Design Rules for Electronic Systems with ATMEL Microprocessors from the EMC Point of View

Diplomová práce pojednává o základních znalostech elektromagnetické kompatibility soustředěné na elektromagnetické rušení vycházející z aplikace založené na funkci řídící jednotky plynového kotle firmy Honeywell, pro kterou autor zhotoví DPS včetně softwarového vybavení v jazyce C. Pro důkladnější detekci zdrojů rušení byly navrženy další varianty desek plošného spoje se samostatným mikroprocesorem, na kterých byly zkoumány vlastnosti stínících ploch umístěné přímo pod mikroprocesorem. Na základě pravidel získaných během této diplomové práce byla na závěr sestavena aplikace, která měla omezené nežádoucí rušení.This diploma thesis is dealing with the basic knowledge of the Electromagnetic compatibility. It’s concretely target on electromagnetic interference flowing from the application of electronic gas control by Honeywell company. Author compile the power control board with including software in language C. The next alternates of power control board with the separated microprocessor were designed for the more extended source detection. On these boards there were explored shielding surface features placed directly under the microprocessor. The application reducing the interference was designed in accordance to the rules finding out during this diploma thesis writing.

Assessment of the variability of technical coefficients from input-output tables in the Czech Republic during 1995–2010

The variability in technical coefficients calculated based on the input-output tables published by the Czech Statis-tical Office for the period 1995 to 2010 is examined in the present paper. The low variability of coefficients is a prerequisite for their applicability in macroeconomic forecasts and analysis. The paper progressively deals with the meaning of technical coefficients, the method of their calculation, and the characteristics of variability. It was found that the variability of coefficients is high and, therefore, that the technical coefficients, with few exceptions, are unsuitable for making predictions

Economic Aspects of the System of Intellectual Property Rights Protection

Import 05/08/2014Práce je věnována ochraně práv duševního vlastnictví. Cílem této doktorské dizertační práce je posoudit vztah mezi ochranou duševního vlastnictví a inovační aktivitou v České republice. Tento vztah je zkoumán v teoretické i empirické rovině. Ochrana duševního vlastnictví je podstatnou institucí při transakcích s předměty duševního vlastnictví. Nelze však jednoznačně tvrdit, že existuje přímá úměra mezi rozsahem ochrany a intenzitou inovační aktivity ekonomických subjektů. Empirická analýza prokázala pozitivní, ale pouze marginální vliv rostoucí ochrany duševního vlastnictví na intenzitu inovační aktivity v jednotlivých odvětvích české ekonomiky. Snahy o harmonizaci systému ochrany v rámci vyspělých ekonomik lze hodnotit pozitivně. Tvůrcům hospodářské politiky nelze, na základě výsledků, doporučit posilování rozsahu ochrany duševního vlastnictví. Lze doporučit opatření vedoucí k usnadnění poskytování licencí mezi původci předmětů chráněných duševním vlastnictvím a těmi, jež je využívají.This thesis is focused on intellectual property rights. Its aim is to assess the relationship between intellectual property protection and innovation in the Czech Republic. This relation is considered on both, theoretical and empirical level. IPR is relevant institution which plays important role in transactions with intangibles. It is not possible to conclude, that there is direct proportionality between the extent of IP protection and intensity of innovation activity of economic entities. Empirical analysis has proven positive, but marginal influence of growing IP protection on intensity of innovation activity in particular industries of Czech economy. Efforts to harmonize IPR across advanced economies can be evaluated positively. It is not possible, according to the results, to recommend the strengthening of IPR protection. Economic policy measures leading to easy licensing among IPR holders and other entities can be recommended.Prezenční156 - Katedra národohospodářskávyhově

High Precision GNSS Guidance for Field Mobile Robots

In this paper, we discuss GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) guidance for field mobile robots. Several GNSS systems and receivers, as well as multiple measurement methods and principles of GNSS systems are examined. We focus mainly on sources of errors and investigate diverse approaches for precise measuring and effective use of GNSS systems for real-time robot localization. The main body of the article compares two GNSS receivers and their measurement methods. We design, implement and evaluate several mathematical methods for precise robot localization
