Background: The high morbidity and morbidity associated with epidemics and disasters and economic losses thereof is a high psychosocial risk. Estimation of the burden of mental health issues and recognition of various risk groups will lead to better allocation of resources to prevent the increased burden of psychiatric morbidity during the epidemic. Methods: This was an online survey conducted during COVID-19 pandemic based on self reporting DASS 21 scale. Results: Among the participants 49.5% had depression, 34.8% had anxiety and 22.3% had stress in varying severity from mild to extremely severe forms. Female gender, less age, high level of education and unemployment were the risk factors for increased psychiatric morbidity. Conclusions: There is a dire need to recognize the mental health threat due to COCID-19 pandemic and implement the steps to protect the vulnerable population from it.

With the headway of globalization, the achievement and endurance of an organisation are pawned to innovation and adaptability. Innovation plays a crucial role in gaining a competitive advantage within the organization. For any organization to be innovative, employees' innovative work behavior assumes an indispensable role. Capturing innovative ideas from employees at different levels, building an active and collaborative workforce within organisation, recognizing employees’ effort, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders are the vital building blocks of innovation. Building the culture of innovation that drives productive and sustainable innovation practices can spark from within the workforce helping organizations to remain competitive and stay ahead in the long haul. Research indicates that innovation and creativity are attained through emotional intelligence. Given this contention, the purpose of this paper is to examine the role emotional intelligence plays in bringing innovative work behavior within the employees. An extensive literature review on the said constructs was conducted where both variables were studied independently and the linkages that both variables exhibit together were also studied from different database sources like Emerald insight, Science Direct, Taylor and Francis, Springer, Google Scholar, etc. and also, the models of emotional intelligence were put forth

Background: Maternal age in pregnancy is increasing over the world and has been widely documented. Nowadays many women delay their pregnancy even up to the 40th year of life because of different reasons like changing social and economic trend. Simultaneously higher advanced technique and better supported maternal and neonatal care also exist. Methods: To have an idea of balance between advanced age and advanced support this comparative prospective study was done on 40 advanced and 40 younger maternal age groups to compare the pregnancy outcomes. To find out the association Chi-Square and unpaired ‘t’ test was used. Results: It was observed in this study that Assisted reproductive techniques (mode of conception) and cesarean section rates were significantly higher in advanced maternal age. Although there were no significant differences in antenatal and postpartum complications between the two groups. Conclusions: It can be concluded that if a women with advanced maternal age is cared at a hospital with advanced techniques, the adverse pregnancy outcomes will not be different from the non-elderly women

In the present study simple sequence repeat (SSR) andintertranscribed spacer markers markers were used inDesmodium gangeticum to find out the genetic diversityanalysis for the biodiversity conservation of the Species as theplant is being used in medicinal preparations as well as havemany industrial applications. The study was aimed to find outthe relationships among different accessions. We find intrapopulationmean genetic value of (1.835) and Shannon (0.641)among the accessions. in AMOVA analysis, we noticed smallvariation accessions as (P = 1).The dendrogram generatedthrough distance matrix using the SIMQUAL-Dice Coefficientmodule of NTSYSpc ver matches to some extent with the PCAgraph. In the barcode ITS marker analysis the UPGMA showsthe accessions clustered into two groups. Blast results showedmaximum E-value in DG2 accession. In conclusion the abovebased markers can be used for the population conservationand authentication of the above medicinally important plant
