Este trabajo está dirigido al público en general y al curioso en cuanto a la historia del derecho en la Argentina en lo que respecta al divorcio. Lo que tratamos de mostrar es como fue evolucionando la modalidad de separación entre las personas casadas hasta llegar a la necesidad de crear un régimen legal para estas situaciones llamado divorcio, cuáles son las situaciones que justifican el régimen, cómo es el régimen actual y el proyecto de unificación de los Códigos, el cual, cambia en muchos aspectos lo que hoy es el divorcio en Argentina.Fil: Garay Rein, María Laura. Sähköinen laskujen käsittely pk-yrityksessä

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on selvittää, millaisia vaihtoehtoja pienyrittäjillä on sähköiseen osto- ja myyntilaskutukseen siirryttäessä. Toimeksiantajana on Maanrakennus Seitsonen Oy. Työssä tarkastellaan sähköisen laskujen käsittelyn hyötyjä ja haittoja sekä selvitetään osto- ja myyntilaskujen eri kierrätysohjelmia. Työssä kerrotaan myös verkkolaskutuksesta ja siihen siirtymisestä. Työn teoriaosuuden tavoitteena on antaa selkeä kuva lukijalle sähköisestä laskujen käsittelystä ja siihen liittyvistä ohjelmista ja järjestelmistä. Työssä kerrotaan esimerkkejä pk-yrityksen laskutusohjelma vaihtoehdoista ja niiden käyttöönotosta. Empiriaosion tarkoituksena on löytää Maanrakennus Seitsonen Oy:lle sopiva laskujenkäsittelyohjelma. Tällä hetkellä yrityksen taloushallinto hoidetaan tilitoimistossa. Tutkimuksessa päädyttiin siihen, että Maanrakennus Seitsonen Oy:n ei kannata tehdä suuria investointeja laskutusohjelman hankkimiseksi, koska kyseessä on pieni yritys jossa työskentelee vain 2 työntekijää. Yrityksellä laskujen määrät ovat toistaiseksi vielä pieniä, joten paras vaihtoehto yrityksen laskujen käsittelyyn olisi jokin Internet-pohjainen laskujen käsittelyjärjestelmä.The aim of this thesis was to clarify the options for a small company in transition to electronic invoicing. The case company is Maanrakennus Seitsonen Oy. This thesis examines the benefits and risks of electronic invoicing. Different purchase invoicing and sales invoicing softwares will also be clarified. In this thesis will also be told about electronic invoice and the implementation of electronic invoice. The target of the theoretical part was to give the reader a clear picture of electronic invoicing and related programs and systems. In this thesis there are examples from different invoicing systems for a small company. The main task was to find the best invoice prosessing program for Maanrakennus Seitsonen Oy. At the moment the company`s financial administration is taken care of by an accounting company. Maanrakennus Seitsonen is a small company, that employs only two persons. That is why the company should not make big invoicing system investments. The number of invoices in the company is small for now, so the best alternative for the company’s invoicing would be some kind of invoice program based on the Internet

In silico Analysis of the Entire P. glaucum Genome Identifies Regulatory Genes of the bZIP Family Modulated in Response Pathways to Water Stress

The literature reviewed places P. glaucum as a cereal characterized by its nutritional quality and high tolerance to drought stress. However, very little is known about the fine mechanism it uses in response to water stress. To try to clarify this point, we carried out an analysis of the modulation of the expression of regulatory genes of the FT bZIP family. A full genome screening of P. glaucum identified 52 putative FT bZIPs, identifying 9 FT PgbZIP differentially expressed under water stress conditions filtered from RNA-seq data from a Transcriptome deposited at the NCBI. The promoter regions of these genes presented multiple elements or cis ABREs and DRE motifs, thus suggesting their double modulated participation in the slow or adaptive response and in the rapid response of this cereal to water stress. The findings of this study provide complementary data for the understanding of the mechanism behind the adaptation of P. glaucum under water stress, and may be relevant for molecular applications of potential crops.Fil: Garay Farías, Laura Beatriz. Actividad cardiaca durante la termorregulación del Alicante de Montaña, Barisia imbricata (Squamata: Anguidae)

Tesis de Licenciatura LauraEn animales ectotermos la efectividad de la termorregulación puede incrementarse por cambios en la trasferencia interna de calor provocados por modificaciones en la frecuencia cardiaca y el flujo sanguíneo. El corazón de algunos reptiles puede presentar incremento en la frecuencia cardíaca durante el aumento de temperatura que será más rápido que durante la disminución de temperatura. El Alicante de Montaña, Barisia imbricata, es una especie de lagartija de la cual se tienen registros a elevaciones altas, temperaturas extremas (-3 a 35 oC) y ambientes de hipoxia relativa. Se plantea que B. imbricata tiene mecanismos fisiológicos adaptativos cardiovasculares para hacer frente a ambientes estocásticos. Este estudio plantea una respuesta de histéresis cardiaca en B. imbricata similar a la registrada en lacertilios grandes (Pogona sp. y Varanus sp.). Se instrumentaron individuos adultos de B. imbricata con sensores de ritmo cardiaco para luego someterlos a un régimen de cambios de temperatura (5oC hasta 35 oC). Los resultados muestran que el corazón de B. imbricata presenta diferencia en la frecuencia cardiaca ante cambios de temperatura. La temperatura corporal muestra diferencia significativa en el régimen de calentamiento, excepto de 20 a 25 °C temperaturas que coinciden con temperaturas operacionales y temperaturas preferenciales registradas para la especie. La frecuencia ventilatoria registrada presenta diferencias significativas antes cambios de temperatura. El Q10 de la frecuencia cardiaca aumenta con la temperatura ambiental (Q10= 1.36 - 19.6) mientras el de la frecuencia ventilatoria disminuye (Q10= 1.46 - 1.11) en rangos de temperatura de 10- 35 °C. La lagartija B. imbricata tiene la capacidad de amortiguar la pérdida de calor durante el enfriamiento y tiene la capacidad de realizar una termorregulación fisiológica como reptiles de gran tamaño

Ambar: A Competence-Evaluating System for Preschool Children

This paper describes the development and implementation of AMBAR: an evaluation system whose objective is to measure children’s competence achievement during the early childhood better, and provide support material according to the child’s needs. Based on a predetermined scale, a level of achievement of each competency is assigned to the child, according to said level, the system will provide digital educational resources to the student, as to aid their development and reinforce previously acquired knowledge. After the child has completed their assigned activities, AMBAR will reevaluate their learning, assign them a new level of achievement, and provide new exercises. The system does also generate a results record for every student. The employed methodology was of a mixed nature; qualitative, because of the description of profiles associated to descriptively analyzed categories, and quantitative, given that statistic significant differences (p=0.5) were determined before and after the use of any resources for any of said categories

Propuesta interinstitucional de acompañamiento académico a partir del diseño e implementación de pruebas diagnósticas

12 p.Esta experiencia comparte el diseño de la prueba diagnóstica, su implementación y resultados en las áreas de matemáticas y química entre la Universidad Católica de Colombia y la Universidad de La Salle, con el objetivo de identificar las condiciones académicas iniciales de los estudiantes de primer semestre del programa de Ingeniería Civil. Para el diseño de las pruebas se tuvieron en cuenta los campos de conocimiento establecidos por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional (1998) generando cuatro preguntas por cada campo. Este proceso permitió la construcción dialógica, entre los docentes de las áreas de química y matemáticas de ambas instituciones, sobre las competencias que deberían tener los estudiantes al ingresar a la universidad; aspectos que evidencian la necesidad de acercamiento administrativo e investigativo entre las unidades académicas de las dos universidades. En este sentido, se trazó un proyecto de investigación interinstitucional en torno a las estrategias de acompañamiento académico.This experience shares the design of the diagnostic test, its implementation and results in the areas of mathematics and chemistry between the Catholic and Salle universities, in order to identify the initial academic conditions of the first semester students of the Civil Engineering program. For the design of the tests, the fields of knowledge established by the MEN (1998) were taken into account, generating four questions per field. This process allowed the dialogical construction, between the teachers of the areas of chemistry and mathematics of both institutions, on the competences that students should have when entering the university; aspects that evidenced the need for an approach between the academic units of the two universities at the administrative and investigative levels. Chimeric VLPs Based on HIV-1 Gag and a Fusion Rabies Glycoprotein Induce Specific Antibodies against Rabies and Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus

Foot and mouth disease is a livestock acute disease, causing economic losses in affected areas. Currently, control of this disease is performed by mandatory vaccination campaigns using inactivated viral vaccines. In this work, we describe the development of a chimeric VLP-based vaccine candidate for foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV), based on the co-expression of the HIV-1 Gag protein and a novel fusion rabies glycoprotein (RVG), which carries in its N-term the FMDV main antigen: the G-H loop. It is demonstrated by confocal microscopy that both Gag-GFP polyprotein and the G-H loop colocalize at the cell membrane and, that the Gag polyprotein of the HIV virus acts as a scaffold for enveloped VLPs that during the budding process acquires the proteins that are being expressed in the cell membrane. The obtained VLPs were spherical particles of 130 ± 40 nm in diameter (analyzed by TEM, Cryo-TEM and NTA) carrying an envelope membrane that efficiently display the GH-RVG on its surface (analyzed by gold immunolabeling). Immunostainings with a FMDV hyperimmune serum showed that the heterologous antigenic site, genetically fused to RVG, is recognized by specific G-H loop antibodies. Additionally, the cVLPs produced expose the G-H loop to the liquid surrounding (analyzed by specific ELISA). Finally, we confirmed that these FMD cVLPs are able to induce a specific humoral immune response, based on antibodies directed to the G-H loop in experimental animals

Organizaciones sociales kirchneristas: aproximación a una perspectiva comparada

El kirchnerismo ha actualizado la discusión acerca de la gramática movimentista de acción colectiva. Desde el año 2003 la movilización social en la Argentina ha jugado un rol decisivo para este proceso político, que impacta de diferentes formas sobre el fenómeno kirchnerista atendiendo a distintas modalidades de participación, mecanismos de representación y dispositivos de legitimación del orden político. En este contexto nos proponemos comenzar a elaborar una distinción analítica de carácter descriptivo –circunscripta al Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires- entre dos tipos de organizaciones: una a la que denominaremos tentativamente “ad hoc”, cuya consolidación y estructura se ha promovido y organizado inicialmente desde el Estado; de aquéllas organizaciones surgidas al calor de las luchas sociales, políticas y sindicales libradas durante los años 90 y tras el estallido de la crisis de 2001, integradas inicialmente por movimientos de trabajadores desocupados con fuerte inserción barrial.
