Revistas impresas argentinas GLTTIBQ (gay, lésbica, transexual, travesti, intersexual, bisexual, queer): un acercamiento a la memoria olvidada

Librarianship and Information Science (hereinafter B / CI), is the science that studies the registration and flow of knowledge and information; as well as the social circulation of the media that contain it (eg, journals), to make possible its use and organization of the scientific literature, from different approaches. The subject of libraries in relation to the democratic dimension and the conformation of citizenship, is fundamental in the work carried out by public libraries, because in these approaches the subject is observed from the library institution, the need for the formation of citizens to exercise an active / conscious citizenship and the relation of the subject with the State, through Information and Knowledge, in the protection of the different types of objects of social memories (printed, electronic and virtual). The history of popular magazines, as a form of social memory, have stood out since the first Erbauliche Monaths-Unterredungen, appeared between 1663 and 1668, Le Mercure Galant, of 1672, The Tatler of 1709 to 1711, among others. In Argentina, magazines such as El Mosquito in 1863, Don Quijote, from 1884 to 1905, Caras y Caretas, published between 1898 and 1941, Martín Fierro in 1904, have marked their own history. Over time, the magazines were consolidated as a communication, community and specialized scientific system, and also as a social memory. Currently, it is one of the media, in its different media, more consulted by different types of users. This work proposes to question the lack of social memory of the printed Argentine magazines GLTTIBQ

La pobreza en la vejez

Entre 2004 y 2012 el riesgo de pobreza se ha extendido algunas décimas en España, pasando del 19,9 al 21,1% de la población. Parece poco, dada la crisis actual. Disciplina fiscal en una unión monetaria: una alternativa

The recognised fact that nominal convergence is a necessary but no sufficient condition to get real convergence, is the starting point of this paper, which contains a model which shows a Monetary Union of two heterogeneous countries. Their differences are the size, the rate of unemployment, the level of public debt and the productive structure. On the basis the previous features, this paper shows that the integration of a country in a monetary union increases the real divergence, because of the asymmetry between countries and the rule of fiscal discipline imposed. As an alternative, we propose the creation of an international agency discriminating the fiscal discipline rules, making easier the real convergence.Partiendo de que la convergencia nominal es necesaria, pero no suficiente, para el logro de la convergencia real, el presente trabajo plantea un modelo que representa una Unión Monetaria de dos países diferenciados en el tamaño, el desempleo, el endeudamiento público y la estructura productiva, demostrando que la pertenencia a esta área monetaria común acentúa la divergencia real como consecuencia de la disciplina fiscal impuesta y del mantenimiento del nivel de protección social nacional. Como alternativa se propone la creación de un órgano político supranacional que discrimine las normas de disciplina presupuestaria de los países nacionales, favoreciendo la convergencia real

The purpose of this paper is to present a general overview of the cooperation between Argentine biomedical libraries, covering relevant aspects throughout its history, such as the background of pioneers within the topic, the relevant meetings held, representative productions of the literature, projects, training, establishment of associations and specialized networks; with special emphasis on the area of ​​information in dentistry. Conclusions are established based on why the topic is raised and various proposals are established
