Concerning the model Attitudes-Intentions of behaviour (Bagozzi, 1992) and the comprehensive model of Turnover (Griffeth & Hom, 2001), the present study intends to analyze the mediating role of three attitudes (affective commitment, general satisfaction and satisfaction oriented towards the client) in the relationship that variables characterizing the work (Job Motivating Potential, Perception of Employment Alternatives and Sacrifice Perception) establish with output variables (Intention of Turnover and Organization Recommendation). We used a heterogeneous sample of 303 workers belonging to different actors of hotel business. The results of the mediating tests clarify the importance of the considered attitudes in the way job characteristics affect the intentions of behavior of the hotel employees. In general, we think our results can contributed to develop a relevant model for explaining the behavioral intentions of the professionals working with clients (front-office), which conciliates the practices of human resources with the logic of the market

[ENG] Education centres in general represent one of the places in which safety becomes something totally essential, due to the special vulnerability of children. The normal day-to-day practice of a school, supposes a series of risks and therefore it is important for the Educational Community to work actively to ensure that the school environment is as safe as possible. Of all the possible risks, fire is perhaps one of the most feared by society, and it is also that which is most likely to occur. The Educational Community in general, should be aware that the spreading of a correct preventive culture, has as its starting point the “Educational Centre” (Lewis, 2009), and it is of vital importance that this prevention culture, reaches all the pupils and teachers in order to be able to increase the level of prevention in schools and to achieve important progress in this matter at a social level. The schools must be prepared to react correctly when faced with any emergency situation that may arise and thus, if it is important to carry out annual evacuation drills, it is even more determinant that the pupils receive adequate prevention training

The priory church of Santa Maria de Carmona is one of the most important examples forged in the heat of the great Gothic work of the Cathedral of Seville. Get PDF
The objective of this article is to explore the combined effects of corporate social responsibility (CSR), green transformational leadership and knowledge transfer on responsible green innovation and to analyse their impact on agribusiness business performance in the context of a developing country. There is no research that integrates joint effects on responsible innovation with a focus on process inputs and increased greening capabilities in agricultural units. Moreover, we have integrated transformational green leadership to better explain this impact as a differentiator. Results show both knowledge transfer and green transformational leadership have positive relationships with responsible green innovation, and the latter has a positive impact on environmental, economic and strategic performance dimensions. Overall, our results establish that CSR is an external driver that reinforces knowledge transfer with an emphasis on collaboration. CSR also reinforces green leadership functions through synergies in conjunction with green human resource management practices

Relating Information Technologies and knowledge in Submarines Construction

[ENG] Applied scientists and engineers work for the Navy in technology development, in the design of certain critical components, to ensure safety and to determine the appropriate tradeoffs regarding performance, schedule, and cost. To carry out this work submarine engineers and designers must possess special knowledge beyond that required for building most other kinds of warships. Many systems must be designed for greater compactness and quietness than is needed for surface vessels, in this way, it is possible for these systems to resist the physical pressure of operations at sea. That is why the design process of a submarine is a task to integrate knowledge and complex technologies which must work simultaneously and which need the complement of the knowledge of the different agents related with the shipyard. In this work framework, the lack of suitable knowledge and experience of the staff could lead to an increase in construction costs due to changes or failure to adapt the uncompleted designs. Also, it has been consistently described the technology as a significant, powerful shift in the workplace climate, pedagogy and resulting learnin

We sent the survey link using a professional social network and 101 valid responses were obtained. The PLS-SEM analysis technique was used to test hypotheses. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the constructs of effective knowledge management and organizational performance, and effective response to covid-19. This study also indicates that effective knowledge management has a positive association with organizational intelligence and organizational performance, in addition to a positive relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational performance. As practical implications, our research reinforces the importance of effective knowledge management for pandemic management and validates the relationships between effective knowledge management, organizational intelligence, organizational performance, and hospital response effectiveness. From these results, hospitals and social health organizations will be able to improve their effectiveness in responding to new disease outbreaks. As originality, this work presents a model to manage the response of these health care and hospital institutions to pandemics

In this paper, a model of structural equations is proposed to analyse the relationship between the actions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its influence on innovation and cooperation in agribusiness sector located in Murcia, Spain. These companies have always been characterized by an innovative and cooperative spirit to meet the demands of their customers. The proposed model shows the relationship between cooperation and innovation and their influence on economic performance. Moreover, the model suggests, first that innovation partially mediates the relationship between cooperation and performance and second that cooperation partially mediates the relationship between CSR and innovation. Insiders (employees, partners, and managers) and external agents (suppliers and society) and its association with the strategy of innovation and cooperation and the various measures and economic outcomes associated with CSR are also studied
