There is described a CBBS (Community Based Business Support) model developed in the UK and shortly presented methodology of SROI (Social Return on Investment) analyses. Measuring of business support social value is demonstrated on example of German project "enterability"

Shrnutí V roce 2023 uplyne třicet let od ukotvení zásady subsidiarity, jako obecné zásady právní v právním systému EU. Maastrichtská smlouva představovala zásadní politický krok v evropské integraci. K jeho dosažení zásadně přispělo i ukotvení zásady subsidiarity jako obecné zásady právní. Zásada subsidiarity se měla se stát dynamickou brzdou proti centralizaci a proti plíživému přesunu výkonu pravomocí na orgány EU. Třicet let praxe je vhodnou dobou ke zhodnocení úspěšnosti reálného naplnění této mise. Platí to v roce 2021 o to více, že EU stojí na prahu nové veřejné debaty o budoucnosti evropského projektu. Za tři dekády od Maastrichtské smlouvy prošlo ukotvení zásady subsidiarity několika legislativními proměnami. I přes tyto proměny však judikatura Soudního dvoru v této věci zůstala z ne příliš jasných důvodů jen málo rozvinutá. Původní důraz na soudní kontrolu ZS se v poslední třetině třicetiletého období přesunul z kontroly materiální stránky ex-post na kontrolu procesní ex-ante. Nakonec ani tato změna nepřinesla očekávané výsledky, resp. tyto přesto zůstávají málo zřetelné. Cílem této práce je dostat se co nejblíže k samotnému jádru problematiky a nabídnout odpovědi na praktické otázky, které nejvíce zajímají právníky. Ty se týkají se především právně-technické problematiky a selhávání očekávané role...Subsidiarity in EU law English Summary / Abstract The upcoming 30th anniversary of the Maastricht treaty is an opportunity to celebrate but also to critically evaluate the overall success of this significant political step towards deeper European integration. The Maastricht treaty incorporated the Principle of Subsidiarity as a general principle of law into the EU legal system. The Principle of Subsidiarity was intended as a safeguard against a creeping centralization and federalization of the alliance and a means of regulating the exercise of the Union's non-exclusive powers. Thirty years of experience is a good time to evaluate the success and fulfillment of that mission. This is all the more pertinent in 2021 as the EU finds itself on the threshold of a new public debate about the future of Europe. The Principle of Subsidiarity underwent several textual changes on the way to being anchored in the Treaties. Despite these changes the case law of the ECJ has remained for unclear reasons underdeveloped in comparison with other issues and areas of judicial review. The original emphasis placed on a judicial review of the fulfillment of substantial conditions and ex-post control of the principle has lately shifted to the ex-ante procedural one. Creation of a Hybrid Board Game, Including a Supporting Mobile Application

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření konkurenceschopné deskové hry s podpůrnou mobilní aplikací pro zařízení Android a iOS, která bude umožňovat uživatelům správu účtů, turnajů a zobrazení žebříčku. Pro vytvoření deskové hry bylo nutné analyzovat dnešní úspěšné hry na trhu. Bylo nezbytné použít vhodnou technologii pro vytvoření mobilní aplikace a webového API, které se bude starat o získávání dat z databáze. Rovněž musíme také vybrat patřičný databázový systém.Main goal of this thesis is creating competttive board game with supporting mobila application for Android and iOS mobile devices which will enable users to manage their account, their tournaments and present current leaderboard. For creating mentioned game we had to analyze successful board games. Lab-scale Technology for Biogas Production from Lignocellulose Wastes

Currently-operating biogas plants are based on the treatment of lignocellulose biomass, which is included in materials such as agriculture and forestry wastes, municipal solid wastes, waste paper, wood and herbaceous energy crops. Lab-scale biogas technology was specially developed for evaluating the anaerobic biodegrability and the specific methane yields of solid organic substrates. This technology falls into two main categories – pretreatment equipments, and fermentation equipments. Pretreatment units use physical principles based on mechanical comminution (ball mills, macerator) orhydrothermal treatment (liquid hot water pretreatment technology). The biochemical methane potential test is used to evaluate the specific methane yields of treated or non-treated organic substrates. Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh dvougeneračního rodinného domu v Jevanech. Návrh se snaží ve všech ohledech reflektovat kontext vesnice a spojit veřejný prostor s životem v rodinném domě. Objekt obsahuje dvě bytové jednotky z nichž větší z nich je obývána čtyřčlennou rodinou a menší je určena pro prarodiče nebo děti. Parcela se nachází v obci Jevany nedaleko návsi. Hlavní koncepční myšlenkou je citlivé spojení obou generací do jednoho objektu, který propojí život v domě s blízkou návsí ale zároveň pro rodiny vytvoří společný průsečík v soukromé zahradě.The subject of this bachelor thesis is design of a detached multi generational house in Jevany. Concept reflects the context of the traditional village and connects the public space with the house. The house contains two seperated appartments, the larger one is used by a four-member family the smaller is intended to be used by grandparents or children. The plot is situated in close proximity of the center of Jevany. Main conteptual idea is to connect two families into the one object and communicate with the public space on the other hand, the house creates enough privacy in the garden area
