    SOSIAL EKONOMI DAN KESEJAHTERAAN NELAYAN DI WILAYAH TELUK JAKARTA: LITERATURE REVIEW

    Abstract This research is a literature review with the aim of producing a study of the results of previous studies related to social, economic, environmental and welfare of fishermen, especially in the bay area of ​​Jakarta. The results of the research carried out by previous researchers focused a lot on environmental issues, reclamation and a little discussion on social, economic, environmental and welfare issues of fishermen. The results of the literature review show the phenomenon of problems surrounding fishermen and their lives in the Jakarta Bay area which includes social, economic, environmental and welfare aspects. The results of the study indicate that the study has not been carried out comprehensively, integrated and sustainable and has not shown any impact from the results of previous studies. Research on literature review with the title of Socio-Economic and Fishermen's Welfare in the Jakarta Bay Area is focused more deeply by using exploratory research methods on the sample results of previous studies using secondary data in the period 2003-2018. This research literature review is expected to be a reference to improve the research framework that is more integrative, synergistic and sustainable so that it can answer existing problems.     PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN SPIN-OFF DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI TERHADAP KESEHATAN BANK UMUM SYARIAH

    Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of the spin-off policy and economic growth on bank health both partially and simultaneously.Design/methodology/approach- This research is a quantitative and verification research that is to do calculations on financial data obtained to solve existing problems in accordance with the objectives research. Secondary data over 2014-2018 obtained from the bank's annual report. The analysis was carried out by applying Multiple Linear Regression models using the SPSS program on 6 banks based on purposive sampling.Findings- Estimation results show that during the 2014-2018 study period, spin-off policy and GDP had no influence on the health of banks both in terms of capital and financing/problem loans. But simultaneously, in terms of capital/capital and financing/credit problems show that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable.Implications-The scope of this research only covers 6 Sharia Commercial Banks namely, PT Bank BNI Syariah, PT Bank Central Asia Syariah, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, PT Bank BRI Syariah, PT Bank BTPN Syariah, and PT Bank Bukopin Syariah.     PERAN PASAR TEMATIK DALAM MENOPANG KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT JAKARTA

    Purpose- This study aims to analyze the role of the thematic market on society's prosperity in Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- The respondent of this study is the seller who sells their products in Jakarta thematic market. Multiple linear regression is used as a data analysis method. Findings- The result of this study state that innovation does not affect the prosperity of Jakarta society, while brand image affects the prosperity of Jakarta society. Implications- Traditional market conditions with minimal facilities make most consumers reluctant to allocate a lot of time in the market. Thus, even though the thematic market is a traditional market, it must be managed in such a way with facilities that enable consumers to spend a long time in the market.     STRATEGI INTERNET MARKETING PADA BISNIS KULINER DI KOMUNITAS WISATA TASIKMALAYA

    Purpose- The research objective was to determine the internet marketing strategy through social media in a typical culinary business in Tasikmalaya City. Design/methodology/approach- Descriptive-qualitative research methods were used to describe internet marketing strategies that were applied through analysis of market segmentation, target markets, and positioning and its implication of social media optimization (SMO). Observation, deep interview and literature study techniques were carried out in obtaining the data. The culinary business that was studied was the typical culinary of Tasikmalaya, namely Tutug Oncom (Tutug Oncom Instant Titasix). Findings- The results showed that culinary business in the Tasikmalaya Culinary Community (KWKT) had implemented internet marketing, especially implementing social media optimization in supporting internet marketing activities with social media. Implications- Through internet marketing, it was expected that typical culinary businesses in Tasikmalaya could optimize technological advancements through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media in marketing culinary products.     Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and intention on visit decisions mediated by tourist satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach- Quantitative methods are used to explain the relationship between variables with SEM-PLS analysis techniques. Findings- The results showed the influence of service quality on intentions, service quality on tourist satisfaction, intentions on tourist satisfaction, tourist satisfaction on visit decisions, quality of service on visit decisions, and intention to make visit decisions. Implication/Limitation - The results of the study can be used as a reference in the formulation of new policies by local governments in tourism management, especially in Blitar, and other regions in general.     IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PENGEMBANGAN BISNIS BANK PEMBIAYAAN RAKYAT SYARIAH (BPRS)

    Purpose-The purpose of the research is to design the BPRS business model will become a benchmark for the preparation of the Syariah banking operational business framework.Design/methodology/approach-The data collection method is the Questionnaire or Questionnaire method. The study population was BPRS in DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten Provinces, the study sample was BPRS Harta Insan Karimah, BPRS Al Salaam, and BPRS HIK Insan Cita. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method with Smart PLS application.Findings- Product, system and procedure variables, human resources and technology did not have a significant effect while infrastructure and location variables had a significant effect on customer decisions in choosing an SRB service.Implications- Information technology in BPRS must be applied to all business processes in order to face competition and continue to develop in the industrial era 4.0.     PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN TERHADAP KINERJA BISNIS INDUSTRI PUPUK ORGANIK

    Purpose– The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of market attractiveness, unique resources, and decision to buy towards the business performance of the organic fertilizer industries in Indonesia. Methodology –The research method used is in this research is a descriptive method using scoring analysis and verification method by using quantitative analysis. The determination of the sample is done through Simple Random Sampling because the organic fertilizer industries have the same characteristic, and the analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings– The results of this study indicate that the unique resources have a significant influence compare to market attractiveness against business performance through the intervening variables of the decision to buy. The decision to buy also has a significant influence on business performance because market attractiveness and unique resources need to obtain the decision to buy from consumers in order to produce good business performance.  Implications –Thus, the understanding of the needs and wants of consumers and continuing to develop company resources is something that can improve the business performance of the organic fertilizer industries in Indonesia.Keywords: Market attractiveness, Unique resources, Decision to buy, Business performanc

    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI SIKAP DAN MINAT PEMBELIAN MILENIAL TERHADAP ASURANSI JIWA

    Purpose- This research purpose is to identify factors that influence attitudes and millenial’s purchase intention toward life insurance by focusing on the areas of financial literacy, perceived trust, and demographics. Design/methodology/approach- The research method is quantitative and questionnaires were collected and processed using variance-based structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings- The results showed that financial literacy, perceived trust, and demographics had a significant and positive influence on millennial attitudes and interests. The perceived trust turns out to act as the strongest predictor in predicting attitudes towards life insurance. Implications- The implications of research with a simple model and research instruments that do not involve interviews limit the scope of the research and generalization of findings.     Purpose- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing on brand loyalty through customer engagement on Tokopedia's Instagram.Design/methodology/approach- This research uses quantitative methods and types of causal descriptive research. sample owned by 100 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data is processed using descriptive analysis and path analysis.Findings- The results of the descriptive analysis of social media marketing variables and brand loyalty are included in the good category, while the customer engagement variable is quite good. The results of path analysis show that social media marketing has a significant effect on customer engagement. The customer engagement has a significant effect on brand loyalty. social media marketing has a significant effect on brand loyalty, and the indirect effect of social media marketing on brand loyalty through customer engagement.Keywords: social media marketing, customer engagement, brand loyalt

    PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DAN KARAKTERISTIK PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP TAX AVOIDANCE

    Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Profitability, Leverage, Capital Intensity, Size, Sales Growth on Tax Avoidance.Design/methodology/approach- The research data is the annual financial report data (annual report) of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012 to 2017 with nonprobability sampling methods and purposive sampling techniques.Findings- The results showed that CSR disclosure, profitability, leverage, capital intensity, and sales growth did not have a significant effect on tax avoidance, this meant that the higher the disclosure of CSR, profitability, leverage, capital intensity, and sales growth, the company continued to pay taxes ( high ETR value). Company size has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, meaning that the higher the size of the company, the company conducts tax avoidance (low ETR value). Implication- For regulators, it is necessary to tighten policies related to tax regulations for business entities in Indonesia to reduce tax burden avoidance by companies by carrying out tax avoidance practices.Keywords: corporate social responsibility, profitability, leverage, capital intensity, company size, sales growth and tax avoidanc
