Linking Relationship Marketing to Customer Loyalty in The E-Banking Context: The Central Role of Customer Satisfaction
This research examines the interrelationships between relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in e-bankingâs context. The study was conducted in two phases: In-depth interviews and a quantitative survey with a sample of 690 Vietnamese individual and corporate e-banking customers. The research results show that customer satisfaction mediates the impact of relationship marketing on customer loyalty among individual customers. Meanwhile, instead of customer satisfaction, relationship marketing significantly and directly contributes to the loyalty of the corporate customer group. The significance and magnitude of the effects that the five dimensions of relationship marketingâs effectiveness have on customer satisfaction and loyalty, which include the banksâ commitment, customer experience, process-driven approach, service reliability and application of technology, are also different between the two customer segments. This study theoretically contributes to the research stream regarding the mechanism underlying the relationship between relationship marketingâs effectiveness and customer loyalty in the e-banking context, and proposes practical implications for commercial banks to effectively apply relationship marketing in the virtual business environment
ASEAN- Australia Trade Relations by Stages of Processing: Comparative Research
ASEAN and Australia became the dialogue partner in 1974. Over 46 years of cooperation and development, ASEAN- Australia relations have achieved many good results, especially in recent years when two sides participate in several free trade agreements (FTAs) at bilateral levels and multilateral levels. In 2014, Australia and ASEAN formally became strategic partners, recognizing the importance of the relationship in building mutual benefits. Participation in FTAs and relationship upgrading has helped bilateral trade growth. In 2018-2019, Australia was the seventh-largest trading partner of ASEAN and ASEAN was one of Australia's top three trading partner, however, the two sides face many challenges such as the difficulties after the global crisis since 2009, the "spaghetti bowl" phenomenon of joining many agreements at the same time. Thus, to solve these problems, the production and exporting of comparative advantage goods by the stages of processing to participate in an ideal regional supply chain are very important. Based on the comparative theory and supply chain perspectives The paper compared revealed comparative advantage indexes of ASEAN countries and Australia from 2009 through 2018 to find which country in ASEAN is Australia's suitable partner from which provided the ideal effective supply chain distribution. After that, through trade value comparison, the paper examed if ASEAN countries and Australia specialized in production by stages of processing. From the results, appropriate recommendations were provided to enhance the trade relations between ASEAN and Australia
Electrically stable carbon nanotube yarn under tensile strain
We report a highly stable electrical conductance of a compact and well-oriented carbon nanotube yarn under tensile strain. The gauge factor of the yarn was found
to be extremely small of approximately 0.15 thanks to the
improvements in the dry spinning process, includingmultiweb
spinning and heat treatment. The threshold strain Îľs, below which the yarn retains its electrical conductance stability, has also been determined to be approximately
15 Ă 103 ppm. Owing to its highly stable resistance under
mechanical strain, the yarn has a good potential as a wiring
material for niche applications, where lightweight and resistance stability are required
How Digital Natives Learn and Thrive in the Digital Age: Evidence from an Emerging Economy
As a generation of âdigital natives,â secondary students who were born from 2002 to 2010 have various approaches to acquiring digital knowledge. Digital literacy and resilience are crucial for them to navigate the digital world as much as the real world; however, these remain under-researched subjects, especially in developing countries. In Vietnam, the education system has put considerable effort into teaching students these skills to promote quality education as part of the United Nations-defined Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4). This issue has proven especially salient amid the COVIDâ19 pandemic lockdowns, which had obliged most schools to switch to online forms of teaching. This study, which utilizes a dataset of 1061 Vietnamese students taken from the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)âs âDigital Kids Asia Pacific (DKAP)â project, employs Bayesian statistics to explore the relationship between the studentsâ background and their digital abilities. Results show that economic status and parentsâ level of education are positively correlated with digital literacy. Students from urban schools have only a slightly higher level of digital literacy than their rural counterparts, suggesting that school location may not be a defining explanatory element in the variation of digital literacy and resilience among Vietnamese students. Studentsâ digital literacy and, especially resilience, also have associations with their gender. Moreover, as students are digitally literate, they are more likely to be digitally resilient. Following SDG4, i.e., Quality Education, it is advisable for schools, and especially parents, to seriously invest in creating a safe, educational environment to enhance digital literacy among students
Quality of Life and Suitability with Vietnamese Harmonious Face Index in Class III Malocclusion Patients
BACKGROUND: Maxillary Lefort I osteotomy, mandibular bilateral sagittal split ramus was frequently used in correcting skeletal class III malocclusion. There was a lack of research on class III malocclusion patientsââŹâ˘ quality of life (QoL) after bimaxillary osteotomy.
AIM: Class I Intermaxillary relationship was achieved, aesthetic was significantly improved. Significant improvement in Class III skeletal patientsââŹâ˘ quality of life was acquired. The achievement of harmonious face would be beneficial to the facial aesthetics of patients, thus improving the quality of life.
METHODS: Harmonious face index is an effective criterion in assessing the surgeryââŹâ˘s outcome. In this study was conducted on 30 patients at Hanoi National Hospital of Odontostomatology, Viet Duc Hospital, and Hong Ngoc Hospital from April 2017 to April 2018, and it was a quasi-experimental study with self-comparison, 12 months follow up.
RESULTS: Orthognathic surgery effectively corrected malocclusion crossbite, dental compensation, and helped to improve facial aesthetics. 100% of patients had the quality of life improved, good quality of life consisted of 86.7%. In comparison with a harmonious facial index of Kinh ethnic in Vietnam, 70% of patients achieved skeletal harmony, 63.3% of patients achieved dental harmony, 80% achieved soft tissue harmony.
CONCLUSIONS: Vietnamese harmonious facial index should be used in planning and pre-surgical simulatio
Hydrogen Gas Sensing Using Palladium-Graphene Nanocomposite Material Based on Surface Acoustic Wave
We report the fabrication and characterization of surface acoustic wave (SAW) hydrogen sensors using palladium-graphene (Pd-Gr) nanocomposite as sensing material. The Pd-Gr nanocomposite as sensing layer was deposited onto SAW delay line sensor-based interdigitated electrodes (IDTs)/aluminum nitride (AlN)/silicon (Si) structure. The Pd-Gr nanocomposite was synthesized by a chemical route and deposited onto SAW sensors by air-brush spraying. The SAW H2 sensor using Pd-Gr nanocomposite as a sensing layer shows a frequency shift of 25âkHz in 0.5% H2 concentration at room temperature with good repeatability and stability. Moreover, the sensor showed good linearity and fast response/recovery within ten seconds with various H2 concentrations from 0.25 to 1%. The specific interaction between graphene and SAW transfer inside AlN/Si structures yields a high sensitivity and fast response/recovery of SAW H2 sensor based on Pd-Gr/AlN/Si structure
Quality of life among urban hypertensive patients
Hypertension is a leading risk factor for major chronic illnesses. This study investigated the quality of life (QOL) of hypertensive patients in an urban setting and evaluate related factors. A cross-sectional study on 220 hypertensive patients was performed in Hanoi, Vietnam. Short-form 12 version 2 (SF12-v2) was used to assess QOL. Sociodemographic and clinical characteristics were also obtained. Multivariate regression was utilized to explore the related factors with patientsâ QOL. The mean physical health (PCS-12) and mental health (MCS-12) scores were 43.3 (SD=7.9) and 56.3 (SD=6.5), respectively, Higher age was related to a lower PCS-12. People living in low-population-density settings have a higher MCS-12 score than those living in high-density settings. Increasing comorbidity and medication reduced both component scores. Patients participating in social activity had the MCS-12 score higher than those not participating. This study found a moderate level of health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in hypertensive patients regardless of treatment progress. Regular screening and controlling comorbidities, as well as motivating active employment and social activities involvement, are the potential to enhance the HRQOL of this population

Factors affecting the creativity of high school students
Creativity is a vital personality quality of each individual. Each person has their potential for
creativity, and it can be nurtured and developed in an appropriate and safe environment. The
purpose of the study was to find out which factors from schools and students themselves affect
creativity as well as the association between creativity and age, gender and giftedness of students,
which then a basis to adjust and establish appropriate methods from schools, families, and students
themselves to develop elements and their creativity. The study was conducted on 108 high school
students in three grades from giftedness and non-giftedness schools. The data was collected through
a survey method using a self-constructed questionnaire and drawing creativity test TCT-DP to
determine students' creativity levels and personal information. The study's finding, which uses
mathematical methods and one-way analysis of variance, reveals that factors affecting elements and
creativity level are objective factors including education environment from school; behavior of
teachers, and subjective factors including interests, perspectives, and thoughts of students. It was also
found that there were no significant differences in the components of creativity and creativity among
students in different grades, gender, and groups of giftedness schools
