Examen de las cuentas de cartera e inventario caso empresa “Agrofértil el Socio” durante el periodo 2020-2021 de acuerdo con la reglamentación internacional.

Agrofértil el Socio es una empresa del sector agrícola ubicada en Vistahermosa-Meta. Inicia en 2019 como una (Empresa para pymes) pero que hasta la fecha de hoy año tras año ha tenido crecimiento general superiores al 100%. Tiene como fin llegar a ser considerada y reconocida como una empresa que apoya e impulsa una de las economías más importantes del país, que es el agro, también ha tenido un crecimiento constante trayendo consigo la necesidad de poseer controles e información financiera con la capacidad de brindar mayor certeza y claridad. Teniendo en cuenta que al aplicar los correctos controles en la operación del día a día se puede llegar a tener resultados óptimos con mayores rendimientos. El trabajo de aseguramiento y control interno se desarrolló bajo la metodología de investigación descriptiva a la empresa Agrofértil el socio, por ende, se toma la decisión de llevar a cabo de un examen y análisis de las cuentas generales y específicas de cartera e inventarios durante el periodo de los últimos 12 meses para así identificar como se han llevado estas teniendo en cuenta la reglamentación internacional y así lograr determinar si se tiene la necesidad de implementación de nuevas prácticas o si es el caso de diseñar un plan de control para las aplicaciones de estas. Posterior a la ejecución del examen y análisis se obtuvo como resultado la determinación de fallas y errores en diferentes áreas relacionadas con cartera e inventario. En base a los resultados obtenidos de manera concluyente se generó un informe de auditoría dirigido a la empresa donde se incluye las recomendaciones necesarias que la empresa debe aplicar en relación a la normativa internacional.Agrofertil el Socio is a company in the agricultural sector located in Vistahermosa-Meta. The work of assurance and internal control was developed under the methodology of descriptive research to the company Agrofertil the partner, therefore, the decision is made to carry out an examination and analysis of the general and specific accounts of portfolio and inventories during the period of the last 12 months in order to identify how these have been carried out taking into account international regulations and thus be able to determine if there is a need to implement new practices or if it is the case to design a control plan for the applications of these . After the execution of the examination and analysis, the result was the determination of failures and errors in different areas related to portfolio and inventory. Repotencialización de Aeroenfriadores para Mejorar la Eficiencia de la Planta Chemical S.A

En este proyecto se ejecutó la repotencialización de los equipos aeroenfriadores, realizando su mantenimiento en la planta de Chemical S.A, la cual está ubicada en Venezuela. Este proyecto surgió a partir de la necesidad de aumentar la producción de metanol, cuyos ingresos lucrativos aportan al presupuesto del gobierno venezolano. El proyecto se realizó por medio de la intervención de los equipos, ejecutando un reemplazo de bahías, haces tubulares, mantenimiento mayor y mantenimiento menor y una fase de post – venta, que llevo al cumplimiento de los requisitos explícitos en el pliego de condiciones de la licitación generada por la empresa Chemical S.A. en modalidad de concurso abierto. Donde objetivo del mantenimiento mayor se logra el cumplimiento de la prolongación y vida útil de los equipos para evitar fallas futuras, pérdidas de producción y eficiencia de los equipos.The main objective of this project was the repowering of the air cooler equipment by performing a major maintenance program at the Chemical S.A plant located in Venezuela. This project arose from the need to increase the methanol production, which is a part of the lucrative revenue that contributes to the Venezuelan government budget. The repowering project was implemented trough a largescale intervention of equipment, doing replacement of bays and tubular bundles, major maintenances and minor maintenances programs and finally a post-shutdown phase, in compliance with all the requirements defined in the Conditions Document of the bidding generated by Chemical S.A in an open competition modality. Where the objective of major maintenance is the fulfillment of the extension and useful life of the equipment to avoid future failures, production losses and equipment efficiency

Online Training and Self-assessment in the Histopathologic Classification of Endocervical Adenocarcinoma and Diagnosis of Pattern of Invasion: Evaluation of Participant Performance

Histopathologic classification of endocervical adenocarcinomas (EAC) has recently changed, with the new system based on human papillomavirus (HPV)-related morphologic features being incorporated into the 5th edition of the WHO Blue Book (Classification of Tumours of the Female Genital Tract). There has also been the introduction of a pattern-based classification system to assess invasion in HPV-associated (HPVA) endocervical adenocarcinomas that stratifies tumors into 3 groups with different prognoses. To facilitate the introduction of these changes into routine clinical practice, websites with training sets and test sets of scanned whole slide images were designed to improve diagnostic performance in histotype classification of endocervical adenocarcinoma based on the International Endocervical Adenocarcinoma Criteria and Classification (IECC) and assessment of Silva pattern of invasion in HPVA endocervical adenocarcinomas. We report on the diagnostic results of those who have participated thus far in these educational websites. Our goal was to identify areas where diagnostic performance was suboptimal and future educational efforts could be directed. There was very good ability to distinguish HPVA from HPV-independent adenocarcinomas within the WHO/IECC classification, with some challenges in the diagnosis of HPV-independent subtypes, especially mesonephric carcinoma. Diagnosis of HPVA subtypes was not consistent. For the Silva classification, the main challenge was related to distinction between pattern A and pattern B, with a tendency for participants to overdiagnose pattern B invasion. These observations can serve as the basis for more targeted efforts to improve diagnostic performance

Gender differences in living with schizophrenia. A cross-sectional European multi-site study

The EPSILON project (European Psychiatric Services: Inputs Linked to Outcomes and Needs) is a cross-sectional study of the clinical and social characteristics, needs, satisfaction with services, quality of life, and service utilisation and costs for people with schizophrenia in five European sites (Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Santander, and Verona), This study examined five hypotheses: (1) Men will have more total needs and more unmet needs for: 'accommodation', 'substance misuse', 'psychotic symptoms', 'harm to others', and 'sexual expression', whereas women will have more total needs and more unmet needs in the domains of 'childcare' and 'harm to self', (2) Caregivers of male patients will show higher rates of psychological distress, and higher scores for 'supervision' and 'urging' than caregivers of female patients, (3) Male and female patients will show similar levels of satisfaction with services, both in total scores and subscores. (4) Male patients will show lower objective quality of life, but similar subjective quality of life compared with women. (5) Service utilization for men and women will differ, and patterns will vary by site. The results confirmed hypotheses I (in part) and 3, but failed to support hypotheses 2, 4 and 5. Graphical models were used to generate hypotheses for future research. The implications for planning separate services for male and female schizophrenic patients are discussed. The European College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ECNP) has established the ECNP Network Initiative (ECNP-NI) to help meet the goal of extending current understanding of the causes of central nervous system disorders, thereby contributing to improvements in clinical outcomes and reducing the associated societal burden.
