CINR Performance of Downlink Mobile WiMAX IEEE 802.16e Deployed Using Coexistence Cellular Terrestrial and HAPS
Deploying WiMAX through High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) system is a new means of wireless delivery method and thus attracting much the attention in a telecommunication society. However delivering WiMAX through the terrestrial network has already been started a few years ago. Therefore, we need to look at the scenario of coexistence system both of HAPS and terrestrial in delivering WiMAX services. This paper evaluates the performance of coexistence system between cellular HAPS and terrestrial for the downlink scenario when they are transmitting WiMAX mobile 802.16e services. Our evaluation is based on the performance simulation of coexistence model using two methods. First method is a footprint exchange between the two systems.The second method is a combination of footprint exchange and HAPS footprint enhancement. The proposed methodsare then evaluated by computer simulation in terms of carrier to interference plus noise ratio (CINR) performance. In general, both methods resulting performance enhancement in CINR quality compared with coexistence deployment with normal scenario of the cell configuration used by HAPS and terrestrial. The method of combining footprint exchange and HAPS footprint enhancement is able to improve CINR more than 10 dB compared with the normal footprint configuration for all users location inside the coverage
Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Kompensasi Non Finansial dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil
In Tanggamus District Secretariat, shows that employee performance is still less than optimal because there are some employees who are not satisfied on the compensation received, leadership from employers who tend to be less able to accommodate the expectations of subordinates. This causes the idle employees in work, because they do not feel any satisfaction in work. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation on the performance of civil servants in the Secretariat of Regency Tanggamus; to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of civil servants in Tanggamus District Secretariat, and to learn, influence jointly compensation and leadership on performance employees at the District Secretariat of Tanggamus. Research method used is the field research and library research. Then processing and data analysis is done using Microsoft Excel program and SPSS 14.0 for Windows Evaluation Version. Based on the results of the discussion can be seen that the Secretariat of Regency Tanggamus current financial compensation and received non-financial and have a good feel; leadership was very good. Likewise with the performance of staff at the Secretariat of Regency Tanggamus currently goodPada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus, terlihat bahwa kinerja pegawainya masih kurang optimal yang disebabkan karena ada sebagian pegawai yang merasa tidak puas atas kompensasi yang diterima, kepemimpinan dari atasan yang cenderung kurang dapat mengakomodir harapan-harapan bawahan. Hal ini menyebabkan pegawai bermalas-malasan dalam bekerja, karena mereka tidak merasakan adanya kepuasan dalam bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, pengaruh kompensasi dengan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus; untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus, dan untuk mengetahui, pengaruh secara bersama-sama kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah field research dan library research. Kemudian pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Program Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 14.0 for Windows Evaluation Version. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus saat ini kompensasi finansial dan non finansial yang diterima dan dirasakan oleh sudah baik; kepemimpinan sudah sangat baik. Demikian halnya dengan kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus saat ini sudah baik
Analisa Teoritis Kebutuhan Daya Mesin Bubut Gear Head Turret
In the process of turning require power, in which the power obtained from electrical energy. The electrical energy is then converted into mechanical energy via an electric motor. How much power the electric motor is determined by several factors, among others: cutting speed, depth of cut, motion eating, cutting time and cutting tool material.
In modern lathe used system is to make the gear head gear as the transmission power is driven by an electric motor. So that there is a relationship between the electric motor power on a lathe with head gear system to the cutting depth on a lathing process.
The process of turning the workpiece AISI 1020 BHN 175, carbide tool with cutting tool angle of 300, cutting speeds of 300 fpm, motion eat 0.025 ipr, with variations in the depth of cut of 0.1 mm, 0,2mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm obtained will power the electric motors that vary according to the depth of cuts.
The results of a theoretical analysis of the power requirements of gear head lathe turret with a variation of the cutting depth can be concluded that the theory obtained vary linearly extending line y = 2,6423x. So the deeper the cuts, the greater the power needed to cut on a lathe turret head gear
THE MEDIATING ROLE OF CONSUMER ETHNOCENTRISM IN THE LINK BETWEEN SERVICE QUALITY, BRAND REPUTATION AND ETAILQ TOWARD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ON GOJEK’S CUSTOMERS
This research is a quantitative associative type that discusses the effect of service quality, brand reputation, and etailq on customer satisfaction and consumer ethnocentrism as a mediating variable. The object of this research is people who ever use application and use Gojek services at least 3 (three) times since the study began, that is October 2018 until August 2019 in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek). The test used is a statistical test using the SPSS program that is a test of normality, validity, reliability, classic assumptions, hypotheses, determination, multiple regression and path analysis to see the intervening variable whether it indirectly affect independent variables toward dependent variable or independent variables directly affect the dependent variable. The result of this article is consumer ethnocentrism indirectly affects the influence between service quality, brand reputation, and etailq toward customer satisfaction on Gojek’s customers in Jabodetabek

The object of this study is people who have used the application and used online transportation services at least 3 (three) times since the study began, that is November 2019 to October 2020 in Indonesia and Singapura. PERENCANAAN KUANTITAS PRODUKSI UNTUK PRODUK FERMENTASI MENGGUNAKAN MINIMUM DEVIATION METHOD (Studi Kasus di UD Super Dangsul, Wonosari, Yogyakarta)
ABSTRAK
Usaha Dagang (UD) Super Dangsul merupakan salah satu produsen tempe yang ada di Yogyakarta yang kurang lebih sudah beroperasi selama 10 tahun. Selama ini UD Super Dangsul merasa bahwa pengembangan dan peningkatan usahanya perlu dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatannya, melihat dari besarnya permintaan produk dan kapasitas produksi yang dimilkinya
Pada perjalanannya UD Super Dangsul kurang begitu memperhatikan pentingnya perencanaan produksi usahanya, dimana perencanaan produksi memiliki peranan penting dalam upaya pencapaian peningkatan pendapatan serta pencapaian tujuan-tujuan yang lain. Saat ini UD Super Dangsul memiliki tujuan tidak hanya pada peningkatan kuantitas produksinya tetapi secara bersamaan juga bertujuan untuk meminimalkan biaya produksinya, dimana tujuan-tujuan tersebut memiliki sifat bertolak belakang atau saling bertentangan satu sama lain dalam upaya pencapaiannya.
Salah satu metode untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan multi objektif dapat dilakukan dengan metode Minimum Deviation Method (MDM). Dengan menggunakan metode ini maka dapat diketahui kuantitas produksi optimal untuk kemasan 500 gr sabanyak 23907 bungkus dan untuk kemasan 250 gr sebanyak 60517 bungkus, kemudian biaya produksi dapat diminimalkan sebesar Rp. 1.147.025,00.

ABSTRACK
Trade business Super Dangsul is one of the producers of tempe in
Yogyakarta which is more or less already in operation for 10 years. During this
Super Dangsul feel that development and improvement efforts need to be done in
order to increase its revenue, view of the magnitude of the demand and
production capacity.
On his journey Super Dangsul less so pay attention to the importance of
production planning, production planning efforts have an important role in the
achievement of increased revenue as well as the achievement of the other goals.
Current Super Dangsul has a goal not only on increasing the quantity of
production but at the same time also aims to minimize the cost of production, in
which those goals have opposite or contradictory to each other in the effort of his
achievements.
One method for solving multiple objective can be done with a method
Minimum Deviation Method (MDM). Using this method it can be known to be
optimal production quantity for packaging 500 gr sabanyak 23907 wrap and
packaging 250 gr as much 60517 wrap, then the production costs can be
minimized to pay around Rp. 1.147.025.

Webservice Learning Preparation Report Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta
Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta is a private university that has various study programs available. Some of the study programs must report learning preparation reports every semester which must be submitted and validated directly by Deputy Director I as an academic field. At first these activities were carried out manually and not yet computerized so as to facilitate program studies in conducting consultations and Deputy Director I who had a busy schedule but had to validate manually. This system was created with the aim of making it easier for Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta side in collecting file, conducting consultation, signing signatures, and making learning preparation reports. Data collection methods used include the method of literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. This system will use a MySQL database with the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. The method used in making this web service is the waterfall method. The result of the webservice learning preparation report is that the webservice system can facilitate both study programs in submitting and conducting consultations and Deputy Director I in conducting validation, consulting, and preparing learning preparation reports. UPAYA MENINGKATKAN TANGGUNG JAWAB PRIBADI DAN SOSIAL SISWA MELALUI PERMAINAN INVASI SEDERHANA
Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan tanggung jawab pribadi dan sosial siswa melalui permainan invasi sederhana. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Tindakan dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas V SDN Sukaluyu 3 Bandung dengan jumlah siswa 34 orang yang terdiri dari 20 orang siswa laki-laki dan 14 orang siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tehnik observasi tak berstruktur. Hasil perhitungan analisis data diperoleh pada pra observasi awal aspek kognitif: 14,6%, aspek afektif 12,7%, aspek psikomotor: 17,4%. Siklus I aspek kognitif: 32,2%, aspek afektif 25,3%, aspek psikomotor: 22,7%. Siklus II aspek kognitif: 43,2%, aspek afektif 34,1%, aspek psikomotor: 38,0%. Siklus III aspek kognitif: 66,7%, aspek afektif 62,5%, aspek psikomotor: 63,0%. Simpulan melalui permainan invasi sederhana dapat meningkatkan tanggung jawab pribadi dan sosial siswa kelas V di SDN Sukaluyu 3 Kota Bandung.;---This research aims to improve the personal and social responsibility of students in through the invation game. This method is a classroom action research (PTK). This study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The action assembling to the students of 5th grade SDN Sukaluyu 3 Bandung with result 34 students between of 20 boys and 14 girls. The instruments of the research is observatory unstructure technic. The result calculation from the data analysis who get of the pre-observatory in cognitive: 14,6%, affective: 12,7%, and psychomotor: 17,4%. The 1st cycle domain cognitive: 32,2%, affective: 25,3%, and psychomotor: 22,7%. The 2nd cycle domain cognitive: 43,2%, affective: 34,1%, and psychomotor: 38,0%. The 3rd cycle domain cognitive: 66,7%, affective: 62,5%, and psychomotor: 63,0%. Pengembangan Game Edukasi Fractal Adventure untuk Pembelajaran Bilangan Pecahan
Abstrak: Penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan media game edukasi yang menggunakan sistem komputer. Pada zaman ini banyak anak sibuk memainkan game untuk menghilangkan rasa bosan. Maka perlu dikembangkan media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan apapun yang digemari anak – anak seperti game edukasi dengan tujuan menarik perhatian dan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Tujuan pengembangan ini dapat menyediakan media game edukasi yang sudah di nyatakan valid oleh ahli materi, ahli media pembelajaran serta praktisi lapangan untuk pendukung pembelajaran bilangan pecahan. penelitian ini menggunakan model pembelajaran Gerlach and Ely. Hasil pernyataan valid ahli materi sebanyak 86%, hasi pernyataan valid ahli media pembelajaran sebanyak 82% serta praktisi lapangan sebesar 93%, untuk respon peserta didik terhadap game edukasi fractal adventure untuk pembelajaran bilangan pecahan termasuk kriteria sangat layak.Abstract: Research conducted produced educational game media that uses a computer system. In this day and age, many children are busy playing games to get rid of boredom. Then it is necessary to develop learning media that utilize whatever is popular with children such as educational games with the aim of attracting attention and increasing the effectiveness of learning. The purpose of this development can provide educational game media that has been declared valid by material experts, instructional media experts, and field practitioners to support fraction learning. This study uses the Gerlach and Ely learning model. The results of the validation statement of material experts were 86%, the results of the validations of learning media experts were 82% and field practitioners were 93%, for students' responses to fractal adventure education games for learning fraction numbers including very decent criteria
PENGARUH MATRIKS TERHADAP SISTEM PENCACAHAN SAMPEL MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROMETER GAMMA.
Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh matriks terhadap pencacahan sampel menggunakan spektrometer gamma. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh matriks terhadap sistem pencacahan, Bahan yang digunakan adalah sumber standar Solution 2908 yang merupakan sampel hasil interkomparasi dengan IAEA terdiri dari 54Mn, 60Co, 65Zn, 109Cd, 133Ba, 134Cs, 137Cs,210Pb, dan 241Am dan larutan standar yang terdiri dari 133Ba, 152Eu, dan 241Am. Sumber standar tersebut mempunyai rentang energi dari 59 keV sampai 1408 keV. Matriks yangdigunakan berupa rumput, abu rumput, sludge, air, tanah, pasir, pasir silika, dan pasir vulkanik dengan rentang densitas dari 0,226 g/cm3 sampai 1,760 g/cm3. Matriks yang telah diberi larutan radioaktif ini kemudian dimasukkan dalam vial ID 57 mm H 50 mm. Hasil pengujian dengan t-test menunjukkan bahwa seluruh radionuklida terdistribusi merata dalam setiap matriks. Data awal menunjukkan bahwa densitas matriks berpengaruh secara signifikan pada sistem pencacahan spektrometer gamma, terutama pada energi rendah. Semakin besar densitas maka efisiensi pencacahan akan menurun.Validasi hasil penelitian ini, memberikan nilai penyimpangan < 5%, yang dianggap baik berdasarkan ketentuan batasan dari IAEA, yaitu < 8%
