An Intermedial Transposition Case from José María de Pereda's Short Novel to "Hora Once" Television Fiction

RESUMEN: Este trabajo aborda un estudio sincrónico de un caso de transmedialidad cuyo texto base es una novela corta del escritor realista español José María de Pereda, Blasones y talegas (1871). En 1971 la segunda cadena de televisión pública española encargó a un guionista, Carlos Vélez, y a una realizadora, Josefina Molina, la creación de un producto audiovisual que, con la apariencia de una dramatización televisada, reelaboraba el texto de Pereda convirtiéndolo en un programa de televisión para ser consumido por los espectadores del último tercio del siglo XX. La investigación contextualiza este programa y señala los puntos de convergencia y de diferencia entre la obra de Pereda, el guion dramatizado y la versión televisiva.ABSTRACT: This work deals with a synchronous study of a case of transmediality whose basic text is a short novel by the Spanish realist writer José María de Pereda, Blasones y talegas (1871). In 1971 Spanish public television commissioned a screenwriter, Carlos Vélez, and a filmmaker, Josefina Molina, to create an audiovisual product that, with the appearance of a televised dramatization, reworked Pereda's text, turning it into a television program to be consumed by the spectators of the last third of the twentieth century. Mason, rebel and hidden. The rediscovery of Consuelo Berges (1899-1988)

Resumen: En este trabajo se estudia la biografía de la escritora española Consuelo Berges, intelectual, periodista, feminista y republicana que vivió en América (Perú y Argentina), amiga y corresponsal de intelectuales destacados de su tiempo, tanto en España como en Hispanoamérica, y que fue perseguida por masona, aspecto que hasta ahora no había sido estudiado por los investigadores y que se ha analizado tomando como base los documentos del expediente personal de esta autora conservados en el Centro documental de la Memoria histórica (Salamanca). La investigación analiza la vida de Consuelo Berges antes y después de la Guerra civil española, y hace un recorrido por su trayectoria literaria como escritora, periodista, intelectual comprometida y traductora.Abstract: In this work we study the biography of the Spanish writer Consuelo Berges, an intellectual, journalist, feminist and republican who lived in America (Peru and Argentina), friend and correspondent of outstanding intellectuals of her time both in Spain and in Latin America, and who was persecuted by Mason, aspect that until now had not been studied by the researchers and that has been analyzed based on the documents of the personal file of this author preserved in the documentary Center of Historical Memory (Salamanca). Literary costums and ethnography: the case of the Marzas

RESUMEN: En el trabajo se presenta un análisis de un caso particular de interferencia entre elementos etnográficos y textos literarios costumbristas, el de las marzas del valle de Campoo en el sur de Cantabria. Se analizan los diferentes textos de los escritores costumbristas que recogieron esta costumbre popular de pedir dádivas por las casas acompañándose de un canto particular, el de marzas, y cómo estos textos incluyeron elementos etnográficos que los escritores mezclaron con otros literarios.ABSTRACT: The paper presents an analysis of a particular case of interference between ethnographic elements and literary literary texts, that of the Marzas of the Campoo Valley in southern Cantabria. The different texts of the customs writers who collected this popular custom of asking for gifts for the houses accompanied by a particular song, that of marzas, and how these texts included ethnographic elements that the writers mixed with other literary ones, are analyzed
