    An ever-increasing trend of early foreign language teaching requires adequate responses to the university training of future kindergarten teachers. However, research in this area, including policies, suggests that the situation is not entirely satisfactory. This paper aims to determine the level of preparation of future teachers for teaching English to pre-primary children at individual universities in the Czech Republic. It presents findings obtained through quantitative content analysis of the syllabi of eight universities that provide education in the field of teacher training for kindergartens and focus on the preparation of future teachers for English tuition. The results show that courses for English tuition in kindergarten are not implemented by every university. Universities differ in their emphasis on foreign language tuition in kindergarten, which is reflected in the number and content of provided courses. (DIPF/Orig.

Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu systému vzdělávání a rozvoje, konkrétně rozvojových programů, které jsou zaměřeny na zaměstnance ŽDB GROUP a.s. a na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout možná řešení a doporučení. Obsah bakalářské práce je v první části zaměřen na teoretická východiska, která vychází z literatury. Je zmíněno vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců, nové trendy užívané ve vzdělávání, je popsán cyklus vzdělávání včetně jednotlivých fází a metod vzdělávání, které jsou v dnešní době obvykle užívány, je rovněž vysvětlen význam a podstata Talent managementu. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost ŽDB GROUP a.s., následuje analýza systému vzdělávání v této společnosti, která je zaměřena na rozvojové programy Akademie talentů a Kariéra. Pro účely analýzy bylo užito dotazníkového šetření, interpretace výsledků je součástí praktické části. V závěru této bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které zahrnují změnu časového uspořádání programů, preferované metody vzdělávání, uspořádání jazykových kurzů a podporu komunikace.This bachelor thesis is focused on theme of employee education and development, Talent Management and career management. The aim was to analyze the system of employee education and development, specifically development programs, which are focused on employees in the ŽDB GROUP a.s., and on the basics of observed results propose possible results and recommendations. The content of this thesis is in the first part focused on theoretical bases, which are based on literature. There is mentioned employee education and development, new trends in education, it´s described a cycle of education and development including individual phases of the cycle and the most often used methods of education and development. There is also explained the importance and nature of Talent Management. At the beginning of the practical part is introduced ŽDB GROUP a.s. followed by the analysis of the system of employee education and development in this organization, which is focused on development programs Akademie talentů a Kariéra. For the analysis was used a questionnaire method. Interpretation of results is included in the practical part. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou zaměstnavateli navržena řešení pro úsporu mzdových nákladů společnosti.This bachelor thesis deals with employment relationship in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic. It focused on the costs caused by employment and analyzes wage costs of the selected company and the possibility of their optimization. Based on the conducted analysis, solutions for savings in wage costs of the company are suggested.

    This theoretical study analyses interpretation of quality in pre-school education with regard to the position of the children's parents. This text is supported by research papers, mostly from the last two decades, and is based on three main sub-topics. The importance and benefits of systematic pre-school education for the child and the economic development of society is initially discussed. High-quality pre-school education for children gives them a strong start in their educational career and investment into effective education during the pre-school age provides a social and economic return to the whole of society. The following section defines the term quality and its interpretation in relation to education. Quality is interpreted through structure and process, the multi-dimensionality of quality and the objectiveness and subjectiveness of the interpretation of the quality of pre-school education are reflected. The interesting but undervalued position of parents, the perspectives of which are elaborated on in subsequent passages, appear in these concepts. This paper comes to two main conclusions. The first is that the quality of education is a multi-dimensional, variable and difficult to define concept. The second is that, although the status of parents in relation to pre-school education is strong, it is not adequately taken into consideration during definition of quality.     Parents' attitudes to compulsory preschool education in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

    The issue of compulsory preschool education in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is a topical one as a result of the obligation to educate children prior to the start of basic school (primary education) being introduced over the past five years. The objective of the research whose results are presented in this study is to ascertain what attitude parents in the Czech Republic and Slovakia have in regard to the compulsory education of their children in the year prior to joining basic school. The research was based on two key concepts, specifically the obligation of educating children prior to joining basic school, and attitude as a relatively enduring evaluation of the object to which it relates. We used a scaled questionnaire of our own construction for data collection, administered via a web interface. In applying a Likert scale, a five-point scale was used, with statements separated into five dimensions. After validation, the research tool comprised 36 items. Convenience sampling was used to set up the research sample. Data collection was implemented in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with the sample incorporating 337 respondents, each of whom had to have at least one child of preschool age. In processing the research data, both core statistical characteristics and a non-parametric Friedman Test were made use of. Calculations were made using the STATISTICA and SPSS programs. The surveyed parents assessed compulsory education a year prior to joining basic school as important, they did not see any exceptional change in the life of the family in the implementation of compulsory preschool education, and they appreciated its benefits for the future educational journey of their children. No fundamental differences were recorded between the attitudes of parents in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The research also showed that it would be useful to look at parents who are not in the mainstream and their children who appear disadvantaged upon joining basic school through the approach of their parents for further research on this issue.[IGA/FHS/2020/002

Utraquismus in Böhmen und der reformatorische Bewegung ab 1517 in Sachsen handelt es sich um zwei unterschiedliche Reformationen, jedoch mit einer Fülle von sachlichen und personalen Verbindungslinien. Diese rücken im vorliegenden Band erstmalig in einen gemeinsamen Fokus.»Wir sind alle Hussiten«, bekannte Martin Luther 1520 nach der Lektüre von Schriften des tschechischen Reformators Jan Hus, der gut einhundert Jahre zuvor als Ketzer verbrannt worden war. Die beiden Reformatoren verbinden, ebenso wie die von ihnen ausgehenden Erweckungs- und Erneuerungsbewegungen, viele Ähnlichkeiten, Übereinstimmungen und parallele Entwicklungsverläufe.     Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu uskutečněných přeměn obchodních korporací v České republice, které byly zapsány do obchodního rejstříku v roce 2018. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá především teoretickým vymezením přeměn obchodních korporací (fúze, rozdělení, převod jmění na společníka a změna právní formy). Druhá část pojednává o jednotlivých fázích celého procesu přeměn obchodních korporací doplněné o související účetní povinnosti. Třetí část je nejdůležitější částí celé práce, neboť obsahuje výsledky provedené analýzy uskutečněných přeměn obchodních korporací v České republice v roce 2018.The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the transformations carried out in the Czech Republic, which were entered in the Corporate Register in 2018. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals mainly with the theoretical definition of transformations of business corporations (mergers, divisions, transfer of assets to the shareholder and change of legal form). The second part deals with the individual stages of the entire transformation process, supplemented by related accounting obligations. The third part is the most important part of the whole thesis, as it contains the results of the analysis of the transformations carried out in the Czech Republic in 2018
