Toto onemocnění je způsobené expanzí CAG tripletů v genu pro protein huntingtinu, který je exprimovaný ve většině tkání. Takto mutovaný protein způsobuje degeneraci neuronů v mozku postižených pacientů, což vede k motorickým poruchám a rozkladu osobnosti. Nemoc vzniká při přítomnosti mutace na jednom ze dvou párových chromozomů. Riziko předání vlohy pro nemoc přímým potomkům je tedy 50%. Kvůli nástupu projevů většinou až v dospělosti je tato nemoc velice zákeřná. Doposud neexistuje vhodná léčba, ale mnoho výzkumných týmů se soustředí na navržení vhodných léčebných postupů. Tato práce popisuje Huntingtonovu nemoc a zaměřuje se na možnosti experimentálního studia s použitím některých imunologických a histologických metod na vhodných zvířecích modelech. Jednotlivé techniky jsou v práci popsány a výsledky jsou doložené pomocí obrázků. This disorder is caused by an expansion of CAG repeats in huntingtin gene, that is expressed in almost all tissues. Mutant protein causes a neuron degeneration in a brain of HD pacients which leads to a motor abnormalities and personality decay. The disease developes in the presence of a mutation in one of two huntingin alleles. The risk of transmission of disease for the direct descendants is 50%. This disease is very malign because of its late onset. An adequate therapy does not exist yet, but a lot of research teams focus on designig a suitable medical treatment. This work is devoted to the description of Huntington's disease and is focused on immunological and histological methods used in animal model experimental studies. Particular techniques are described and the results are supported with figures. The Civil Service motivation

This bachelor thesis is concerned with employee motivation -- very important part of human resources management. It is primary focused on motivation of civil servants. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, chosen theories of motivation, basic principles of motivation and also the definition of the Civil Service and its specifics. The practical part is focused on obtained knowledge application and interpretation of survey results. The goal of this thesis is to find out how the Military Office of Social Security's employees are motivated and suggest solutions of motivation problems

Motivation of employees and the factors influencing job satisfaction in organizations of business and non-business sphere

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na motivaci a pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců v organizacích podnikové a nepodnikové sféry, přičemž důraz je kladen především na současnou situaci v organizacích státní sféry. V teoretické části se soustředím na základní poznatky z oblasti organizací podnikové a nepodnikové sféry, motivace, pracovní spokojenosti a odměňování, které využiji při zpracování praktické části. Praktická část je zaměřena na využití teoretických poznatků při výzkumu mezi zaměstnanci Vojenského úřadu sociálního zabezpečení. Cílem této práce je zjistit současnou motivační situaci zaměstnanců tohoto úřadu a navrhnout řešení, která povedou ke zvýšení jejich motivovanosti a pracovní spokojenosti. Současně je cílem navrhnout taková řešení, která zajistí zaměstnavateli lepší pozici na trhu práce a zlepší jeho konkurenceschopnost.This Master's Thesis is focused on motivation and job satisfaction of employees in organizations of business and non-business sphere with an emphasis on the present situation in non-business organizations. The theoretical part is focused on the knowledge of the business and non-business organizations, motivation, job satisfaction and reward system. This knowledge is used in the practical part, where I do research among employees of The military office of social security. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the present motivation of The military office of social security's employees and suggest solutions to increase their motivation and job satisfaction. These proposals should also provide better position of employer in the labor market and higher competitivenes

The Civil Service motivation

V své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na motivaci zaměstnanců, jakožto důležitou součást personální činnosti. Soustředím se především na motivaci zaměstnanců ve státní sféře. V teoretické části se zabývám vysvětlením pojmů motivace a stimulace, vybranými motivačními teoriemi, základními principy motivace a také definicí státní správy a jejími specifiky. Na tento základ navazuje část praktická, kde se soustředím na aplikaci získaných teoretických poznatků a vyhodnocuji výsledky šetření na Vojenském úřadě sociálního zabezpečení. Urgent and non-repeatable actions Abstract The graduation thesis focuses on the ambivalent institute of urgent and non-repeatable actions, which combines two contradictory requirements. On the one hand, a balance needs to be struck between the demand to protect the state, society and the legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities and to ensure a fair trial for the person against whom criminal proceedings are being conducted, on the other. The purpose of the urgent and non-repeatable actions is to enable the authorities involved in criminal proceedings to secure perishable evidence, even at the cost of infringing the rights of the defense. However, this distortion should be compensated to the defense by providing increased protection and furthermore, urgent and non-repeatable actions should be performed only when the legal conditions are fulfilled. The main goal of the thesis is a comprehensive analysis of urgent and non-repeatable actions in the sense of the Code of Criminal Procedure and higlihgting controversial issues and problems that arise in practice. The graduation thesis is composed of four chapters, each of them dealing with different aspect of urgent and non-repeatable actions. Chapter 1 is subdivided into two parts.
