    Creativity is a pattern of student behavior that is active, has great curiosity, cannot be silent about one thing, and has the urge to develop in oneself and others. This study aims to describe the creativity of student physics teacher candidates through physics toy project-based learning. Physics toys are chosen by the students themselves with the minimum requirement that they are made of one used material. Students are required to explain what physics concepts can be explained through the toy. The result is that 75% of students make toys from bottled drinking water and 83% of the videos are uploaded on YouTube. The level of creativity of students is classified as creative with an average score of 2.1. This level of creativity still needs to be improved to produce highly creative and excellent teacher candidates.Keywords: creativity, physics toys, project-based learning

    Cost Structure Analysis in Inter Island Perishable Goods Transport (Case Study: South Konawe Citrus, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia)

    The objectives of this paper are to measure prices and costs on the supply chains of fresh oranges products. It also qualitatively investigates supply chain bottlenecks and their impact in terms of access toward markets for small producers in rural areas. The analysis of supply-chain bottlenecks is focusing on the breakdown of costs (production, post-harvest, and logistics (transport)) within the supply chain. The location study is in South Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia which is known as one of the largest citrus producer in Indonesia. The results show that the formation of the price of oranges is formed with the following characteristics: 1) cost at the farm level is made up of costs for production activities and processing activities are not done because orange is sold in the form of raw materials, 2) factors that affect the cost at the trade level is the infrastructure condition, mileage and processes during delivery, and 3) the selling price is determined by the trader in accordance with market demand. Merchants were indicated to have the power to determine the prices are a big trader in Java, with implications for the pricing down to the farm level. The condition of infrastructure is an important aspect in the formation of prices. Badly damaged roads often cause farmers cannot sell their production to other regions because of the high risk of damage to goods due mired vehicles on the road, as well as a long time transporting. Another issue that arises is related to inadequate governance in the Port of Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi which caused the cost of transportation by the port to be expensive. The existence of interests of the parties that play a role in making the port of unloading handling process becomes inefficient. High price made by the association of workers unloading for example, makes the high cost of handling goods. Not to mention the imbalance in the flow of goods in and out of the Port of Kendari, mainly from Java, which caused the vessel operator must take into account the condition of empty when the ship returned in Java. Another condition is a problem with the transport of goods is the last priority given to freight transport compared to passenger transport. This often makes long waiting times at the port, which will affect the transported goods, especially perishables goods such as fruits.     Telah dilakukan penelitian quasi-eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery berbantuan buletin terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA N 1 Cepu. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling sehingga diperoleh kelas XI MIPA 4 sebagai kelas control dan XI MIPA 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang masing-masing kelas berjumlah 36 siswa. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan tes hasil belajar kognitif berupa soal uraian yang dibuat berdasarkan indikator kemampuan berpikir logis. Berdasarkan analisis uji t diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 6,267 dan ttabel sebesar 1,667. Karena thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel maka hipotesis nol ditolak, sehingga diketahui bahwa model pembelajaran discovery berbantuan buletin berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa. Dari analisis keempat indikator kemampuan berpikir logis, diketahui bahwa pengaruh paling tinggi model pembelajaran discovery berbantuan buletin terdapat pada indikator ke-empat yaitu silogisme, sedangkan pengaruh paling rendah terdapat pada indikator ke-3 yaitu kondisional

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning physics assisted by Google Classroom as a Learning Management System (LMS) to improve critical thinking skills of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Karangrayung. This research is an experimental study with a Quasi Experimental Design, in the form of Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Karangrayung as many as 180 students. The sample used in this study were 2 classes totaling 72 students who were determined using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The instrument used is a test instrument that has been adapted to indicators of critical thinking skills. Before the test instrument is used in research, the instrument has been validated and is suitable for use. The results of data analysis showed that there was an increase in students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class compared to the control class. This is evidenced by the average value of the experimental class 83.36 which is classified as very high, while the control class is 66.14 which is classified as moderate. In the right side t-test analysis, the results of  >  are 10.606 > 1.147 and P < 0.05, then  is rejected and  is accepted.     Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Fisika Berbasis Aplikasi Android Menggunakan iSpring Suite 10

    Sistem pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan pada kelas X masih menerapkan proses pembelajaran satu arah, pemanfaat media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi belum dimaksimalkan oleh pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran Fisika berbasis aplikasi android yang layak diuji cobakan ke peserta didik sebagai salah satu sumber belajar mandiri untuk kelas 10 semester gasal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) yang memiliki lima tahap, meliputi potensi dan masalah, studi literatur/pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, dan desain teruji. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh tiga validator ahli dan tiga validator praktisi. Pengumpulan penilaian produk dilakukan dengan memberikan lembar validasi kepada validator ahli dan validator praktisi untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas aplikasi yang telah dikembangkan. Data terkumpul kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan mengubah ke bentuk persentase. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa produk aplikasi yang dikembangkan mendapatkan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 86,67% oleh validator ahli dengan kategori sangat layak sementara rata-rata persentase penilaian oleh validator praktisi sebesar 93,03% dengan kategori sangat layak. Persentase penilaian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Fisika berbasis aplikasi android dapat diuji cobakan ke peserta didik.Kata kunci: android, Fisika, e-modulAbstract. The learning system at SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan in grade 10 still applies a one-way learning process, the use of technology-based interactive learning media has not been maximized by educators. This study aims to produce an Android application-based Physics learning media that is worthy of being tested on students as a source of independent learning for grade 10 odd semesters. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which has five stages, including potential and problems, literature study/data collection, product design, design validation, and tested design. The developed application was validated by three expert validators and three practitioner validators. The collection of product assessments is carried out by providing validation sheets to expert validators and practitioner validators to determine the level of validity of the applications that have been developed. The collected data is then analyzed by converting it to percentage form. The results of the assessment show that the application product developed gets an overall average of 86.67% by expert validators in the very feasible category while the average percentage of assessment by practitioner validators is 93.03% in the very feasible category. The percentage of these assessments can be concluded that the Android application-based Physics learning media can be tested on students.Keywords: android, Physics, e-modul

    Identification of Sustainable Supply Chain Performance in Primary Cocoa Processing (Case Study in Patuk, Yogyakarta)

    This study identified the handling of dry fermented cocoa bean production, analyzed the level of cocoa supply chain (SC) performance in Patuk, and developed recommendations for poor performance to improve SC performance. In this study, environmentally friendly handling was carried out by observing the SC and processing process, and SC performance was measured based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model in the scope of reliability, responsiveness, and agility supported by the 2.2 Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting method using pairwise comparison. The result of this study indicates that sustainable practices from the seeding, nurturing, harvesting, and shipping stages are easier to implement due to the small scale and proximity to residential areas and processing units. Cocoa SC performance in Patuk is divided into 3 parts, namely for farmer performance (79.79), collective traders (70.23), and processing industry (83.29). Improvements that can be made to improve the performance of the SC are by increasing plant maintenance, recording production, and making contracts. The benefits of this study are to encourage the adoption of environmentally friendly cocoa cultivation and processing practices, provide information on SC factors on SC performance, and provide recommendations for performance improvement
