    Upaya Meningkatkan Keaktifan Siswa Dalam Permaina N Musik Tradisional Calempong Dengan Membaca Notasi Melalui Metode Inkuiri Di Kelas X Sma Negeri Pintar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam permainan musik tradisional calempong dengan membaca notasi melalui metode inkuiri. Dengan metode inkuiri ini siswa lebih memacu pemahaman dalam setiap materi yang disampaikan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dua siklus. Siklus I tediri dari 4 kali pertemuan, sedangkan siklus II terdiri atas 2 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 3 di SMA Negeri Pintar yang berjumlah 25 orang, yang terdiri atas 6 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa anak perempuan. Prosedur penelitian yang dilaksanakan dalam empat langkah utama yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengamatan dilakukan oleh guru Seni Budaya yang mengamati siswa. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian data penulis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam melakukan proses belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan dikelas dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri. Sebagaimana pemahaman siswa mengalami peningkatan dari sebelum melakukan PTK yaitu mencapai ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I tingkatan awal menjadi 65,31% kemudian kembali meningkat pada siklus II dengan metode inkuiri ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 76,08% atau dapat dikatakan pembelajaran tuntas dengan ketercapaian dalam ketuntasan diatas KKM 75. Dengan metode inkuiri ini diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran seni budaya dalam materi membaca notasi pola rime ini dapat membantu proses belajar siswa dalam permainan musik tradisional calempong dikelas X MIPA 3 di SMA Negeri Pintar Kab. Kuantan Singingi

    Ethnic Integration and Development in China

    This paper pursues an inquiry into the relationship between ethnicity and development in the largest authoritarian country in the contemporary world, the People’s Republic of China. It engages the theoretical literature on ethnic diversity and development in general, but also pays special attention to political economy logics unique to authoritarian systems. Focusing on the western part of China over a decade since the launch of China’s Western Development Program (xibu da kaifa) in 2000, this paper utilizes the data from two censuses (2000 and 2010) together with nighttime streetlight imagery data to analyze the overall relationship between ethnicity and development provision. It also analyzes changes in such a relationship during this period. The paper finds that ethnic minority concentration negatively correlates with economic development in both the years 2000 and 2010 across the western provinces. It also finds that counties in non-autonomous provinces, which are historically more integrated with the rest of China than autonomous provinces, have a positive and systematic correlation between changes in ethnic minority concentration and changes in development during the 10-year period. The counties in autonomous provinces, on the other hand, show the opposite trend. Using three case studies of Tibet, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang, the paper concludes that although there is in general a tendency for ethnic minority concentrated areas to be less developed, ultimately which groups prosper more or less depends upon specific economic development and which political control logics the Chinese state implements

    Political hierarchies and landscapes of conflict across Africa

    Almost all African states experience substantial and widespread political insecurity in a variety of forms. This analysis explains how relationships between groups and governments create incentives and disincentives for distinct forms of political violence to emerge. It argues that ethno-regional communities across Africa are situated within a power hierarchy that determines their relative importance to, and inclusion in, regimes. A dynamic power landscape emerges from relative group positions. Various positions within a hierarchy are associated with particular dominant forms of organized political violence as groups challenge political elites, but are bounded by their goals and characteristics. A failure to consider the political hierarchies and landscapes operating within African states has led to an under specification of the causal mechanisms driving different forms of violence, and an overstatement of benefits from declining civil war rates and inclusive governing coalitions

    Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uzzināt RCB un tās filiālbibliotēku Bērnu literatūras nodaļu lasītāju grāmatu izvēles kritērijus. Pētījuma teorētisko bāzi veido uzticama teorētiskā informācija, kas palīdz noskaidrot bērnu psiholoģiskās attīstības lomu grāmatu lasīšanas kontekstā un filozofijas virziens fenomenoloģija, kas skaidro indivīdu izpratni par kādu fenomenu. Pētījumā, mērķu sasniegšanai, tiek pielietotas divas pētniecības metodes - anketēšana un intervēšana. Anketēšana tiek izmantota, lai uzzinātu respondentu domas un viedokli konkrētos jautājumos. Intervija tiek veidota ar mērķi uzzināt detalizētāku informāciju par lasītāju grāmatu izvēles kritērijiem no bibliotekāru skatu punkta. Tika veiktas trīs intervijas, un anketas aizpildīja 100 respondenti. Pētījuma gaitā apstiprinājās sākotnēji izvirzītā hipotēze. RCB un tās filiālbibliotēku Bērnu literatūras nodaļu lasītāji grāmatu izvēles laikā apsver vairākus galvenos atlases kritērijus, un tie ir: grāmatas žanrs, vizuālais noformējums, grāmatas nosaukums un autors, tematika un atsauksmes.The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the criteria for selecting books for readers of the Children's Literature Department of the RCB and its branch libraries. The theoretical basis of the research consists of reliable theoretical information that helps to clarify the role of children's psychological development in the context of reading books and the philosophical direction of phenomenology, which explains individuals' understanding of a phenomenon. In the research, two research methods are used to achieve the goals - questionnaire and interview. Questionnaires are used to find out respondents' thoughts and opinions on specific issues. The interview is designed to find out more detailed information about the criteria for selecting readers' books from the librarian's point of view. Three interviews were conducted and the questionnaires were completed by 100 respondents. The initial hypothesis was confirmed during the research. Readers of the Children's Literature Departments of the RCB and its affiliate libraries consider a number of key selection criteria when selecting books, including: book genre, visual design, book title and author, topics, and reviews

    Maģistra darba temats ir “Latvijas jauniešu informācijpratība par rūpnieciskā īpašuma tiesību pārkāpumiem un to radītajiem kaitējumiem”. Jaunieši, kuri izprot intelektuālā īpašuma nozīmi, visticamāk, respektēs citu intelektuālo īpašumu. Tas var palīdzēt novērst plaģiātismu, pirātismu un, protams, rūpnieciskā īpašuma tiesību pārkāpumus. Jauniešu informācijpratībai ir jābūt labā līmenī, lai zinātu, kā atšķirt oriģinālus un viltotus produktus un pieņemt apzinātus lēmumus par pirkumiem. Šis ir pirmais šāda veida pētījums Latvijā, kurā īpaši pētīta jauniešu informācijpratība rūpnieciskā īpašuma tiesību kontekstā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot Latvijas jauniešu priekštatus un rīcību saistībā ar informāciju par rūpnieciskā īpašuma tiesību pārkāpumiem un to radītajiem kaitējumiem. Pētījumā izmantotas aptaujas anketas, fokusgrupas diskusija un intervijas, lai apkopotu atziņas, atklājot gan pozitīvos aspektus, gan jomas, kurās jauniešu informācijpratība ir jāuzlabo Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka, lai gan kopumā jauniešu informācijpratība ir laba, joprojām ir jomas, kurās viņu prasmes darbā ar informāciju par rūpnieciskā īpašuma tiesību pārkāpumiem ir jāuzlabo. Jauniešu informācijpratību ietekmē dažādi faktori, kas minēti arī pētījumā, bet īpaši to ietekmē pieejamās informācijas daudzveidīgums tieši jauniešu auditorijai. Pētījuma noslēgumā sniegti ieteikumi jauniešu informācijpratības uzlabošanai.The topic of my master thesis is "Information literacy of young people in Latvia about industrial property rights infringements and the damage they cause". Young people who understand the importance of intellectual property are more likely to respect the intellectual property of others. This can help prevent plagiarism, piracy and, of course, infringements of industrial property rights. Young people need to have a good level of information literacy to know how to distinguish between genuine and counterfeit products and to make informed purchasing decisions. This is the first study of its kind in Latvia to specifically investigate young people's information literacy in the context of industrial property rights. The aim of the Master's thesis is to find out the attitudes and behaviour of young people in Latvia in relation to information on infringements of industrial property rights and the damage caused by them. The study uses questionnaires, focus group discussion and interviews to summarise the findings, revealing both positive aspects and areas where young people's information literacy needs to be improved The results show that, although young people's information literacy is generally good, there are still areas where their skills in dealing with information on industrial property rights infringements need to be improved. Young people's information literacy is influenced by a variety of factors, also mentioned in the study, but particularly by the diversity of information available specifically for young audiences. The study concludes with recommendations for improving information literacy among young people
