. Limbah hasil pertanian banyak terdapat di Provinsi Lampung antara lain adalah jerami padi dan jagung. Pemanfaatan limbah pertanian merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mendapatkan material penghasil selulosa. Nanoselulosa merupakan salah satu pemanfaatan dari selulosa yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan. Nanoselulosa dapat dibagi menjadi 3 tipe utama yaitu selulosa nanokristal, selulosa nanofibril, dan nanoselulosa bakterial. Nanoselulosa memiliki diameter 1-100 nm dan panjang 500-2000 nm. Beberapa teknik dikembangkan untuk mengekstrak nanoselulosa dari selulosa diantaranya hidrolisis asam, hidrolisis enzimatis, dan proses mekanis. Adapun penggunaan masing-masing metode ekstraksi dimungkinkan menghasilkan tipe dan properti nanoselulosa yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sintesis nanoselulosa dari limbah hasil pertanian dengan berbagai konsentrasi asam untuk menghasilkan selulosa dengan ukuran nano terbaik berkisar antara 1 – 100 nm. Variasi konsentrasi H2SO4 yang digunakan yaitu 45%, 55%, dan 65%. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan serbuk selulosa dengan ukuran nano yang bervariasi. Ukuran nanoselulosa yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 356,5 nm – 764,2 nm untuk limbah jerami padi, dan 422,6 nm – 634,0 nm untuk limbah kulit jagun

    The content of secondary metabolites in the rhizome of the Curcuma genus such as Black turmeric (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb.), White turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria (Christm.) Roscoe) and Java turmeric (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb.) play a role in various pharmacological activities. One of them is the content of the curcuminoid compounds which have been proved to have antibacterial activity. This study aims to screen the content of secondary metabolite compounds, determine curcuminoid content and verify the antibacterial activity of the extracts of Black turmeric (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb.), White turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria (Christm.) Roscoe) and Java turmeric (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb.). Extraction was carried out by the maceration method using 95% ethanol as solvent. Phytochemical screening was tested for the content of alkaloid, polyphenols, flavonoids, quinones, tannins, saponins, and steroids/ triterpenoids compounds. Determination of curcuminoid content by UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method. The antibacterial activity test was carried out by the microdilution method against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Propionibacterium acne bacteria. The results of phytochemical screening showed that the three extracts contained polyphenols and flavonoids. Quinone compounds are only contained in the extract of Black turmeric and Java turmeric. Saponin compounds were only detected in Black turmeric and White turmeric  extracts. Meanwhile, steroid/ triterpenoid compounds were detected in the extract of White turmeric and Java turmeric. The results of curcuminoid content determination on the three extracts showed that the Java turmeric extract had the highest content of curcuminoids (16.07 ± 0.023 mg CE/g extract). The results of the antibacterial test showed the strongest activity of the three test samples shown by Java turmeric extract with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of 64 mg/mL against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria; 256 mg/mL against Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria; and 32 mg/mL against the Propionibacterium acne bacteria. These results indicate that Java turmeric extract is more active against Propionibacterium acne bacteria
