Manual de procesos y procedimientos Sociedad Oftalmológica de Cirugía Láser Pereira

Este trabajo presenta el manual de procesos y procedimientos de la Sociedad Oftalmológica de Cirugía Láser, un avance importante para direccionar el trabajo de la institución y fortalecer los objetivos de la misión. Finalmente, contiene la descripción clara de los procesos y procedimientos, los requisitos e indicadores necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento e interacción de los diferentes servicios. El manual se construye con la selección de los servicios prioritarios y el diseño del mapa de procesos, herramientas gerenciales necesarias para contribuir a la distribución y organización institucional.This work presents the manual of processes and procedures of the Sociedad Oftalmológica de Cirugía Láser, an important advance to address the work of the institution and to strengthen the objectives of the mission. Finely, it contains the clear description of the processes and procedures, the requirements and necessary indicators for the correct operation and interaction of the different services. The manual is built with the selection of the high-priority services and the design of the map of processes, necessary managerial tools to contribute to the distribution and institutional organization

Empleo de las estrategias de aprendizaje en la universidad. Un estudio de caso

The objective of this study was the characterization of the learning strategies of higher education students of a university in Lima. To achieve this purpose, the focus is qualitative, which allows us to interpret the same practice of the students. The methodology of this research, included direct observation and in-depth interviewing, and was aimed at understanding the reasons for practice in certain strategies. The conclusion of the research is that the metacognitive strategies, the processing of information and the control of the context become the fundamental principles at the moment of learning by students.El objetivo de este estudio fue caracterizar las estrategias de aprendizaje utilizadas por los estudiantes de educación superior de una universidad de Lima. Para lograr este propósito, el enfoque es cualitativo, el cual nos permite interpretar la praxis misma de los alumnos. La metodología de esta investigación incluyó la observación directa y la entrevista a profundidad, cuyo propósito fue comprender las razones de la puesta en práctica de determinadas estrategias. La conclusión de la investigación es que las estrategias metacognitivas, el procesamiento de la información y el control del contexto se convierten en las aristas fundamentales al momento de aprender por parte de los estudiantes

Profiling clients in the tourism sector using fuzzy linguistic models based on 2-tuples

This paper presents a segmentation of the online users of tourism platforms through the recency, frequency and helpfulness of the users. 2-tuples model is applied to these variables to be more precise without loss of information. On the quality of climate proxies derived from newspaper reports ? a case study

International audienceOne of the main problems in climate reconstruction from documentary sources is the evaluation of the quality of non instrumental meteorological records in absence of instrumental observations to perform a calibration. In these cases it is mandatory to envision different approaches to assess the climatic signal in a reconstruction. This work is aimed to test the consistency of a snow frequency reconstruction in the central Argentinean Andes by studying the synoptic patterns related to the occurrence of precipitation in this area. While the original reconstruction covers the period between 1885 and 1996, the insufficiency of overlapping instrumental data limited the calibration to a short 15-year interval. In this paper we evaluate the performance of the reconstructed series for the entire 45-year period between 1958 and 1996 by analyzing the displacement in the jet stream and the patterns of geopotential height related to anomalies in the reconstructed snow frequency series. Previous works have linked the precipitation in the central Andes to the ENSO through the Pacific South American mode. We also have found this connection between ENSO and the reconstructed precipitation. Finally, it is shown that the ENSO relationship is the cause of a significant link between the precipitation anomalies in the central Argentinean Andes and the ice extent around the Antarctic Peninsula

Propuesta de mejoramiento del proceso de distribución de una empresa comercializadora de alimentos mediante el modelo Cross-docking

No aplicaEl Cross-docking es un modelo aplicable a la cadena del proceso logístico de importancia para las empresas, dado que su implementación permite eficiencia y disminución de los costos operativos, mejorando su competitividad. El estado de arte evidenció que las empresas tienen la necesidad de encontrar una ventaja competitiva que las posicione en el mercado, mediante alternativas que permitan disminuir tiempos de reaprovisionamiento y costos logísticos, en este sentido, el modelo de Cross Docking es una estrategia para generar ventajas competitivas. El proyecto se enfocó en una propuesta de mejoramiento del proceso de distribución de una empresa comercializadora de alimentos ubicada en el departamento de Risaralda, para el logro de los objetivos se desarrollaron tres fases, primero se realizó la caracterización del proceso de distribución, segundo la propuesta de modelo Cross-docking para la empresa, por último, se diseñó el plan de acción para la implementación del modelo con una metodología de proyecto aplicado. Los resultados obtenidos en la revisión teórica y contextual permitieron comprobar que este modelo ha sido una estrategia implementada por diferentes empresas para lograr una ventaja competitiva, reduciendo costos logísticos y mejorando el proceso de distribución, la caracterización de la cadena de suministro evidenció baja eficiencia operativa, con un mayor gasto por manipulación de los productos y tiempo de bodega, para la empresa se propone un modelo de cross docking indirecto. Los hallazgos, permiten contribuir empresarial y académicamente, dado que este modelo se puede aplicar en otras empresas y el tema es objeto para futuras investigaciones.  No aplic

Manual de reactivovigilancia para el Centro Integral de Reumatología Reumalab S.A.S

El presente trabajo de grado, es la evidencia de todo el conocimiento adquirido durante todo periodo de formación como Tecnóloga En Regencia De Farmacia, es plasmar en un trabajo de grado realizado durante el periodo de prácticas profesionales, la esencia del ser profesional como resultado . El principal objetivo de este trabajo ha sido la elaboración de un manual para la IPS en la cual realicé las prácticas profesionales, consiste en la implementación del Manual De Reactivovigilancia para el Centro Integral De Reumatología Reumalab S.A.S. El cual lleva al conocimiento del programa de vigilancia y control de los reactivos de diagnóstico in vitro en la institución, dicho programa es exigido por el INVIMA para garantizar la calidad en la atención y la seguridad de los pacientes. The electrochemistry of gold in acid aqueous solutions containing chloride ions

Results obtained with differently prepared gold electrodes in acid solutions containing chloride ion at temperatures ranging from 22 to 65°C are reported. Potentiostatic techniques and rotating disc electrodes were employed. The anodic dissolution, the onset of passivity and the cathodic deposition of the metal are investigated under different experimental conditions. The anodic dissolution of Au is discussed in terms of possible reaction mechanisms involving the participation of different adsorbed species. The onset of passivation is related to the depletion of chloride ion at the reaction interface. The experimental voltammograms can be reporduced by means of an equation which considers the diffusion of chloride ion, the activation polarization related to the dissolution of Au and the establishment of passivity.Instituto de Investigaciones Fisicoquímicas Teóricas y AplicadasFacultad de Ciencias Exacta

Integrating Quality Criteria in a Fuzzy Linguistic Recommender System for Digital Libraries

Recommender systems can be used in an academic environment to assist users in their decision making processes to find relevant information. In the literature we can find proposals based in user’ profile or in item’ profile, however they do not take into account the quality of items. In this work we propose the combination of item’ relevance for a user with its quality in order to generate more profitable and accurate recommendations. The system measures item quality and takes it into account as new factor in the recommendation process.
