    Classification of breast cancer grades using physical parameters and K-nearest neighbor method

    Breast cancer is a health problem in the world. To overcome this problem requires early detection of breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to classify early breast cancer grades. Combination of physical parameters with k-nearest neighbor Method is proposed to detect early breast cancer grades. The experiments were performed on 87 mammograms consisting of 12 mammograms of grade 1,41 mammograms of grade 2 and 34 mammogram of grade 3. The proposed method was effective to classify the grades of breast cancer by an accuracy of 64.36%, 50% sensitivity and 73,5% specitifity. Physical parameters can be used to classify grades of breast cancer. The results of this study can be used to complement the diagnosis of breast mammography examination

    Medical imaging process has evolved since 1996 until now. The forming of Computer Aided Diagnostic (CAD) is very helpful to the radiologists to diagnose breast cancer. KNN method is a method to do classification toward the object based on the learning data which the range is nearest to the object. We analysed two types of cancers IDC dan ILC. 10 parameters were observed in 1-10 pixels distance in 145 IDC dan 7 ILC. We found that the Mean of Hm(yd,d) at 1-5 pixeis the only significant parameters that distingguish IDC and ILC. This parameter at 1-5 pixels should be applied in KNN method. This finding need to be tested in diffrerent areas before it will be applied in cancer diagnostic

    Meat water content meter using copper electrode sensor based on AT89S52 microcontroller

    A water measuring instrument meat can be design using a copper electrode. This measuring instrument has a measuring range of 10 % to 85 %. This series of the instrument includes copper electrode sensor, ADC0804 circuit, AT89S52 microcontroller minimum system circuit and 2x16 character LCD circuit. The response line starts from the electrode sensor circuit of the copper converts the water content of the meat into a voltage, then the voltage is forwarded to the ADC0804 which converts the analog signal into voltage into digital data. The digital data obtained is then sent to the AT89S52 microcontroller to be processed into digital data in the form of digit display and letters on 2x16 character LCD. The display of numbers and letters on the 2x16 LCD shows the measured water content of the meat, the design tool utilizes the characteristics of a copper electrode sensor that produces a voltage change proportional to the change in the water content of the detected meat. Compatibility of design tool with the laboratory method obtained from the result of linear regression analysis of test data that is equal to 99,99%

Wind measurement using an anemometer is a field from the weather forecasting agency by making an intermediary tool similar to the one on the weather forecast station using a simple anemometer that is connected to the laptop as a data observer. Anemometer or cup type wind sensor that has 3 cup counter wind speed gauges. In addition to using wind sensors, it is also needed ATmega328 microcontroller, SIM800L, and DHT11 sensors. Besides being able to measure wind speed in real time this tool can also measure air temperature and humidity.     It has been made a detector of the column height of the infusion fluid using by potensiometer sensor based on AT89S52 microcontroller. This detector was compiled by potensiometer, ADC0804, microcontroller AT89S52, seven segment, buzzer, and LED. The infusion fluid that used to calibrate the potensiometer sensor and the device’s working system was Otsu-NS infusion, while the infusion fluid that used to examine the device’s working system were aminovel infusion and NaCl infusion. The results of the present research were the device has conformity between system and aminovel infusion was 99.69% and 98.75% for NaCl that gained from linear regression analysis of device’s calibration data
