Tato diplomová práce na téma "Ochrana participačních práv dětí v soudním řízení" se zabývá problematikou ochrany participačních práv dětí v řízeních před soudy. Bakalářská práce „Revoltující adolescentní hrdina ve filmu: v rámci školní - nápravné - či jiné výchovné instituce,“ si klade za cíl zmapovat filmy, zobrazující dětskou a dospívající postavu ve filmu v rámci historie kinematografie. Postupem dějinného vývoje se pak práce zaměřuje převážně na filmy s mužskými hrdiny v rámci prostředí školních, nápravných, či jinak výchovných institucí ve filmu, aby v závěru na základě teorie hrdinského monomýtu rozebrala poslední z vybraných snímků „Zlo mezi námi“

Migration to selected EU countries: Labor market integration

The aim of this master thesis is to analyse the labor market of European Union and its certain countries in relation to the immigration with the backgound of various social welfare models. The paper is analysing the topic of labor market of European Union, integration of immigrants on this market, with focus on economies and labour markets of Sweden, United Kingdom and Germany as countries with high level of immigration that are representing three different social welfare models, such as Nordic model, Liberal model and Conservative model. The main objective of this thesis is the analysis of labor markets in selected countries of the European Union in relation to immigration and their subsequent comparison using the background of different social welfare models. The result is the evaluation of effectivness of the various social models based on statistical data, acquired knowledge and performed comparisons. The thesis is divided into four chapters and contains 13 tables and 8 charts

Objektom skúmania diplomovej práce je trh práce Európskej únie a jej vybraných krajín vo vzťahu k imigrácií na pozadí rozdielnych sociálnych modelov. V práci je analyzovaná problematika trhu práce Európskej únie a integrácia imigrantov na tomto trhu, so zameraním na ekonomiky a trhy práce Švédska, Veľkej Británie a Nemecka, ako krajiny s vysokou mierou imigrácie reprezentujúce tri rôzne sociálne modely. Tieto modely sú sociálno-demokratický, liberálny a konzervatívny model. Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza pracovných trhov vybraných krajín EÚ vo vzťahu k imigrácií a ich následná komparácia na pozadí rozdielnych sociálnych modelov. Výsledkom práce je zhodnotenie efektívnosti jednotlivých sociálnych modelov na základe štatistických údajov, získaných poznatkov a komparácie. Energiegenossenschaften in der Nutzung von erneuerbaren Energiequellen

<p>Die vierjährige länderübergreifende Projektkooperation zwischen Deutschland und Tschechien unter dem Titel "Energiegenossenschaften in der Nutzung erneuerbarer Energiequellen" stärkte die Beziehung zwischen den Projektpartnern und ermöglichte den Austausch wertvollen Wissens. Es trug dazu bei, die öffentliche Diskussion in der Tschechischen Republik zu gestalten, indem eine breite Palette von Tools und Aktivitäten eingesetzt wurden - sowohl virtuell als auch persönlich. In Deutschland wurden die Partizipation der Bürger*innen an der Energiewende sowie die Stakeholderlandschaft und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen gefördert, um Bürgerenergiegesellschaften als wichtiges Standbein der Energiewende weiter zu stärken.</p><p>Regelmäßige Beiratssitzungen unterstützten dabei, die Strategien zu bestätigen und Empfehlungen zu erhalten, die dann in der nächsten Projektphase in beiden Ländern und länderübergreifend umgesetzt wurden. Auch die länderübergreifenden Aktivitäten halfen den Projektpartnern, die eigenen Rahmenbedingungen und Strategien zu reflektieren und entsprechend der neuen Erkenntnisse anzupassen. Dank des Projektes wurden Personalressourcen geschaffen, die robuste Kommunikationsstrategien entwickelt, Materialien geschaffen, Veranstaltungen und Treffen durchgeführt und sich mit anderen Akteuren der Energiebranche vernetzt haben.</p><p>Vom Antragsteller Bündnis Bürgerenergie wurden entsprechend der Bedarfe der Bürgerenergieakteure umfangreiche Materialien in Form von drei Broschüren entwickelt, die in Verbindung mit inhaltlich passenden Workshops den Zielgruppen angeboten wurden. Diese unterstützen Energiegenossenschaften, ihre Projekte entsprechend der bestehenden Stakeholder zu optimieren und ihre Geschäftsmodelle sowohl gemeinwohlorientiert, als wirtschaftlich auch in dynamischen Zeiten auszurichten. Politisch wurde die Umsetzung der europäischen Erneuerbare-Energien-Richtlinie (RED II) vorangetrieben und das Konzept Energy-Sharing dank dem BBEn auf die politische Agenda gesetzt.</p><p>Hnuti Duha konnte sich dank des Projektes zu einem angesehenen Akteur entwickeln, der zur Gründung einer Community Energy Union ähnlich der Organisation des Bündnis Bürgerenergie in Tschechien geführt hat. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts sind ebenfalls offensichtlich: Die Laienöffentlichkeit ist sich des Konzepts der Bürgerenergiegemeinschaften und der Vorteile von Genossenschaften bewusster und versteht, dass diese eine gute Lösung für Klima und Umwelt darstellen. Entscheidungsträger und Gemeindevertreter haben das Konzept der Bürgerenergie verstanden und werden aktiv, um diese zu entwickeln oder zu ihrer Entwicklung beizutragen. Mainstream-Journalisten hören auf, erneuerbare Energiequellen zu belächeln und berichten regelmäßig über interessante Projekte und bewährte Verfahren aus Tschechien und anderen EU-Ländern.</p><p>Die Förderung des bürgerfreundlichen dezentralen Ausbaus erneuerbarer Energien in beiden Ländern ermöglicht den Klima- und somit auch Artenschutz durch die Reduktion von Treibhausgasen.</p&gt
