    Особливості мікроскопічної будови надниркової залози гусей

    The study of the morphology of the adrenal gland of birds is one of the most critical issues of modern biology and veterinary medicine cause its solution contributes to the scientific justification of technologies for rearing, using, and treating birds. The work aims to clarify the features of the microscopic structure of the adrenal gland of geese. As a peripheral organ of the endocrine system, the adrenal gland affects the growth and differentiation of tissues, regulates water, protein, carbohydrate, fat, and mineral metabolism, the body's resistance to infections, intoxication, stress, and other factors. During research were used histological indagation methods. It was found that blood vessels, clusters of nerve cells are registered in the capsule of the adrenal gland of geese. Nodes of the sympathetic nervous system are registered outside it. Connective tissue septa with hemocapillaries extend from the capsule to the adrenal parenchyma, which is represented by intertwined cell strands of interrenal and suprarenal tissues. The narrow spaces between these cell strands are filled with layers of loose fibrous connective tissue with sinusoidal hemocapillaries and venous sinuses. The subcapsular layer, peripheral and central zones are recorded on the incision of the adrenal gland. The adrenal vein is localized in the central zone. The subcapsular zone is mainly represented by cells of suprarenal tissue, the peripheral and central zone – by cells of interrenal tissue. Suprarenal tissue cells have a polygonal shape, basophilic cytoplasm, and a rounded, centrally located nucleus. Cells of interrenal tissue are columnar or cubic, have eosinophilic colored cytoplasm, a round or oval nucleus placed eccentrically. Venous sinuses are localized in the central and peripheral zones of the adrenal gland. Their wall is thin, formed by flat endotheliocytes, bounded by groups of cells of interrenal and suprarenal tissues. As a result, established microscopic structural features of the adrenal gland of geese can be used to formulate the base of its typical morphological characteristics, which give a possibility to assess the Morpho-functional essential state of the bird adrenal gland of this species by the influence of various factors and pathologies, in perspective of following researches – the exploration of morphometric parameters of the structural components of the adrenal gland of geese.Дослідження морфології надниркової залози птахів є актуальною проблемою сучасної біології та ветеринарної медицини, оскільки її вирішення сприяє науковому обґрунтуванню технологій вирощування, використання та лікування птахів. Мета роботи – встановити особливості мікроскопічної будови надниркової залози гусей. Надниркова залоза як периферичний орган ендокринної системи впливає на ріст і диференціювання тканин, регулює водний, білковий, вуглеводний, жировий і мінеральний обміни, впливає на резистентність організму до інфекцій, інтоксикації, стресу та інших факторів. В ході дослідження були використані гістологічні методи дослідження. Встановлено, що у капсулі надниркової залози гусей реєструються кровоносні судини, скупчення нервових клітин, а зовні – вузли симпатичної нервової системи. Сполучнотканинні перегородки з гемокапілярами відходять від капсули в паренхіму надниркової залози, яка представлена переплетиними клітинними тяжами інтерреналової та супрареналової тканин. Вузькі проміжки між цими клітинними тяжами заповнені прошарками пухкої волокнистої сполучної тканини з синусоїдними гемокапілярами і венозними синусами. Субкапсулярний шар, периферична і центральна зони реєструються на розрізі надниркової залози. В центральній зоні локалізується надниркова вена. Субкапсулярна зона представлена переважно клітинами супрареналової тканини, периферична і центральна зона – клітинами інтерреналової тканини. Клітини супрареналової тканини мають полігональну форму, базофільну цитоплазму, округле, центрально розміщене ядро. Клітини інтерреналової тканини стовпчастої або кубічної форми, мають еозинофільно забарвлену цитоплазму, округле або овальне ядро, що розміщене ексцентрично. Венозні синуси локалізуються в центральній і периферичній зонах надниркової залози. Їх стінка тонка, утворена плоскими ендотеліоцитами, обмежена групами клітин інтерреналової та супрареналової тканин. Встановлені особливості мікроскопічної будови надниркової залози гусей можна використовувати для створення бази її нормальної морфологічної характеристики, що дасть можливість робити оцінку морфо-функціонального стану надниркової залози птахів даного виду за впливу різних факторів і за патології. У перспективі подальших досліджень – вивчення морфометричних показників структурних компонентів надниркової залози гусей

    Modern companies including telecommunication companies and mobile operators working in the global environment should guarantee technological effectiveness and innovation, renewing their technologies and services. Operation Support System/Business Support System is used in telecommunication companies. In current state-of-the-art approaches, several iterations involving analysts and system architects are necessary, methodologies allow modeling non-functional or functional requirements but they do not take into account the interaction between functional and non-functional requirements as well as collaboration between services. Web Services Agreement is a convenient way to contain QoS parameters but state-of-the-art SLA-aware methods cannot support all classes of non-functional parameters and provide run-time support and dynamic reconfiguration at the same time. The approach proposed in this paper fills this gap. It employs a well-defined workflow and analysis model for developing and adapting complex software systems including support of all classes of non-functional parameters and providing run-time support and dynamic reconfiguration of provided services

    Evaluating the Impact of Macroeconomic Factors on the Level of Dollarization in Ukraine

    The objectives of the article are identifying causal relationships between the macroeconomic determinants and the level of dollarization in Ukraine, as well as determining the activities for de-dollarization. The prerequisites, causes and consequences of dollarization have been covered. On the external grounds, dollarization is recognized as a manifestation of financial integration, on internal grounds, as a consequence of financial instability. The main types and forms of dollarization have been allocated. Forms of financial dollarization have been considered as: deposit, credit and monetary. The determinants that potentially impact the dollarization level have been allocated. According to the results of a correlation analysis, the thesis of direct strong connection between dollarization and currency deposits, i.e. the dominance of deposit dollarization, has been confirmed. In order to determine the causal nature of the interdependencies between variables and the level of dollarization, a Granger causality test was carried out, which confirmed the hypothesis of the significant influence of psychological attitudes and the distrust of economic agents towards the policies of government and monetary authorities. A set of macroeconomic, market and incentive de-dollarization activities have been proposed

    Розглянуто контактну задачу для нескінченної ізотропної пластинки з впаяним круглим пружним диском за наявності на лінії розмежування матеріалів зон спаю, гладкого контакту і відставання. Математичну модель задачі побудовано у вигляді системи сингулярних інтегральних рівнянь з логарифмічними ядрами. Розрахунок напруженого стану на межі поділу матеріалів проведено числово-аналітичним методом механічних квадратур і колокації.The solution of a contact task for infinite isotropic plate with a circumferential cut and elastic isotropic disk is proposed. The plate and the disk have to be soldered between themselves on the one part of the general contour, and a through symmetric section has to be on the other parts of the contour. Under the concentrated power loading applied in the center of the disk, the edges of a section of a lamellar design are in contact partially or along the whole length. Friction forces in the contact zone of the plate and the disk – are absent. The solution of such task assumes a tension component definition on a limit of the materials section and sets the size and position of the contact zone. Boundary conditions of the problem on a site of smooth contact are chosen as normal shifts equality of planimetric points of a plate and a disk, and on an interface site they are as shifts equality. Dependencies between the components of the displacement vector and contour points of the plate and the elastic disk and contact stresses are written down in the form of integral relations with logarithmic kernels. By the substitution of these expressions in boundary condition of the problem, the system of four singular integral equations for definition of functions, through which contact forces on the contact area and the juncture have been constructed. Beside the obtained system of equations the condition of force equilibrium state of a disk has to be satisfied. We considered cases of partial problem for a homogeneous plate with a cut along the arc of a circle and absolutely hard disk. An approximate solution of a problem is realized by mechanical quadratures and collocations method. The size and the position of the contact zone are defined by a dichotomy method. The influence of relative rigidity of the disk and the size of a soldering zone on distribution of planimetric tension has been investigated for a piecewise homogeneus isotropic plate with a circumferential cutting, the edges of which are in contact partially or along all length because of the force action of loading. The results of numeric computation with full and incomplete contact of the section's edges are illustrated on schemes and table

    Study of the activity of sunflower honey against a mixed microbial association isolated from bees with signs of dyspepsia in laboratory conditions

    Beekeeping is one of the essential branches of agriculture in Ukraine, the main activity of which is aimed at breeding bees and obtaining honey and other products beneficial for human health. Maintaining the physiological state of bee colonies at the proper level is one of the essential tasks of veterinary medicine doctors and beekeepers. Compliance with veterinary and sanitary requirements at bee farms is the basis of preventing infectious pathologies in bee colonies. Since the body of insects has a fast metabolism, any infectious pathology quickly acquires a massive manifestation. One indicative symptom of infectious damage to the “gut” of bees is dyspepsia. Diarrhea, anorexia, and loss of productivity are observed in bees in this condition. The market of means to prevent such pathological manifestations in beekeeping is relatively narrow. The healing and favorable properties of honey, manifested in pain-relieving, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, have been known since ancient times. Sunflower honey differs from other types in a wide range of components, particularly phytoncides, which inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. Therefore, the main goal of the experiment was a laboratory study of the effect of different concentrations of sunflower honey sieve on the mixed microbial association isolated from bees with signs of dyspepsia. The activity of sunflower honey in laboratory conditions was studied by the disco-diffusion method in Petri dishes on MPA medium (meat-peptone agar). To obtain syrup from sunflower honey, sunflower honey was diluted with distilled water in a ratio of 1:1, working solutions were prepared from sunflower honey syrup in dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:10, 1:100. The data analysis indicates the bacteriostatic activity of the syrup from sunflower honey in all studied concentrations concerning the mixed microbial association. Moreover, the largest diameter of the growth inhibition zone of the studied microorganisms was noted when the syrup from sunflower honey was diluted in a ratio of 1:10 (19.2 ± 0.42 mm). In turn, the antagonistic effect of the syrup from sunflower honey was observed in all dilutions concerning the mixed microbial association, where the largest diameter of the antagonism was 19.6 ± 0.27 mm when the disc was impregnated with the native working solution. Thus, it is promising to accumulate and identify a pure culture antagonist concerning a mixed culture of bacteria isolated during bee diarrhea to further create a pharmacological agent for preventing infectious pathologies of bees in unhealthy apiaries

    Results of numerical analysis of accuracy and convergence of solutions on the basis of the integral method of boundary characteristics are presented. It is shown by the example of consideration of a semi-bounded space with the first-kind boundary conditions that the solutions constructed are exact in essence because their error for parameters changing within a wide range comprises hundredth–ten-thousandth fractions of a percent.Представлены результаты численного анализа точности и сходимости решений на основе интегрального метода граничных характеристик. На примере рассмотрения полуограниченного пространства с граничным условием первого рода показано, что построенные решения, по существу, являются точными, поскольку погрешность для широкой области значений параметров составляет сотые – десятитысячные доли процента
