EL TRADE OFF ENTRE INFLACIÓN Y DESEMPLEO. REVISIÓN TEÓRICA Y EMPÍRICA DE LA CURVA DE PHILLIPS EN COLOMBIA

La curva de Phillips, término que empezó a mencionarse con frecuencia a partir de 1960; tema tratado por distintas escuelas del pensamiento económico que han planteado definiciones sobre el concepto de C.de P. El primero fue A. W. Phillips planteó la relación entre la inflación y el desempleo, posteriormente es reformulada incluyendo las expectativas. Hay quienes niegan la existencia de la C. de P. mientras la mayoría han ampliado la idea original al intercambio entre inflación y desempleo. Los keynesianos destacan la relación inversa y estable entre las tasas de desempleo y el ritmo de crecimiento de los salarios nominales. Friedman y Phelps contradicen las posturas Keynesianas al tomar el salario como variable fundamental del comportamiento del mercado laboral; por tanto Friedman sostiene como variable importante el poder adquisitivo del salario real y el precio de este mercado (salario), dándole una prevalencia a los efectos que ocasiona un cambio en los salarios reales más que en los salarios nominales y a su vez exponiendo un nuevo concepto de la presencia de un cierto nivel de desempleo en el tiempo, que es atribuido a los componentes fricciónales, más conocida como Tasa Natural de Desempleo (TND). La evidencia de la C. de P. para Colombia es identificada en la década de los 90´s por autores como Misas y López (1999), Gómez y Julio (2000) y Gómez (2002). La mayoría de autores concuerdan con la existencia de un C.de P. pero aclaran que no es una relación única entre inflación y desempleo

Application of inventory recognition and measurement criteria for SMEs

El presente trabajo hace parte de una reflexión de los autores, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica teórica, explorativa y sistémica sobre la Norma Internacional de Información Financiera, emitidas por la International Accounting Standards Board, y aprobadas en Colombia con la Ley 1314 de 2009, cuyo objetivo principal fue el de converger a las NIIF en los grupos I, II y III. El producto de esta reflexión se centra en aspectos categorizados en la norma para pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES), grupo II, decreto 2483 de 2018 y los que lo modifiquen, específicamente la sección 13 inventarios, donde se diserta el alcance de la sección, reconocimiento, medición, revelaciones, deterioro, métodos de valuación, e incidencia al realizar la conciliación contable y fiscal. Finalmente, se simulan casos prácticos en los que se reflejan las técnicas, procedimientos, principios, conceptos, limitaciones e interpretaciones, que permiten dilucidar las temáticas.The present work is part of a reflection of the authors, based on a theoretical, exploratory and systemic bibliographic review on the International Financial Reporting Standard, issued by the International Accounting Standards Board, and approved in Colombia with Law 1314 of 2009, whose main objective was to converge to IFRS in groups I, II and III. The product of this reflection focuses on aspects categorized in the standard for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), group II, decree 2483 of 2018 and those that modify it, specifically section 13 inventories, where the scope of the section is discussed, recognition, measurement, disclosures, impairment, valuation methods, and incidence when performing the accounting and tax reconciliation. Relation among the level of development of the competences in the managers of the health services and the institutional quality, Antioquia, 2005

ABSTRACT: To determine the relationship between the level of development of the competences of the managers of health services in Antioquia as well as the quality of the institution they conduct. Methodology: a probabilistic stratified random sampling by level of complexity was done and then a simple random sampling in each one. 112 managers constituted the sample. Four instruments were used; three of them to evaluate the competence level of the managers and the other one to evaluate the level of institutional quality. Results: the development of the competences among managers was found between the basic and inexperienced levels, showing a poor performance in their management tasks. Additionally, a high correlation among competences was also identified indicating that the high or low level of development of a competence directly affects the performance of the manager. The quality of the institutions showed levels of business development between incipient and medium, thus revealing some sort of functional units which are determinant in the business development, such as service operations, planning, management control, and marketing. Finally, it was shown that the presence of some competences in the manager positively impacts the development of the functional units. Thus the performance of managers has direct effects on the success or failure of the institution.RESUMEN: Esta investigación buscó determinar la relación entre el nivel de desarrollo de las competencias de los gerentes de las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud (ips) en Antioquia y la calidad de la institución que dirigen. Metodología: Se realizó un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio estratificado por nivel de complejidad y luego un muestreo aleatorio simple en cada uno de los estratos; se obtuvo una muestra de 112 ips. Se emplearon cuatro instrumentos de medición: tres para evaluar el nivel de competencia en los gerentes y uno para evaluar la calidad institucional. Resultados: se encontró que el desarrollo de las competencias en los gerentes varió entre los niveles novato y básico, lo que sugiere un pobre desempeño en su gestión. Se evidenció una alta correlación entre las competencias, lo que indica que el nivel de desarrollo de una de ellas afecta directamente el desempeño del gerente. La calidad de las instituciones presentó niveles de desarrollo empresarial entre incipiente y mediano, lo que identifica ciertas unidades funcionales determinantes en el desarrollo empresarial. Finalmente, se evidenció que la presencia de ciertas competencias en el gerente impacta positivamente el desarrollo de las unidades funcionales, lo que corrobora que su desempeño repercute en el éxito o fracaso de la institución

Sensitivity of Elmidae (Insecta: Coleoptera) to habitat disturbance and physicochemical water quality in lotic environments of the colombian Andes

Introducción: Los élmidos son organismos acuáticos frecuentemente asociados con aguas corrientes, limpias y bien oxigenadas. Sin embargo, algunos géneros de esta familia también se encuentran en aguas moderadamente contaminadas, lo cual puede ser un reflejo de su tolerancia a algún grado de deterioro del hábitat. Objetivo: Determinar la sensibilidad o tolerancia a la contaminación y los principales factores que influyen en la presencia y composición taxonómica de Elmidae en microcuencas colombianas. Métodos: Se muestrearon 60 localidades entre 450 y 4000 msnm, principalmente en la región Andina, los muestreos se realizaron entre 2002 y 2013 con 70 eventos no simultáneos en cinco zonas. En un transecto de 100 m, se registraron datos físico-químicos, bacteriológicos y de calidad del hábitat (ICH), se hicieron arrastres con red D y Surber, y se determinaron los géneros de Elmidae. Se realizó un Análisis de Correspondencia Canónica entre las variables ambientales y la composición de Elmidae, las relaciones significativas se confirmaron con una prueba de Mantel y se realizó una prueba Mantel parcial incluyendo la ubicación geográfica como tercera matriz. Se calcularon los Índices de Contaminación ICOs y de Calidad de Agua ICA-FSN y se definieron intervalos de aparición de géneros para variables ambientales e índices. Para obtener las significancias estadísticas, se realizaron Análisis de Varianza ANOVA, pruebas t de Student y Modelos Lineales Generalizados MLG con distribución Poisson. Resultados: Se encontraron 22 géneros y 15 especies que representan el 78.5 % de la riqueza nacional conocida. Tyletelmis y las especies Gyrelmis pusio, G. simplex, Xenelmis sandersoni, X. leechi, X. granatoides y X. teres, corresponden a nuevos registros para Colombia. Los principales factores que influyeron en la riqueza y composición de Elmidae fueron: saturación de oxígeno, deposición de sedimentos, sólidos suspendidos, disponibilidad de sustratos, altura, ubicación geográfica, conductividad, alcalinidad, turbidez, nitratos, nitrógeno amoniacal y fósforo. Conclusiones: Los géneros de Elmidae difieren en su tolerancia a la contaminación y, por lo tanto, no pueden ser clasificados bajo el mismo grado de sensibilidad. Esta información puede ser útil para la clasificación de los géneros de Elmidae de acuerdo con su sensibilidad a los cambios en las condiciones ambientales y la degradación del hábitat, lo cual será un primer paso para la incorporación en un índice biótico de calidad de agua adaptado para las condiciones locales o el ajuste de los índices preexistentes.Riffle beetles are aquatic organisms frequently associated with well-oxygenated clean running water. However, some genera of Elmidae can also be found in moderately polluted streams proving their tolerance to certain degree of habitat degradation. To determine the pollution sensitivity and tolerance of each genus of Elmidae in Colombian streams, and the main factors that influence its presence and taxonomic composition. Methods: Sixty locations between 450 and 4 000 m.a.s.l. were sampled, mainly in the Andean Region of Colombia. Collection was carried out between 2002 and 2013 with 70 non-simultaneous events in five zones. In a 100 m transect, physicochemical, bacteriological and environmental quality information was recorded. Samples of Elmidae were collected with D and Surber nets and determined taxonomically. A Canonical Correspondence Analysis of the Elmidae assembly and environmental data was carried out, significant relationships were confirmed with a Mantel test and a partial Mantel test was carried out including the geographic location as the third matrix. The Pollution (ICO) and Water Quality (ICA-NSF) Indices were calculated, and the occurrence intervals by genus were plotted for environmental variables and indices. Analysis of Variance ANOVA, Student?s t-test and Generalized Linear Models GLM with Poisson distribution, were calculated in order to establish the significance of the results.Twenty-two genera and 15 species were found in the evaluated streams; which represent 78.5 % of known national generic richness. Tyletelmis and the species Gyrelmis pusio, G. simplex, Xenelmis sandersoni, X. leechi, X. granatoides and X. teres correspond to new records for Colombia. The most important factors influencing the presence and composition of Elmidae were: oxygen saturation, sediment deposition, suspended solids, epifaunal substrate availability, altitude and geographic location, conductivity, turbidity, alkalinity, nitrates, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus. The genera of Elmidae differ in their tolerance to contamination and therefore cannot be classified in the same degree of sensitivity. This information can be useful for classifying genera of Elmidae according to their sensitivity to changes in environmental conditions and habitat degradation, which will be a first step to incorporate Elmidae in water quality biotic indices adapted to local conditions or to adjust preexisting indicesFil: Gonzalez Cordoba, Marcela. La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia en los departamentos de Norte de Santander y Cauca.La construcción de este informe parte del estudio de los contenidos bibliográficos sintetizados en el desarrollo del diplomado de profundización de acompañamiento psicosocial en escenarios de violencia, contextualizado en nuestro país en diferentes territorios, una violencia presente por muchos años y que sigue latente, cuyas consecuencias implican la salud mental y física de muchas personas, quebrantando el tejido social de estos contextos sociales y demás sociedad; donde se presentan intereses de grupos legales como ilegales de tipo político y económico, que afecta la cultura y simbología en los diferentes ciclos de vida . Situaciones que deben propender a la no repetición, en el que dimensiona el rol de psicólogo al interior de grupos interdisciplinarios en dirección al restablecimiento de los derechos humanos como eje fundamental, cuyas herramientas de intervención psicosocial requieren generarse en forma participativa desde un enfoque narrativo analizando las subjetividades e intersubjetividades, que contribuya a la obtención de una nueva mirada crítica en las víctimas, con el objetivo de asumir su condición como sobrevivientes con recursos, habilidades, significados nuevos, bajo procesos de resiliencia que contribuyan a su dignidad, libertad y autonomía; de esta forma encontrando elementos en su pasado, para hacer uso de ellos en su presente y proyección futuro, aportando a su individualidad, familia y socialmente, reconstruyéndose el tejido social y a los procesos de paz. Siendo necesario trabajar con y para las comunidades mediante un enfoque diferencial.Building up this report takes off from the study of biographical studies summing up in the development of the course about “Profundización de Acompañamiento Psicosocial en Escenarios de Violencia” contextualized in different part of our country, a violence taking place through the years and keeps remaining, which consequences imply mental and physical health from many people, breaking up the social boundaries from these social environments and the rest of the society; where the legal and illegal political and economic interests are shown, changing the culture and symbology at different life ́s stages. There are situations that must avoid the repetition, where the psychological act is presented inside different interdisciplinary groups focusing on recovery of human rights as a main core, creating psychosocial tools as a participation from the narrative purpose analyzing the bias in all the aspects, contributing to get a new critical perception about the victims, achieving their condition as survivors with resources, skills, new meanings, under the resilience processes helping to their dignity, freedom and autonomy; in this way, finding elements from their past, to use them in their present and future lives, providing to their individuality, family and social development, rebuilding the social boundaries and the peace processes. The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors.
