Documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la cooperativa de transportadores del Risaralda Ltda

Actualmente los requerimientos del mercado exigen que las empresas presten servicios con altos niveles de calidad que represente una ventaja competitiva y provea mayor confianza al cliente. De allí surge la importancia para la Cooperativa de Transportadores del Risaralda Ltda., de actualizar la Norma ISO 9001: 2015 con la que se busca cumplir los objetivos de calidad, establecer nuevas metas y asegurar el mejoramiento continuo. Por lo anterior, este proyecto pretende migrar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de COOTRARIS LTDA., el cual está basado en la Norma ISO 9001 de 2008 a su versión 2015

Estado de excepción por coronavirus en Colombia: Entre la colaboración armónica y la descentralización

The World Health Organization declared Coronavirus a Public Health Emergency of International Importance, further claiming that it transcends geographical boundaries through person-to-person transmission between infected travelers. President Iván Duque faced this contingency, through 12 presidential decrees that he issued days after of the first case of Coronavirus in Colombia. However, the declaration of a state of emergency and the presidential mandates on public order, came into conflict with previously issued departmental and municipal decrees. To settle this conflict, this article is the product of a qualitative investigation that makes a systemic interpretation of the 12 presidential decrees, in order to verify the compliance with the principle of legality of presidential powers and the legal framework of states of emergency. For this purpose, the method of legal hermeneutics was applied with the documentary analysis technique. This investigation evidenced that the presidential decrees promoted the harmonious collaboration between all levels of government (municipal, departmental and national), and concluded that this presidential power has been essential to face the Coronavirus contingency, in the absence of actions by the legislative and judicial.La Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró el Coronavirus como Emergencia de Salud Pública de Importancia Internacional, afirmando además que traspasa las fronteras geográficas a través de la transmisión de persona a persona entre viajeros infectados. Esta contingencia fue afrontada por el presidente Iván Duque, a través de 12 decretos presidenciales que expidió días después del primer caso de Coronavirus en Colombia. Sin embargo, la declaración de estado de emergencia y los mandatos presidenciales sobre orden público, entraron en conflicto con decretos departamentales y municipales expedidos previamente. Para dirimir este conflicto, el presente artículo es producto de una investigación cualitativa que hace una interpretación sistémica los 12 decretos presidenciales, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento del principio de legalidad de las atribuciones presidenciales y el marco jurídico de los estados de excepción. Para tal fin, se aplicó el método de hermenéutica jurídica, con la técnica de análisis documental. Esta investigación evidenció que los decretos presidenciales promovieron la colaboración armónica entre todos los niveles de gobierno (municipal, departamental y nacional), y concluyó que esta facultad presidencial ha sido esencial para enfrentar la contingencia del Coronavirus, ante la ausencia de acciones del poder legislativo y judicial

Numerical evaluation of the Green's functions for arbitrarily shaped cylindrical enclosures and their optimization by a new spatial images method

IIn this paper, a spatial image technique is used to efficiently calculate the mixed potential Green’s functions associated with electric sources, when they are placed inside arbitrarily shaped cylindrical cavities. The technique is based on placing electric dipole images and charges outside the cavity region. Their strength and orientation are thencalculated by imposing the appropriate boundary conditions for the fields at discrete points on the metallic wall. A method for the assessment of the potentials accuracy is proposed, and several optimization techniques are presented. Three cavities are analyzed to demonstrate the usefulness of the techniques. The cutoff frequencies and potentials patterns are compared to those obtained by a standard finite elements technique, showing excellent agreement. Impulse-Regime CRLH Resonator for Tunable Pulse Rate Multiplication

A novel tunable microwave broadband resonator, inspired from optical laser systems, is presented. In contrast to usual harmonic resonators, the proposed device is based on broadband composite right/left handed metamaterial lines. This line, configured as a resonator, provides nonuniform spectral resonances due to the nonlinear nature of its dispersion curve. This is exploited in the impulse regime, where the input pulse spectrum is discretized inside the resonator, with different spectral separation as a function of the carrier frequency. This discretization leads to a pulse periodicity in time, with a tunable output time period. On the basis of the new broadband resonator features, a pulse rate multiplication device is proposed. A new neural network technique for the design of multilayered microwave shielded bandpass filters

In this work, we propose a novel technique based on neural networks, for the design of microwave filters in shielded printed technology. The technique uses radial basis function neural networks to represent the non linear relations between the quality factors and coupling coefficients, with the geometrical dimensions of the resonators. The radial basis function neural networks are employed for the first time in the design task of shielded printed filters, and permit a fast and precise operation with only a limited set of training data. Thanks to a new cascade configuration, a set of two neural networks provide the dimensions of the complete filter in a fast and accurate way. To improve the calculation of the geometrical dimensions, the neural networks can take as inputs both electrical parameters and physical dimensions computed by other neural networks. The neural network technique is combined with gradient based optimization methods to further improve the response of the filters. Results are presented to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed technique for the design of practical microwave printed coupled line and hairpin filters

Aplicación de la metodología de relajación lagrangeana al problema de despacho óptimo de unidades térmicas

En el presente trabajo se realiza la implementación de la metodología de relajación lagrangeana aplicada al problema de despacho óptimo de unidades térmicas, considerando la solución de los problemas primal y dual, la incorporación de la técnica de programación dinámica para la designación de unidades generadoras. Se presenta una revisión del estado del arte del problema de UC (UC, acrónimo en inglés de Unit Commitment), junto con una descripción de los diferentes métodos que tradicionalmente son aplicados a la solución de este problema. La eficiencia de la metodología implementada es validada con la aplicación a dos sistemas de diez y treinta unidades

Modelo de integración tecnológica del subsistema de alarmas comunitarias con los sistemas de seguridad y emergencias (SIES)

En el presente documento se propone la definición y validación de un modelo de integración tecnológica entre el subsistema de alarmas comunitarias con los sistemas de seguridad y emergencia (SIES), para lograr un mayor control en cuanto al registro y seguimiento de las alarmas comunitarias. El modelo se definió teniendo en cuenta dos elementos: el estado actual en que funcionan las alarmas comunitarias y las diferentes opciones de hardware que ofrece el mercado. A partir de esto se identificó una característica en común en el hardware de las alarmas ya implementadas y las disponibles en el mercado, que es la existencia de un modulo de marcación GSM, que permite a estas realizar llamadas a números programados al momento de su activación. En razón a esto se propuso el uso de un número de marcación abreviada y una central telefónica IP-PBX en donde converjan las llamadas de activación de las alarmas y se puedan enrutar a los sistemas de información sobre los que funcionan SIES, beneficiando la reducción en los tiempos de respuesta de la Policía Nacional ante un evento de seguridad.Ingeniero (a) ElectrónicoPregrad

Efficient Calculation of the Green's Functions for Multilayered Shielded Cavities with Right Isosceles-Triangular Cross-Section

An efficient calculation of the Green’s functions inside multilayered shielded cavities with right isosceles-triangular cross-section is presented. The method is entirely developed in the spatial domain, and it is based on image theory. The idea is to use the spatial-domain Green’s functions inside a multilayered shielded square box, in order to accurately obtain the Green’s functions for the right isosceles-triangular cavity. Image theory is then used to enforce the boundary conditions along the non-equal side of the triangle. It is shown that the new algorithm is very robust, with limited computational effort. Resonance frequencies and potential patterns of a triangular cavity have been calculated and compared with those obtained by other techniques, showing very good agreement. Finally, a transversal filter inside a multilayered triangular-shaped cavity is designed, manufactured and tested using the developed technique.This work was partially supported by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science under Grant FPU-AP2006-015 and with the Project TEC2007-67630-C03-02
