This study examines juridical related to the Center Point Of Indonesia (CPI) reclamation policy implemented in the coastal area of Makassar City. The research method used in this study is the normative juridical method. Data collection techniques with observation, documentation, and direct participation. The technique of analyzing legal materials is by analytical descriptive method that describes existing problems to be further analyzed based on laws and regulations related to CPI reclamation policy. Based on this research, it is found that in making the Center Point Of Indonesia (CPI) Reclamation policy in the coastal area of Makassar City, it still does not pay attention to the legal principles that form the basis of a public policy and also has not paid attention to spatial principles. PENENTUAN STRATEGI PENEMPATAN SHUTTLECOCK DENGAN ALGORITMA KNUTH-MORRIS-PRATT

Teknik penguasaan dalam permainan bulutangkis adalah kemampuan utama yang harus dimiliki oleh pemain. Salah satu bagian dari teknik ini adalah strategi dalam penempatan shuttlecock yang tepat, sehingga pemain lawan sulit untuk mengembalikannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model komputasi dan implementasinya yang mampu memberikan prediksi/rekomendasi untuk pelatih dan pemain dalam menentukan strategi penempatan dan pukulan shuttlecock. Model yang diusulkan memperhitungkan pola permainan yang telah dilakukan oleh atlet kelas dunia. Kemudian, pencocokan string menggunakan algoritma Knuth-Morris-Pratt dan metode pengelompokan digunakan untuk memberikan solusi untuk beberapa strategi dalam penempatan shuttlecock. Model ini kemudian diimplementasikan dalam bahasa pemrograman R. Beberapa percobaan, yang melibatkan 20 rangkaian pertandingan dunia yang dikumpulkan sebagai data, telah dilakukan untuk memvalidasi sistem. The proposed model takes into account historical game patterns that have been done by world class athletes. Then, string matching using the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm and a clustering method are utilized to provide solutions to be some strategies on shooting the shuttlecock. The model is then implemented in the R programming language. Several experiments, involving 20 series of world matches collected as historical data, have been conducted to validate the system. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the system can be used as an alternative tool for players and coaches to determine the strategy in the placement and strokes of shuttlecock on badminton game

BENTUK PENYAJIAN TARI SAYO PADA UPACARA ADAT THABISAN DI KALUMPANG KABUPATEN MAMUJU SULAWESI BARAT

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran Bentuk Penyajian Tari Sayo pada Upacara Adat Thabisan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dalam kondisi alamiah (natural setting). Adapun pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yakni; (1) Bentuk Penyajian Tari Sayo pada Upacara Adat Thabisan di Kalumpang Kabupaten Mamuju Sulawesi barat; (2) kedudukan Tari Sayo pada Upacara Adat Thabisan di Kalumpang Kabupaten Mamuju Sulawesi Barat. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa; (1) Tari Sayo memiliki bentuk penyajian diarena terbuka yang dapat disaksikan oleh masyarakat umum. Selain itu Tari Sayo pada Upacara Adat Thabisan berbeda dengan Upacara Adat lainnya di Kalumpang yaitu dimana tamu undangan membawa penari untuk dipertunjukan bersama dengan penari yang telah disediakan panitia; (2) Tari Sayo memiliki kedudukan yang tinggi karena Upacara Adat Thabisan dibuka dengan penampilan Tari Sayo sebagai Ungkapan kebahagian dalam acara tersebut

Do closeness, support, and reciprocity influence trust in friendship?

Prior qualitative research by Faturochman and Minza (2014) on trust in Indonesia found that trust is influenced by relational attributes, including closeness, support, and reciprocity. This study aims to examine whether the findings of the previous research can be applied in specific forms of relationships, e.g. friendship. The survey method is used in this study, involving 97 males and 123 (N = 220) females who completed a scale related to the variables studied. We found that support and reciprocity significantly predicted the score of trust. However, closeness did not. It was also found that the effect of support is higher than reciprocity. Based on the research, we created the regression model with the contribution of support to the trust 37.8%, then reciprocity addition which was analyzed together with support gave a total contribution to the trust 41.5%. FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PERILAKU SAFETY DRIVING PADA PENGEMUDI MOBIL PENGANGKUT SEMEN CURAH DI PT. PRIMA KARYA MANUNGGAL (PKM) KAB. PANGKEP TAHUN 2013

Safety driving merupakan cara efektif untuk menurunkan angka kejadian kecelakaan akibat kurang perhatian saat mengemudi. Di Indonesia, penyebab kecelakaan yang paling besar disebabkan oleh human error, yakni mencapai 90%. Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu risiko keselamatan pada pengemudi mobil distributor semen yang berlangsung selama 24 jam sehari. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku safety driving pada pengemudi mobil pengangkut semen curah di PT. Prima Karya Manunggal (PKM) tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study menggunakan metode exhaustive sampling dengan besar sampel 32 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Fischer Exact Test dengan ??=0,05 dan koefisien ?? (phi). Diperoleh variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku safety driving pada pengemudi mobil pengangkut semen curah di PT. Prima Karya Manunggal (PKM) adalah pengalaman mengemudi (p=0,021), tingkat pendidikan (p=0,008), pelatihan mengemudi (p=0,049), dan istirahat kerja (p=0,005) dan variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku safety driving pada pengemudi mobil pengangkut semen curah di PT. Prima Karya Manunggal (PKM) adalah makan sebelum kerja (p=1,000). Penelitian ini menyarankan pelaksanaan pelatihan mengenai safety driving pada pengemudi harus diberikan secara menyeluruh dan dalam memanfaatkan waktu istirahat kerja pengemudi baiknya mengisi dengan tidur siang minimal 20 menit agar kondisi fisik dapat terjaga
