Comunicar(nos) para transformar(nos): Una experiencia de trabajo colaborativo desde una sede del Programa de Inclusión y Terminalidad (PIT) 14/17

El presente artículo sintetiza una experiencia de trabajo colaborativo en una sede del Programa de Inclusión y Terminalidad de la educación secundaria (PIT) en la ciudad deCórdoba, Argentina. Mientras que existen investigaciones en torno a las prácticas deenseñanza en el aula, no sucede así en torno a las estrategias que elaboramos los docentesque transitamos el Programa, en un plano institucional. En este sentido, buscaremosdescribir y analizar las estrategias colaborativas que llevan a cabo docentes de una sededel PIT en relación con la puesta en acto de las políticas de inclusión educativa. La sede deanálisis se encuentra ubicada en una antigua casa de un barrio histórico de la zona nortede la ciudad de Córdoba, y comenzó a funcionar durante el año 2014. Nos serviremos dedocumentación escrita brindada por la institución, en diálogo con una serie de entrevistas semiestructuradas y de final abierto. A partir del concepto de "inclusión", daremos cuentade las principales estrategias colaborativas llevadas a cabo por el cuerpo docente para elsostenimiento de las trayectorias estudiantiles.This report summarizes a collective work experience at a unit of the PIT (a Program of inclusion on secondary education to guarantee student graduation) in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. While there is research around teaching practices in the classroom, this is not the case regarding the strategies that we teachers developing in the Program develop, at an institutional level. In this sense, we will seek to analyze, as well as describe, the collaborative strategies carried out by teachers from a PIT headquarters in relation to the implementation of educational inclusion policies. The analysis of educational institution is located in an old house in a historic neighborhood in the north of the city of Córdoba, which began operating in 2014. We will use written documentation issued by the institution in dialogue with a series of interviews semi structured and open ended. Starting from the concept of "inclusion", we will give an account of the main collaborative strategies carried out by the teaching staff for the support of student careers.Fil: Gerbaldo, Gabriel. Nanosized patterns as reference structures for macroscopic transport properties and vortex phases in YBCO films

This paper studies the striking correlation between nanosized structural patterns in YBCO films and macroscopic transport current. A nanosized network of parallel Josephson junctions laced by insulating dislocations is almost mimicking the grain boundary structural network. It contributes to the macroscopic properties and accounts for the strong intergranular pinning across the film in the intermediate temperature range. The correlation between the two networks enables to find out an outstanding scaling law in the (Jc,B) plane and to determine meaningful parameters concerning the matching between the vortex lattice and the intergranular defect lattice. Two asymptotic behaviors of the pinning force below the flux flow regime are checked: the corresponding vortex phases are clearly individuated.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figure

No Man Is an Island or how to appreciate Jorge Sappia’s career. From labour lawyers, Peronist unions and Radical Civic Union governments

En el marco de las reformas laborales de fin del siglo XX en la Argentina, el artículo reconstruye los vínculos que sostuvo el laboralista Jorge Jerónimo Sappia con el sindicalismo peronista de la provincia de Córdoba y el de la Nación. Para ello, recurre al método biográfico para reconocer sus lazos partidarios y obreros, y analizar su concepción del rol del sindicalismo y su vínculo con su participación política. Consideramos que su triple dependencia (sindical, laboral y radical) le permitió articular una relación virtuosa con el sindicalismo, para conformarse en una trayectoria excepcional al interior del radicalismo debido a su capacidad de construir consensos.This article examines the relationship between the labor lawyer Jorge Jerónimo Sappia, and the Peronist working unions of Córdoba and Argentina in the second half of the XXth century. We used a biographical approach to reconstruct this political liaisons with the workers, his ideas about syndicalism, and their correlation with his political activism. We consider that his knowledge about labor and syndicalism along with his political ideology allowed him to play a central role in the labor reforms. Protest as a strategy for the accumulation of union power: a contrast between the positions adopted by trade unionism in Córdoba at the beginning of the 21st century

Este artículo parte de la fractura de la CGT regional Córdoba en octubre del año 2000. El interés se encuentra en reconocer cuál fue la actitud que asumió cada división ante un contexto que presentó situaciones conflictivas semejantes. Específicamente, se busca analizar la práctica confrontativa a la que incurrieron las dos centrales y comprender los fines que la orientaron. Para ello se propone identificar sus acciones de protesta, distinguiendo y contrastando sus repertorios, la articulación con otros actores sociales y sus demandas en un periodo que comprende desde el año 2000 hasta el 2004. La hipótesis plantea que los puntos conflictivos fueron procesados de manera desigual por cada organización, mientras que una asumió un rol confrontativo la otra evitó realizar acciones de protesta. Se procurará examinar estas cuestiones desde una escala subnacional y en una clave histórica, recuperando la información brindada por la prensa comercial y por boletines sindicales informativos.This article recovers the division of the regional CGT of Córdoba in October 2000. The interest is in recognizing what the attitude was assumed by each division in a context that presented similar conflictive situations. Specifically, it seeks to analyze the contentious practice in which the two centrals incurred and to understand the purposes that guided it. For this, it is proposed to identify their protest actions, distinguishing and contrasting their repertoires, the articulation with other social actors and their demands in a period that ranges from 2000 to 2004. An attempt will be made to examine these issues from a sub-national perspective and from a historical point of view, recovering the information provided by the trade press and union bulletins.Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educació

El diciembre sindical en Córdoba: la acción de dos centrales obreras ante la crisis del año 2001

In Argentina, the 2001 crisis found the regional delegation of the CGT Córdoba divided in two. This paper investigates how the subgroups of the CGT Córdoba interpreted and reorganized their collective behavior in the face of a similar conflictive process. Our aim is to compare the content of trade union action at two times: before and during the 2001 crisis. Here we distinguish the place occupied by the practice of protest by each of the organizations. We characterize their demands, repertoires and alliances with other social organizations during a period that spans from 2000 to 2002. The hypothesis that we propose is that the conflictive moments were processed unequally by each organization. One did not hold demonstrations and the other adopted a contentious position in the face of municipal, provincial and national policies. We rely on the tools of the theory of collective action for the analysis of trade union newspapers and magazines. La crisis del año 2001 en Argentina encontró a la delegación regional de la CGT Córdoba dividida en dos. El presente trabajo indaga de qué modo las fracciones de la CGT Córdoba interpretaron y reorganizaron sus expectativas colectivas frente a un proceso conflictivo semejante. Screening magnetic fields by a superconducting disk: a simple model

We introduce a simple approach to evaluate the magnetic field distribution around superconducting samples, based on the London equations; the elementary variable is the vector potential. This procedure has no adjustable parameters, only the sample geometry and the London length, $\lambda$, determine the solution. The calculated field reproduces quantitatively the measured induction field above MgB$_2$ disks of different diameters, at 20K and for applied fields lower than 0.4T. The model can be applied if the flux line penetration inside the sample can be neglected when calculating the induction field distribution outside the superconductor. Finally we show on a cup-shape geometry how one can design a magnetic shield satisfying a specific constraint

Realignments and ruptures: the transformations in the union field in Córdoba at the end of the 20th century

Este artículo explora la dinámica política y gremial previa a la fractura de la CGT Regional Córdoba en el año 2000. A la vez trata de reconocer las tensiones que llevaron a su quiebre y caracterizar a los principales gremios que conformaron a uno de los espacios de ruptura; la CGT Rodríguez Peña. La hipótesis departida plantea que la llegada al gobierno de Unión por Córdoba tensionó los diferentes intereses sindicales, redefiniendo posiciones en el mismo espacio.Para esto, se realiza una reconstrucción histórica de la dinámica sindical durante la década de 1990 a partir de un análisis de contenido del periódico local La Voz del Interior.This article explore the political and union dynamics before to the fracture of the Córdoba Regional CGT in 2000. It tries to recognize the tensions that led to its breakdown and to characterize the main unions that made up the CGT Rodríguez Peña. The starting hypothesis states that the arrival to the Unión por Córdoba strained the different union interests, redefining positions in the same field.
