The Correlation between Parents’ supportand the Students Ability in English Vocabulary at the Second Year Students of SMAN 3 Bantaeng

Data ware analyzedby using SPSS 23. It was found out from the analysis that the mean scores of parents’ support was 64.98 and standard deviation score was 4.526. The mean of the scoreof the vocabulary test was 49.75 and standard deviation score was 15.147. The result of applying the rxy (ro) distribution shows that the coefficient correlation was 0.199. The degree of significance 5 % is 0.304 and the degree significance 1 % is 0.393. It means is lower than (0.199<0.304) and (0.199 <0.393). So alternative hypothesis (H1) is rejectedand null hypothesisis accepted

Knowledge and Attitudes of Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Midwifery Academy Students About HIV and AIDS

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a virus that can cause AIDS by attacking white blood cells so that it can damage the human immune system. The cause of death in people with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA) is a progressive decline in the immune system so that opportunistic infections (OIs) can appear and end in death. Most teenagers still do not understand how the impact that will be caused by promiscuity among adolescents is happening at this time, especially students of the Midwifery Academy (AKBID) Al Baeti tahirah which is the gateway to health for the surrounding community. Objective: To find out the knowledge and attitudes of students of level I and II about HIV and AIDS in AKBID Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Method: This type of research uses descriptive research. The number of samples used was 44 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling by using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Results: Based on data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to level I and II AKBID students Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba showed that students with sufficient knowledge about HIV and AIDS were 59.1% while the attitudes shown by students were sufficient by 50.0%. Conclusion: Knowledge and attitudes possessed by Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Academy of Midwifery students on HIV and AIDS are in the sufficient category

Development Strategy of Modern People Shipping Paotere Unit as Area of Makassar Tourism City

The tourism sector plays an important role in the development of a nation, especially the state economy because tourism is one of the most potential sources of income. This study aims to analyze the strategy of developing modern people's shipping Paotere unit to support the tourism of Makassar City based on the mapping of internal and external conditions. This research is designed with a quantitative form. Data analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis to formulate strategy of development of modern people voyage in PT.Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Makassar Paotere Unit in order to support tourism in Makassar City. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strength and opportunity, but simultaneously and can minimize weakness and threats. The results of this study indicate the development strategy of modern people's shipping PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Branch Paotere Unit in supporting the tourism city of Makassar based on the mapping of internal factors and external factors is an aggressive strategy that seeks to improve the internal conditions of weakness and external threats by utilizing a number of internal strengths owned and external opportunities available

ANALISIS LOYALITAS PENGGUNA HANDPHONE MEREK SAMSUNG PADA KAUM MILENIAL DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Hidup, Kualitas Produk, dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Penggunaan Handphone Merek Samsung. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan&nbsp; menggunakan metode random sampling. Pengambilan data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada kaum milenial yang ada di Kota Makassar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi spss versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalita

Penerapan Home Care Dengan Pijat Oksitosin Terhadap Pengeluaran ASI Pada Ibu Nifas Di Kabupaten Bulukumba

Giving breast milk to babies is very important to support the baby's growth and development, and breast milk contains the best nutrition for newborn babies and is the only healthy food that babies need in the first month of life. However, not all mothers can provide exclusive breast milk for their babies, this is due to the mother's inability to overcome breastfeeding problems in the early period due to several factors that influence breast milk production including socio-cultural changes, psychological factors, physical factors of the mother, increasing promotion of formula milk, staff factors. health, mother's diet, baby's birth weight, use of contraception. One method of care that can be given to mothers to support smooth breastfeeding is an Oxytocin massage during home care services. The research aims to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers, Bulukumba Regency. The design used in this research was Case Control and the sample in this research was 10 respondents. And the measuring instrument in this research uses a measuring cup. The results showed that breast milk production before the oxytocin massage treatment was 0% smooth and after the oxytocin massage treatment the average increase in breast milk production was 0.4 with the amount of smooth breast milk being 100%. Meanwhile, in the control group there was no increase in breast milk production. The results of the statistical test using the dependent t-test showed that the value was p=0.003, meaning there was a significant difference before the oxytocin massage and after the oxytocin massage. Conclusion There is an effect of Oxytocin Massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers in Bulukumba Regency

Kabupaten Bulukumba merupakan sentra produksi yang mempunyai produktifitas untuk pertanian, perkebunan dan persawahan, dilihat dari hasil produksi. Namun, kemampuan petaninya dalam penerapan teknologi budidaya masih dalam ketegori rendah. Kurangnya pengetahuan petani terkait inovasi teknologi budidaya padi diduga karna adanya berbagai faktor sosial sehingga penerapan teknologi budidaya saat ini belum semua petani yang ada di Kecamatan Rilau Ale menerapkan program teknologi (SAHAJA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penyuluh pertanian teknologi SAHAJA dalam meningkatkan kompetensi petani dan produktivitas budidaya padi di kabupaten bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan statistika non parametrik uji korelasi Rank Spearman dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Peran penyuluh Tehnologi Sahaja berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi petani  dan Produktivitas  budidaya padi di Kabupaten Bulukumba
