    The Influence Of Product Diversity, Shopping Experience, And Service Quality On Consumer Purchase Decisions At Bumdes Krowe Stores

    Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) are institutions established with the aim of improving the welfare of society through the development of productive economic enterprises and other sectors. Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) are growing over time with various new innovations that have been implemented to attract community interest. This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, shopping experience, and service quality on consumers' repurchase decisions at BUMDES Krowe stores. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results show that: (1) product variety partially has a significant effect on repurchase decisions. This shows that the availability of a variety of products will increase repurchase decisions. (2) shopping experience partially has a significant effect on repurchase decisions. This shows that a good shopping experience will increase repurchase decisions. (3) service quality partially has a significant effect on repurchasing decisions. This shows that the existence of optimal service quality will increase repurchase decisions. (4) product variety, shopping experience, and service quality simultaneously affect repurchase decisions. These three variables have an important role in influencing repurchase decisions, where the availability of a variety of products, a good shopping experience, and optimal service quality will jointly influence repurchase decisions

    This study describes the conditions of traditional markets about market conditions in the city of Kupang. This study aims to explain how traditional market revitalization increases local revenue (PAD) in the city of Kupang. The research method used is the mix method. The data analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between traditional market revitalization and an increase in regional income. There are several markets that until now have not been properly paid attention to by the government including the love market and the fatubation market where the condition of the love market still uses local people's land or places to be used as a place for buying and selling transactions because the market cannot accommodate traders and the land area is not possible, so the government has not taken action or revitalized the love market due to a lack of levy revenue. So it is necessary to immediately revitalize traditional markets in the city of Kupang. Revitalization that must be considered is in terms of physical, economic, social and management because most of the traditional markets in Kupang City have not been revitalized properly, therefore the Kupang city government must be able to take advantage of market potential.     Penelitian ini ditujukan agar dapat melihat secara parsial dan simultan apakah keputusan pembelian pada Makaronimu Madiun (Outlet Kecamatan Dolopo) dipengaruhi oleh social support, kualitas produk, dan lokasi. Dikarenakan pada saat ini dalam dunia bisnis selalu dipertemukan dengan persaingan yang ketat sehingga harus dapat untuk memperbaiki yang terjadi akibat beragam masalah dan lebih peka agar dapat mempertahankan serta berkembangnya bisnis. Penelitian masa ini mengaplikasikan metode kuantitatif yang menerapkan informasi penting dengan cara disebar pada 100 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan sampling accidental (kebetulan). Analisis yang dipergunakan pada pengkajian ini mengaplikasikan analisis regresi linier berganda lewat pengolahan aplikasi SPSS 26.     The Influence of Products, Promotions and Discounts on Car Purchase Decisions at PT. Kumala Brilliant Immortal Wuling Motors Parepare City This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of the product, promotions and discounts on the decision to buy a car at PT. Kumala Brilliant Immortal Wuling Motors Parepare City. The method of analysis used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as well as the method of determining the sample using the Roscoe approach and obtaining 40 respondents. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Analysis. The results of this study indicate the influence of products, promotions and price discounts simultaneously on car buying decisions at PT. Kumala Brilliant Immortal Wuling Motors Parepare City. This is evidenced by the statistical results of Fcount of 99.778 with a significance of 0.000. Because the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), this study succeeded in proving "There is an effect of Products, Promotions, and Discounts simultaneously on Purchase Decisions". The results of the R2 Determinant Test in this study obtained the value of the R2 determinant of 0.893, which means that the magnitude of the influence of Products, Promotions and Price Discounts on car buying decisions is 89.3% and the remaining 10.7 % is influenced by other variables not included in this study. This study aims to determine these factors; financial literacy, lifestyle, parental income, love of money, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy on personal financial management. The subject of this study was students of Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya University. The research method used was quantitative with purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study was primary data with a questionnaire method that’s distributed to respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. This study provided result that partially there’s a significant effect of financial literacy, parental income, love of money, and financial self-efficacy on personal financial management. Beside that, this study also found that partially lifestyle and locus of control had no significant effect on personal financial management

    This research aims to analyze factors that influence job selection considerations including salary offer, career level, interests, working hours, location, relevant education undertaken, work environment, parental influence, job prospects, professional training, social values , personality, job market considerations, and motivation. The data source in this research was obtained by conducting research on Generation Z respondents in Madiun City by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula with a sample of 375 respondents. The data analysis technique uses test equipment in the form of IMB SPSS 16 software. The results of this research show that the salary offer, career level, interests, working hours, location, relevant education undertaken, work environment, parental influence, job prospects, professional training, Social values, personality, job market considerations, motivation influence Generation Z in selecting jobs in the city of Madiun, but there is 1 factor, namely salary offer, which is the dominant factor which has the greatest influence compared to other factors

Creative industries based on local economic development can be a great prospect to encourage the emergence of new economic innovations that can empower local workers and ultimately advance the economy of Sidowungu Village. This research uses analytical methods and qualitative descriptive data, where this method is used to explain a phenomenon that is happening.     This study's goal is to determine how debt-to-equity ratios and partial returns on assets affect the firm value of PT Samudera Indonesia enterprises that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020–2022. Multiple linear regression analysis research methodologies are used in this quantitative type of investigation. Your hypothesis should be tested using a partial test (T test). For this study, quantitative data were employed, as well as data sources in the form of yearly financial reports for the companies published by PT Samudera Indonesia, Tbk via the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The study's conclusions show that the debt equity ratio and return on assets have a considerable negative impact on PT Samudera Indonesia, Tbk's company value. The SPSS program was used to determine the level of significance for each hypothesis test, which was beneficial for this study
