Relocation of Road II/486 Frycovice - Brusperk

Náplní této bakalářské práce je návrh přeložky silnice II/486 mezi obcemi Fryčovice a Brušperk. Návrh je vytvořen v rozsahu studie. První část práce se zabývá rozborem charakteristiky zájmového území a výchozími údaji navrhované přeložky. V druhé části práce jsou navrženy tři varianty řešení, které jsou následně posouzeny a vyhodnoceny. Nejvhodnější varianta je poté detailně zpracována. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení potřebnosti a realizovatelnosti přeložky. Součástí této diskuze je rozhodnutí o ponechání záměru nebo jeho zrušení.This bachelor thesis is focused on the relocation of the road II/486 between two towns, Brusperk and Frycovice. The thesis is processed as the study. The first part contains specification of the study area and the second part is dedicated to the design of three possibilities of the relocation, which are finally compared and evaluated. The variant considered the most suitable is then described more detailed. In conclusion of the thesis I evaluate the necessity and realizability of the relocation. Assessment of ballistic possibilities of random objects in humans for arrest of a flying missile

Diplomová práce pojednává o balistických možnostech náhodných předmětů, které mají zaměstnanci umístěné na sobě čili ve svém oděvu, nebo v příručním zavazadle při přenosu finančních hotovostí v podobě tržeb do banky, na poštu anebo domů. Jedná se o zaměstnance, kteří mohou být během výkonu své práce ohroženi střelbou a mohla by je letící střela zasáhnout. Pro posouzení balistických možností byla použita zbraň USP Expert a nejpoužívanější střelivo 9 mm Luger s hmotností střely 8 g. Balistika a její rozdělení je popsáno v teoretické části práce. Praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření a jeho vyhodnocení, charakterizuje zbraň a střelivo použité při experimentu, popisuje balistickou laboratoř a obsahuje samotný experiment, který je fotograficky zdokumentován.This senior thesis addresses ballistic properties of random items of everyday use carried by employees on their bodies or clothes, as well as in a luggage during monetary delivery to a bank, post office or their home. These employees are selected to be in professions which endangers them to a possibility of gun violence and may be hit by a fired round. To judge the ballistic properties, USP Expert gun was used, in combination with Luger 9 mm ammo, weighted at 8 g. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on ballistics and its properties, while the practical part deals with questionnaire survey and its results, characterises the weapon and ammunition used during experiment, describes the ballistic laboratory and contains the experiment itself, along with photo documentation of the process.060 - Katedra bezpečnostních služebvýborn

Import 05/08/2014Neziskový sektor je nedílnou součástí jak ekonomického, tak i politického prostředí všech vyspělých zemí a snad každý člověk využívá během svého života statky, kterou jsou neziskovými organizacemi nabízeny. Jednu ze skupin neziskových organizací tvoří také příspěvkové organizace. Proto téma mé diplomové práce zní: „Financování a hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace Středisko volného času v Ostravě.“ Cílem práce je provést rozbor financování z dostupných zdrojů, dle vybraných metod finanční analýzy zhodnotit hospodaření této příspěvkové organizace v letech 2011 a 2012 a také navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení hospodaření. Práce je koncipována tak, aby co nejvíce vypovídala o fungování dané příspěvkové organizace, o financování jejich činností a také o tom, jaké je její finanční zdraví.Nonprofit sector is an inseparable part of both economic and also political environment in all developed countries and probably everyone uses nonprofit organizations during his life. Call Center Employees Motivation Enhancement

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců Call Centra ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav motivace operátorů, nalézt případné nedostatky a navrhnout opatření, která by je mohla odstranit, a tím pomoci ke zvýšení motivace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základní problematiky motivace zaměstnanců. V praktické části práce je nejprve popsáno Call Centrum z pohledu zpracovávané problematiky, kde jsou popsány zejména prostředky, které společnost uplatňuje pro motivaci svých operátorů. Dále jsou interpretovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou v poslední části práce navrhnuta opatření, jež by měla pomoci ke zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců Call Centra.The bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of Call Center employees in a certain company. The aim of this work is to analyze the contemporary motivation state of operators, to find potential deficiencies and to suggest measures, which could eliminate them and thus help to increase motivation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the main issues concerning employees’ motivation. The practical part concerns the Call Center, which is firstly described from the point of view of the discussed issues, where mainly the means to achieve the operators’ motivation used by the company are described. There are results of the questionnaire as well. Based on these results, measures are suggested in the last part of this thesis. Decision, interference and inactivity of an administrative body in the Code of Administrative Justice and the choice of the type of action

Rozhodnutí, zásah a nečinnost správního orgánu v soudním řádu správním a volba žalobního typu Abstrakt Pozornost této diplomové práce je zaměřena na pojmy rozhodnutí, zásah a nečinnost, které určují věcný rozsah odpovídajících žalob: žaloby proti rozhodnutí (§ 65 a násl. s. ř. s.), zásahové žaloby (§ 82 a násl. s. ř. s.) a nečinnostní žaloby (§ 79 a násl. s. ř. s.). V této souvislosti je poukázáno na problematiku přesahů uvedených žalob, které vznikají v důsledku výkladových problémů těchto pojmů: zatímco rozhodnutí mnohdy nelze důsledně odlišit od zásahu, "typ" nečinnosti správního orgánu a následná volba žaloby závisí na povaze úkonu, který nebyl proveden. Práce se skládá z pěti částí, které postupně seznamují s problematickými aspekty vyplývajícími z konstrukce posuzovaných žalob. Úvodní část je věnována historickému kontextu, který je zaměřen na krátký úsek vývoje úpravy správního soudnictví - na období v letech 1992-2002, tj. období bezprostředně předcházející nabytí účinnosti soudního řádu správního. Ve třetí části je pojem rozhodnutí dán do protikladu k pojmu zásah, který...Decision, interference and inactivity of an administrative body in the Code of Administrative Justice and the choice of the type of action Abstract This thesis is focused on the concepts of decision, interference and inactivity which determine the material scope of the corresponding actions: action against decision (§ 65 of the Code of Administrative Justice), action against unlawful interference (§ 82 of the Code of Administrative Justice) and action due to inactivity (§ 79 of the Code of Administrative Justice). In this context, the overlaps between such actions arise as a result of problematic interpretation of these concepts: while decision often cannot be distinguished from interference, the type of inactivity and the subsequent choice of action depends on the nature of an act that is not performed. The thesis consists of five parts gradually acquainting with the problematic aspects of the structure of such actions. Implementation of primary prevention in primary schools in selected Central Bohemian micro-region

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku rizikového chování a jeho prevenci na základních školách vybraného středočeského mikroregionu. V práci jsou hodnoceny a porovnávány jednotlivé programy primární prevence daných škol. V návaznosti na tyto zjištění jsou analyzovány rozhovory se školními metodiky prevence a informace jsou o ně doplněny. Cílem práce je zjistit jak jsou programy primární prevence vybraných škol realizovány a porovnat obsah programů se skutečnou realizací. Dalším cílem práce je zjistit a následně doporučit příklady dobré praxe, právě podle zkušeností těchto škol. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, kterými jsou teoretická východiska a praktická část zahrnující výzkumné šetření. Teoretická část seznamuje se současnou terminologií v rámci této problematiky. V praktické části je popsáno výzkumné šetření, které proběhlo ve dvou etapách. Nejprve byly analyzovány programy primární prevence z obsahové stránky a tato zjištění byla následně doplněna rozhovory se školními metodiky prevence škol vybraného středočeského mikroregionu. Výstupem práce je souhrn zjištění obsahové analýzy v komparaci s rozhovory se školními metodiky prevence a souhrn doporučení formou příkladů dobré praxe, které se mohou stát inspirací všem školám.The diploma thesis is focused on the problem of risk behavior and its prevention in primary schools of selected Central Bohemian micro-region. The work evaluates and compares the individual programs of primary prevention of schools. In connection with these findings, interviews with school prevention methodologies are analyzed and information is supplemented. The aim of this thesis is to find out how primary prevention programs of selected schools are implemented and to compare the content of programs with the actual implementation. Another aim of the thesis is to find out and recommend good practice, based on the experience of these schools. The whole work is divided into two basic parts, which are theoretical basis and practical part including research. The theoretical part introduces the current terminology in this area. The practical part describes the research, which took place in two stages. First, the primary prevention programs were analyzed from the content and these findings were subsequently supplemented by interviews with school prevention methodologies of schools in the selected Central Bohemian micro-region.
