    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter mandiri di SD Unggulan Aisyiyah Bantul. Fokus penelitian yang diajukan adalah nilai-nilai karakter mandiri yang dikembangkan sesuai visi misi dan pendidikan karakter mandiri di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah pendidikan karakter mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis model interaktif Miles dan Huberman (reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan). Uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter mandiri di SD Unggulan Aisyiyah Bantul dapat dilihat dari aspek pengembangan diri, pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran, dan budaya sekolah. Dalam aspek pengembangan diridilihat dari kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan, dan pengkondisian. Dalam aspek pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran, integrasi nilai karakter mandiri ke dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, dan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif, berbasis masalah dan kontekstual. Dalam aspek budaya sekolah, pada kegiatan kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler sekolah, penciptaan suasana dan kebijakan sekolah. Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter, nilai-nilai karakter, karakter mandir

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Numbered Head Together berbantuan media gambar dan menemukan peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa. Mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru melalui model Numbered Head Together berbantuan media gambar. Pemahaman konsep merupakan kemampuan yang dikuaai siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Numbered Head Together adalah suatu metode belajar secara berkelompok yang menuntut siswa untuk berdiskusi dan memiliki tanggung jawab dengan bagian tugas setiap anggota. Hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model Numbered Head Together berbantuan media gambar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa tema 7 muatan IPS dan Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SD 5 Kandangmas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini akan dilaksanakan di kelas IV SD 5 Kandangmas dengan subjek penelitian 16 siswa. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 2 siklus, variabel bebas adalah Numbered Head Together berbantuan media gambar sedangkan variabel terikat adalah pemahaman konsep. Hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan ketuntasan nilai pemahaman konsep siswa muatan IPS pada siklus I 62,5%, kemudian meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 81,25%, sedangkan pada muatan Bahasa Indonesia pada siklus I 56,25% dan meningkat pada siklus II 87,5%. Keterampilan guru dalam mengajar dan mengelola kelas pada muatan IPS dan Bahasa Indonesia melalui model Numbered Head Together pada siklus I memperoleh presentase 81,87% berada pada kriteria baik, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,25% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hal itu membuktikan bahwa penggunaan model Numbered Head Together berbantuan media gambar meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa tema 7 muatan IPS dan Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SD 5 Kandangmas

    ABSTRAK Krisis ekonomi global yang berpusat di AS diawali oleh masalah Subprime Mortgage, dimana tingginya kredit macet perumahan berdampak ke berbagai aspek ekonomi di AS dan juga membayangi ekonomi negara-negara lainnya termasuk Indonesia. Selain pereknomian, krisis global ini juga mempengaruhi aspek lainnya terutama pada sektor property dan real estate. Dengan membaiknya perekonomian pasca krisis global, menyusul peristiwa politik yaitu Pemilu Legislatif 2009 yang juga bisa mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi Negara yaitu terutama pada pergerakan harga saham di Pasar Modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh antara harga saham sebelum dan sesudah Pemilu Legislatif 2009 dan hubungan atau korelasi antara harga saham dengan sektor property dan real estate. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan event study. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 15 perusahaan dari sektor property dan real estate. Waktu ang digunakan sebagai penelitian yaitu 12 hari, 6 hari sebelum pemilu Legislatif 2009 dan 6 hari sesudah Pemilu Legislatif 2009. Pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis statistik dengan metode Paired Sample t Test. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Pemilu Legislatif 2009 berhubungan nyata dengan harga saham sektor property dan real estate dan adanya perbedaan antara saham sebelum dan sesudah Pemilu Legislatif 2009 dengan harga saham pada sektor property dan real estate. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan nilai t hitung (-5.238) lebih besar dari t tabel (2,125), sehingga berada di daerah penolakan Ho. ABSTRACT Global economic crisis based in the U.S. Subprime Mortgage preceded by a problem, where the height of the housing credit crunch has affected many aspects of the economy in the U.S. economy and also overshadowing other countries, including Indonesia. Besides the economy, global crisis is also affecting other aspects, especially in property and real estate sectors. With economic recovery after the global crisis, following the political events of 2009 that legislative elections could also affect state economic conditions are especially at stock price movements in the capital market. This study aims to identify and examine the effect of stock prices before and after the legislative elections in 2009 and the relationship or correlation between stock prices by property sector and real estate. The approach used in this study is the event study. The samples used were 15 companies from property and real estate sectors. Time was used as a study of 12 days, six days before legislative elections in 2009 and six days after the legislative elections in 2009. Tests were performed using statistical analysis using Paired Sample t Test. The results obtained show that the legislative elections in 2009 correlated significantly with the share price of property and real estate sector and the differences between the stock before and after the legislative elections in 2009 with stock prices on property and real estate sectors.     This study aims to determine the effect of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model on the Critical Thinking Ability of Class VIII Students in Civics Subject at SMP Negeri 10 Jambi City. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design research design Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 10 Jambi City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Retrieval of research data using observation and test techniques. The data was tested by t-test and N-Gain test using SPSS 26 For windows software. The results showed that there was an influence of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model on the Critical Thinking Ability of Class VIII Students in Civics Subject at SMP Negeri 10 Jambi City. Judging from the results of the independent t-test, namely count> ttable of 10,498> 2,004. with a df value of 54 and at a level of 5%. In the N-Gain test, the average value of the experimental class was 67.78 or 68% which was included in the quite effective category. Meanwhile, the mean or average value in the control class is 8.834 or 9% included in the ineffective category, which means that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class

    ABSTRAK Pelatihan adalah suatu program atau pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keahlian atau keterampilan, konsep, peraturan, dan kemampuan tenaga kerja agar mencapai sesuatu yang diinginkan. Pelatihan membutuhkan perangkat yang bersifat efektif untuk mendukung keberhasilan pelatihan. Keefektifan penggunaan perangkat pelatihan dapat diukur dari peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mengetahui aktivitas instruktur, 2) Mengetahui aktivitas peserta, 3) Mengetahui hasil pelatihan yaitu meliputi pengetahuan dan keterampilan, 4) Mengetahui respon peserta pelatihan membuat makanan olahan berbahan tempe. Jenis penelitian adalah Quasi Experiment. Desain penelitian yang digunakan One group pretest-posttest. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi variabel bebas yaitu penggunaan perangkat pelatihan, variabel terikat yaitu keefektifan yang diukur dengan melihat peningkatan hasil pelatihan yang meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan, respon peserta pelatihan, aktivitas instruktur dan aktivitas peserta, variabel kontrol yaitu bahan, alat, proses, materi, instrument, waktu, instruktur, sarana prasarana. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik bantuan SPSS Uji paired sample test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) aktivitas instruktur termasuk dalam ketegori sangat baik, 2) aktivitas peserta pelatihan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, 3) hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkat pengetahuan menujukkan bahwa adanya nilai signifikan (p) = 0,000 (<0,05), keterampilan memperoleh nilai rata-rata ≥ 82 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, 4) respon peserta pelatihan memperoleh rata-rata persentase 96,93% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Perangkat Pelatihan, dan Keefektifan. ABSTRACT Training is a program or learning to improve the knowledge, expertise or skills, concepts, rules, and the abilities of workers to achieve what it is desired. Training requires effective tools to achieve the successful of training. The effectiveness of the use of training tools can be measured by increasing the knowledge and skills of participants. This study aims to 1) Know the instructors activities, 2) Know the participants activities, 3) Know the results of the training that includes knowledge and skills, 4) Know the training participants responses to make processed food that is made from tempeh. This type of research is Quasi Experiment. The research design uses One group pretest-posttest. The variables of this study include the independent variable, namely the use of training tools. The dependent variable is effectiveness that is measured by looking at the increase in the training results that include knowledge, skills, training participants responses, instructors activities and participants activities and control variables namely materials, tools, processes, materials, instrument, time, instructor, infrastructure. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS statistical help Paired sample test. The results showed that 1) instructor activity included in the excellent category, 2) the activity of the trainees included in the very good category, 3) the training results showed that there was an increase in knowledge showed by a significant value (p) = 0,000 (<0.05) , skills gained an average score of ≥ 82 included in the excellent category, 4) the response of the trainees obtained an average percentage of 96.93% included in the very good category.     Depression Portrayal of Rachel Reflected in The Girl on The Train (2015) by Paula Hawkins: a Psychoanalytic Perspective

    The Girl On The Train is a psychological thriller novel that is created by Paula Hawkins. Rachel’s character at the story is described as someone who is very depressed and bad-girl looks. The writer is interested to analyze Rachel’s depression because she is described as a complex characters and her act was confusing for the readers. The purposes of the study are: 1) to analyze the characteristics of Rachel 2 seen from psychoanalytic perspective; 2) to explain the symptoms of depression of Rachel in this novel; 3) to describe how the depression of Rachel in this novel is. The writer applies the qualitative research method in conducting the research. The primary data source of the study is “The Girl On The Train” novel by Paula Hawkins. Documentation, library, browsing method, and notes taking techniques are method to collect the data. Analysis of the data uses the descriptive qualitative technique about collecting the data, reducing, displaying, than verifying and conclusion. The result of study shows that: 1) The dominant character psychoanalitic of Rachel in the The Girl On The Train novel is Id. She has a dominant id because she only follows her own desires without considering the morals and norms that exist in the society. Rachel just followed her own desire even it is not acceptable in her society. Rachel’s Id always wanted to take a drunk; 2) The symptoms of depression by Rachel in The Girl On The Train novel are: have low self-esteem, tiredness or lack of energy, and going to be hopelessness. These symptoms headed for Dysthymia type of depression. Dysthymia is a mood disorder consisting of the same cognitive and physical problems as depression, with less severe but longer-lasting symptoms. Dysthymia is less acute and severe than major depressive disorder; 3) The portrayal of depression by Rachel’s character are shown from: First, Rachel started to depression when she cannot get pregnant and she is divorced by her husband. Second, she becomes poor and homeless woman and she loses control in her life. Third, she becomes an alcoholic woman with an overactive imagination.
