Diseño de un sistema de gestión para baterías de alto rendimiento

El trabajo propone una solución para la gestión del despacho de potencia en baterías de LiFePO4, y la evaluación de su respectivo rendimiento económico al ser utilizado para realizar funciones de regulación de frecuencia en un sistema de potencia. Dicho sistema de potencia se formula como una microrred basada en un caso de estudio estandarizado, para el cual se hacen las derivaciones de los valores de potencia necesarios para la regulación por medio de la comparación con los datos del sistema eléctrico colombiano, del cual también se derivan los precios para el análisis económico del rendimiento de las baterías. Para este propósito se caracteriza un modelo de la batería que permita evaluar el desempeño en potencia de las baterías al entrar en operación. Fernando era maestro allí y nos dio un largo paseo por la capital. Plan de exportación de alfombras artesanales por la empresa “Cortilujo” del cantón Ambato de la provincia de Tungurahua hacia la ciudad de Berlín-Alemania durante el periodo 2016.

El presente proyecto se enfoca a la creación de un plan de exportación que permitirá a la empresa Cortilujo de la ciudad de Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua, efectuar un comercio internacional y poder llegar hacia la ciudad de Berlín-Alemania con su producto y marca, durante el periodo 2016.Se analizó el mercado donde las alfombras artesanales tendrán su destino final a través de investigación bibliográfica utilizando técnicas como la observación en las instalaciones de la empresa y entrevistas a los trabajadores de la misma, también a los representantes de entidades públicas y privadas que nos supieron brindar información requerida. Para el inicio del ejercicio de exportación se consultó cuáles son los permisos necesarios para poder llegar a este nicho en donde existe documentación necesaria exigida por este país y también organismos que puedan certificar la calidad del producto. Con este estudio se determinó que la empresa requerirá una inversión total de $163829,90 para exportar las 3000 alfombras requeridas. Al final del proyecto se realizaron evaluaciones financieras para saber la viabilidad del mismo donde se dieron datos reales y óptimos como son los del VAN que resultó en$91865,15 y el TIR del 11,02% lo que alienta que el proyecto es rentable para la empresa y puede obtener réditos de este. Se recomienda que los socios y gerentes pongan en ejecución el proyecto ya que se cuenta con todos los mecanismos para poder realizarlo, con la inclusión de un área de comercio exterior que manejará de una forma veraz lo investigado en este proyecto.The present project focuses on the creation of an export plan that will allow the company Cortilujo from Ambato city, Tungurahua province, to make an international trade and to reach the city of Berlin-Germany with its product and brand during the period 2016. The market was analyzed where the handmade carpets will have their final destination through bibliographic research using techniques such as observation in the company's facilities and interviews with the workers of the same, as well as representatives of public and private entities who provided the required information. To the beginning of the export exercise, it consulted which the required permission are to reach that niche where there is necessary documentation required by this country and organizations that can certify the quality of the product. With this study, it determined that the company would require a total investment of 163829.90 to export the 3000 carpets required. At the end of the project, the financial evaluations were carried out to know the feasibility where real and optimum data were given, such as those of the NPV that resulted in 91865.15 and the IRR of the 11.02%, which encouraged the project to be retable for the company and can obtain rewards from this. It recommended that the partners and managers implement the project because it has all the mechanisms to be able to do it, with the inclusion of an area of foreign trade that will handle a truthful way investigated in this project

Evolución de la medición ambulatoria para la detección de enfermedades cardiacas

Since the appearance of the Holter monitor, it was conceived as a continuation of the electrocardiogram which serves to detect cardiac diseases, many signs of progress have been made of these devices, which go hand in hand with technology, mainly in elements microcontrollers and micro sensors, such as the transmission of data in real time. With this has been minimized the shortcomings to provide greater comfort and better results of the analysis. This article contains an analysis of these ambulatory measuring devices from the beginning to the current research, analyzing the use of this element for the detection of cardiac diseases, pros and cons of this kind of devices by emphasizing great change that has been generated in recent years with the technological progress.Desde la aparición del monitor Holter concebido como una continuación del electrocardiograma que sirve para detectar enfermedades cardiacas, se han presentado avances de estos dispositivos los cuales van de la mano con la tecnología, principalmente en elementos microcontroladores y microsensores, como la transmisión de datos en tiempo real, con esto han sido minimizadas las falencias para brindar mayor comodidad y mejores resultados de análisis. Guía para la implementación de la norma ISO 9001:2008 para establecimientos farmacéuticos a partir del instrumento de verificación contemplado en la Resolución 0444 del 2008

The purpose of this guide is to show a basic model that allows design and implement a system of quality management ISO 9001:2008 with the Good Manufacturing Practices (BPE) existing in the Colombian pharmaceutical industry. This project which has been called "Guidelines for the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 for Pharmaceutical Establishments from the verification instrument referred to in Resolution 0444 of 2008", is aimed especially at those who provide pharmaceutical services under the name Mixtures of Central parenteral, focusing on certification under ISO 9001 for the attention of the users. Pharmaceutical establishments face daily challenges which bring into play complex survival of health systems. To do this, management systems are required agile and modern, tailored to meet needs not only of customers, patients and / or users, also from the regulatory authorities and other stakeholders. The guide was made from the activities in pharmaceutical services covered by the resolution 0444 of 2008 published by the ministry of social protection. Are specified in this harmonization and integration elements that provide insight into the similarities between the two standards and provide information on how to implement the requirements of ISO are not covered by Colombian law, thus implementing a quality management compatible and consistent with existing regulations.El objetivo de la presente guía es mostrar un modelo básico que permita diseñar e implementar un sistema de gestión de la calidad según la norma ISO 9001:2008 con las Buenas Prácticas de Elaboración (BPE) existentes en la industria farmacéutica colombiana. Este proyecto el cual se ha denominado: “Guía para la implementación de la Norma ISO 9001: 2008 para Establecimientos Farmacéuticos a partir del Instrumento de verificación contemplado en la Resolución 0444 del 2008”; está orientada especialmente a quienes prestan sus servicios farmacéuticos bajo la denominación de Centrales de Mezclas Parenterales, enfocando la certificación bajo la norma ISO 9001 en la atención a los usuarios. Los establecimientos farmacéuticos enfrentan diariamente retos complejos que ponen en juego la supervivencia de los sistemas de salud. Para ello, son necesarios sistemas de gestión ágiles y modernos, adaptados a resolver necesidades no solo de los clientes, pacientes y/o usuarios, también de las autoridades regulatorias y demás partes interesadas. La guía se realizó a partir de las actividades desarrolladas en los servicios farmacéuticos que trata la resolución 0444 de 2008 publicada por el ministerio de la protección social. En la presente se concretan elementos de armonización e integración que permiten conocer las similitudes entre ambas normas y brindar información de cómo se puede aplicar los requisitos de la norma ISO que no se encuentran contemplados en la legislación Colombiana, implementando así un sistema de gestión de calidad compatible y coherente con la reglamentación vigente

Towards the internet of agents: an analysis of the internet of things from the intelligence and autonomy perspective

Recently, the scientific community has demonstrated a special interest in the process related to the integration of the agent-oriented technology with Internet of Things (IoT) platforms. Then, it arises a novel approach named Internet of Agents (IoA) as an alternative to add an intelligence and autonomy component for IoT devices and networks. This paper presents an analysis of the main benefits derived from the use of the IoA approach, based on a practical point of view regarding the necessities that humans demand in their daily life and work, which can be solved by IoT networks modeled as IoA infrastructures. It has been presented 24 study cases of the IoA approach at different domains ––smart industry, smart city and smart health wellbeing–– in order to define the scope of these proposals in terms of intelligence and autonomy in contrast to their corresponding generic IoT applications.En los últimos años, la comunidad científica ha mostrado un interés especial en torno al proceso de integración de la tecnología orientada a agentes sobre plataformas de Internet de las Cosas (IoT, por sus siglas en inglés). Surge así, un nuevo enfoque denominado Internet de los Agentes (IoA, por sus siglas en inglés) como una alternativa para añadir un componente de inteligencia y autonomía sobre los dispositivos y redes de IoT. El presente trabajo muestra un análisis de los principales beneficios derivados del uso del enfoque del IoA, visto desde las actuales necesidades que el ser humano demanda en su trabajo y vida cotidiana, las cuales pueden ser resueltas por redes de IoT modeladas como infraestructuras de IoA. Dealing with heterogeneity and complexity in the analysis of the willingness to invest in community renewable energy in rural areas

Community Renewable Energy (CRE) is a central concept of current political agendas aimed at fostering a sustainable energy transition that can be linked to the development of rural areas. To design effective policies and strategies to promote the development of rural CRE, the diverse conditioning factors of the decision to invest in CRE projects should be analyzed. However, to the best of our knowledge, little research has examined this issue and no study has explicitly focused on rural “bioenergy village” projects under a quantitative research design. Moreover, although past research on the decision to invest in CRE has acknowledged the importance of the influence of alternative cognitive factors, the financial determinants of that decision have been somewhat disregarded. Furthermore, the complex and heterogeneous nature of human behavior has not been directly addressed through appropriate methodological frameworks. Applying a fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to the responses obtained through a survey on the decision to invest in a hypothetical small bioenergy village project, we analyze a varied set of propositions related to the role of different sociodemographic, sociopsychological, and financial features as antecedents and outcomes. Results reveal the diverse configurations of all these factors that policy makers, promoters of CRE projects, and researchers should consider to effectively contribute to the development of CRE in rural settingsS

The influence of Twitch and sustainability on the stock returns of video game companies: before and after COVID-19

The covid-19 pandemic has shocked society greatly, causing many changes in people's lives. One of these changes relates to leisure and how we relate to others. Videogames became one of the first entertainment options during the pandemic, making the video game industry and the pharmaceutical industry-one of the least affected by economic slowdown. This study analyzes how Twitch and sustainability jointly influence the stock returns of major videogame companies before and during Covid-19 using panel fsQCA analysis. The results show a positive relationship between Twitch, sustainability, and stock returns in video game companies, but this relationship differs yearly, being stronger during the Covid-19 periodS
