    Making of this final project aim to to get an periph eral in the form of appliance regulator of lamp and reverser of automatic egg at box hatch of egg with UPS digitally, which its use much more practical than which still is conventional. this peripheral is controlled by a IC microcontroller ATmega 16 connective by temperature censor of LM35 as read of temperature, time counter inversion of egg and displayed on the LCD viewer and indicator of LED. This appliance is made in a few step that is, (1) Identifying Requirement, (2)Analysis Requirement, (3)Hardware Scheme, (4)Scheme of Software, (5)Making and (6)Examination of Appliance. Principal which used i n scheme of this appliance is principle of output of lamplight heat accepted by censor of LM35 and processed by microcontroller ATmega 16 to is later then used as gloomy and bold regulator of lamp, besides also from principle arrangement of di gital signal which used as timming for the mechanic of to inversion of egg automatically. After done attempt and analyzed it can be seen that the hardware have succeeded to be made to use minimum system of microcontroller ATmega 16 with output of censor of LM35, timming and of switch power utilize to give input at network of dimmer, motor mechanic of DC to turn around egg rack 180 O clockwise and also is contrary of clock wise and of UPS, after test-drive by system of hardware have supported according to made appliance. Software have succeeded to be made to use programming of Ianguage of C compiled use Codevision AVR. As a whole programming of this software have earne d to work according to in programming of arrangement input and output of censor LM35 for bold and gloomy condition of lamp, temperature scanning in bo x, arrangement of inversion timming and appearance at LCD.     Latar Belakang :Malaria adalah penyebab kematian nomor 4 di dunia setelah infeksi pernapasan, HIV/AIDS dan diare. Hasil laporan WHO dalam World Malaria Report tahun 2014 memberikan laporan bahwa terjadi 198 juta kasus malaria terjadi pada  97 negara yang ada di dunia dan dilaporkan 584.000 kematian terjadi setiap tahunnya. Malaria erat kaitannya dengan faktor–faktor lingkungan, seperti geofisik, biogeografik, klimatologik sampai pada faktor-faktor  yang berkaitan dengan agen penyebab penyakit, manusia dan  nyamuk vektornya. Perbedaan kondisi lingkungan di tiap wilayah menyebabkan penyebaran penyakit malaria pun berbeda. Kabupaten Buol merupakan salah satu daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang memiliki kasus kejadian malaria yang masih tinggi pada beberapa wilayahnya (API > 5/1000 penduduk). Kegiatan eliminasi dan pengawasan malaria secara terestial dalam wilayah yang luas membutuhkan banyak biaya, tenaga dan waktu. Pengaruh subjektifitas dalam hasil pengawasan merupakan masalah lain pada aplikasi metode konvensional dari pengawasan vektor dan penyakit yang umumnya bersifat manual. Masalah teknis ini perlu diatasi dengan metode atau alat alternatif yang objektif, efisien dan efektif baik dalam pemetaan, pemantauan/monitoring maupun prediksi untuk wilayah rawan malaria.

Pendidikan karakter tidak hanya berdimensi personal, tapi juga memiliki dimendi sosial-struktural.Pendidikan karakter di sekolah menjadi tanggung jawab bersama komponen yang ada di sekolah, dan merupakan kemitraan antara sekolah dan keluarga. Dalam kurikulum SD 197 4 ada Pendidikan Budi Pekerti, dan pada masa Orde Baru, digalakkan penataran Pedoman Penghayatan dan Pengamalan Pancasila (P4). Hal ini menunjukkan sebenarnya bangsa ini memiliki keprihatinan yang mendalam tentang pembentukan karakter bangsa.Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian kemajuan terhadap karakter peserta didik menjadi tolok ukur pendidikan karakter, sehingga perlu dipertimbangkan mengenai isi program, strategi, prinsi-prinsip, serta penilaian pendidikan karakter yang diselenggarakan di sekolah

    Providing Rewards as an Effort to Grow Self-Confidence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Students

    In the learning process there needs to be motivation so that students can improve their learning outcomes. By participating in learning activities, students are expected to be able to develop themselves socially, emotionally, intellectually, linguistically, morally and personally in the positive direction that everyone wants. This is inversely proportional to the current reality that there are still students who are shy or don't dare to express their thoughts in public.thus making students less confident when answering questions from the teacher so that rewards come out as reinforcement. This study aims to reveal the giving of rewards to students' self-confidence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The subject of this research is a class III teacher at MI Al-Mutaqin. The results of the study revealed that the application of rewards to students at the elementary school/Madarsah Ibtidaiyah level was given by the teacher in learning including giving verbal rewards.     PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ADVANCE ORGANIZER BERBANTUAN MULTIMEDIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN SISWA SMK PADA MATA PELAJARAN PERAKITAN KOMPUTER

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer berbantuan multimedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman antara siswa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yang dalam pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer dengan berbantuan multimedia 2) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer berbantuan multimedia. Model penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model Quasi Experiment dengan desain penelitian yaitu non equivalent control group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas X-B SMK Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes berupa soal pretest dan posttest dan instrumen non-tes berupa angket dan lembar observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rata-rata gain yang didapat dari data hasil pretest dan posttest yang dilakukan adalah 0,29 untuk kelas kontrol dengan kriteria rendah, dan 0,46 untuk kelas eksperimen dengan kriteria sedang. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Advance Organizer berbantuan multimedia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman siswa. Dari uji lanjut yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman kelas eksperimen lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Sedangkan dari hasil angket siswa, diketahui bahwa sebagian besar siswa (80,56%) memberikan respon positif terhadap proses pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer berbantuan multimedia. This study was conducted to determine the improvement of the students' comprehension by using multimedia assisted Advance Organizer Learning Model. This study aims to 1) Know the difference of students' comprehension between experiment class and control class after using multimedia assisted Advance Organizer Learning Model 2) To study the response of students towards the use of multimedia assisted Advance Organizer Learning Model. The research method used in this study is Quasi Experiment with Non Equivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted in class X-B SMK Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Bandung. The instrument used is test instrument such as pretest and posttest and non-test instruments such as questionnaires and observation sheets. The results revealed that the average gain obtained from the pretest and posttest data was 0,29 for the control class with low criteria, and 0,46 for the experiment class with medium criteria. It shows that the multimedia assisted Advance Organizer Learning Model can enhance the comprehension ability of those two class. Hypothesis testing that was conducted also showed that the significance of the increase between the three groups of students is different. After further testing is conducted, it is known that the experiment class have the most significant increase of comprehension than the control class. While the results of the student questionnaires shows that the majority of students (80,56%) responded positively to the learning process of multimedia assisted Advance Organizer Learning Model

Belajar adalah suatu tahapan perubahan tingkah laku individu yang dinamis sebagai hasil pengalaman dan interaksi dengan lingkungan yang melibatkan unsur kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik.  Pembelajaran adalah aspek yang rumit dan melibatkan banyak hal yang saling terkait. Belajar juga suatu proses dimana kemampuan sikap, pengetahuan dan konsep dapat dipahami, diterapkan dan digunakan untuk dikembangkan dan diperluas. Dalam mengatasi hal tersebut, seseorang pendidik harus memahami dan mangatasi permasalahan yang ada. Namun ada kendala atau hambatan yang perlu dan sangat diperhatikan sebagai seorang siswa dalam belajarnya yaitu lupa, kejenuhan, sehingga akan terjadinya kesulitan dalam belajar yang dapat memicu penghambatan proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya berjalan dengan baik.     THE EFFECT OF FOREIGN DEBT, FOREIGN INVESTMENT AND STATE REVENUES ON POVERTY IN INDONESIA

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Foreign Debt (FD), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and State Revenue (SR) on the number of poor people in Indonesia. The data used in this study is time series data for 1990-2021 obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and the World Bank. The data were then analyzed using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. The results of this study indicate that, in the short term, the previous 1 year had a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia, while the previous 3 years had a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people. In the long term, foreign debt has a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia. FDI in the previous 0 and 3 year lag had a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia, while 1 year before and 3 years earlier FDI had a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people. In the long term, FDI has a negative and insignificant effect on the number of poor people. SR at lag 0 has a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia, whereas in the previous 3 years SR had a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people. In the long term SR has a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the government should carefully calculate the amount of foreign debt needed and pay attention to the distribution of allocations for the use of foreign debt, especially in the poverty alleviation sector. In addition, the government is expected to create a conducive investment climate and increase state revenues, especially through taxes
