Al-alloy die-castings for automotive industry
V experimentální části je uvedena ukázka měření zbytkových napětí na vzorcích odlitých ze slitiny AlSi9Cu3.This search is concentrated on Pressure-castings of aluminum alloys for the automotive industry. In the theoretical part of this topic is described in terms of technology for casting aluminum alloys with a focus on high-pressure casting of aluminum alloy AlSi9Cu3 and methods of detecting residual stress. In the experimental section is a sample of residual stress measurements on samples cast alloy AlSi9Cu3.
Fast Ray-Triangle Intersection
Triangle is the mostly used primitive in computer graphics. Calculation of its intersection with a ray has many applications and is often a bottleneck of a program. This work focuses on its usage and various methods of calculation. It tries to combine these techniques to achieve high performance on modern processors.
Functional Programming of Geometry Shaders
This paper focuses on graphical shader programming, which is essential for real-time rendering. Opposite to classical low
level, structured languages, functional approach is used in this work and existing work is extended to cover geometry shader
programming. The compiler is able to transform the program in a way that is hard to achieve with classical languages. The
program is written for all pipeline stages at once and the compiler does the partitioning. This allows the programmer to focus
on program semantics and let the compiler take care of the efficient execution. First, this paper describes shader stages as
functions in a mathematical manner. The process of program partitioning and transformation to one of the classical languages
is described. Several examples show the differences between functional description and equivalent structured code
Dilemata českého dozoru finančních trhů [available in Czech only]
Regulation and supervision of financial markets are frequent topics of economic theory and practise. Structure and responsibilities of supervising institutions are still among open problems of the economic policy of the Czech Republic. Currently four institutions share the supervision of Czech financial markets. These institutions differ by their legal statuses, rights and procedures. Some institutions have an internal conflict of their targets. A programme of two step integration was adopted in the Czech Republic. This minimises institutional risks and followed doubtless integration trends in developed countries. This solution also gives some space for another changes after an expected EMU membership.institutions; financial markets; supervision; regulation; finance and law
Index for Inclusion in the Czech Primary Schools. Teachers Self-Evaluation in Primary Schools. Research
The publication presents the results of the second phase of research aimed at identifying conditions of inclusion in Czech primary schools, where we focus our attention on how the teachers perceive and evaluate inclusion in their schools. This publication offers experiences with the implementation of the research tool Framework for Self-evaluation of Conditions of Education which is abroad known under the title Index for Inclusion and we interpret the data obtained. We analyse in more detail grouping the indicators into five major groups, which characterize the inclusion: communication, cooperation, individualization and differentiation, maximum respect and expectations. At the end of publication we present simpler variant of the research tool for the conditions of Czech schools.V publikaci prezentujeme výsledky druhé fáze výzkumu, zaměřeného na zjišťování podmínek inkluze prvního stupně českých základních škol, v níž jsme soustředili svoji pozornost na to, jak inkluzi ve škole vnímají a hodnotí sami učitelé. V práci analyzujeme podrobněji seskupení indikátorů do pěti významných skupin, které inkluzi charakterizují: komunikace, spolupráce, individualizace a diferenciace, respekt a maximum očekávání. V závěru publikace navrhujeme jednodušší variantu uvedeného výzkumného nástroje pro podmínky českých škol. The publication presents the results of the second phase of research aimed at identifying conditions of inclusion in Czech primary schools, where we focus our attention on how the teachers perceive and evaluate inclusion in their schools. Respect between Pupils and School Staff - One of the Characteristic Features of Inclusion
We perceive communication, cooperation, application of differentiation and individualization, maximum expectation from pupils and respect among participants of education, as characteristic features of inclusive education. In this paper we carry out qualitative and quantitative analyses of data gained from six selected indicators relating to respect in Czech primary schools, which we perceive as a necessary condition for inclusion. As a research tool we used the Czech version of the questionnaire Framework for self-evaluation of conditions of education 2007 (Kratochvílová, Havel, 2012), from which we have selected criteria specifying the characteristics of respect and analysed them. Jako výzkumný nástroj jsme užívali českou verzi dotazníku Rámec pro hodnocení podmínek vzdělání 2007 (Kratochvílová, Havel, 2012), z kterého jsme vybrali specifická kritéria respektu a analyzovali je.We perceive communication, cooperation, application of differentiation and individualization, maximum expectation from pupils and respect among participants of education, as characteristic features of inclusive education. Evaluation of porosity in Al-alloy die-castings
The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the porosity of die - cast cast that were made of the alloy AISi9u3 in iron-foundry Skoda Car Mlada Boleslav. The analysis and the sample comparisons are based on my own measurements and are also connected with previous diploma thesis which deals with that issue and was drawn up at Technical University in Brno. All measurements were statistically tested.
Efficient Schemes for Computing α-tree Representations
International audienceHierarchical image representations have been addressed by various models by the past, the max-tree being probably its best representative within the scope of Mathematical Morphology. However, the max-tree model requires to impose an ordering relation between pixels, from the lowest values (root) to the highest (leaves). Recently, the α-tree model has been introduced to avoid such an ordering. Indeed, it relies on image quasi-flat zones, and as such focuses on local dissimilarities. It has led to successful attempts in remote sensing and video segmentation. In this paper, we deal with the problem of α-tree computation, and propose several efficient schemes which help to ensure real-time (or near-real time) morphological image processing
