O texto faz uma reflexão teórica a partir de Benjamin, Arendt, Foucault e Agamben. Em um primeiro momento faz-se uma análise da assertiva benjamineana de que “tornamo-nos muito pobres de experiências liminares”. Em seguida associamos essa idéia de “aniquilamento das transições” à idéia de homogeneidade e efemeridade da experiência urbana contemporânea. A partir desse ponto o texto articula essa homogeneidade com uma idéia de empobrecimento da esfera do comum, ou seja, do político, em prol de uma “gestão de necessidades”: a gestão como sucedânea do político, que se refletiria na produção contemporânea do espaço e na “(des)construção do comum”

Extradural hematoma: comparative radiological study between, comatous and noncomatous patients

A series of 129 patients harbouring extradural hematomas was analysed considering the neurological state immediately before operation as the most consistent variable. Seventy eight patients were considered to be comatous (Group I) and 51 were noncomatous. Among the comatous group, 30 were investigated with computerized tomography (23.3% mortality, 50% good results), 31 were submitted to angiography (48.3% mortality, 38.7% good results), and 17 were operated based on the neurological examination and skull radiography (47% mortality, 35.2% good results). The presence or absence of skull fracture and the density of hematoma did not change the final outcome. Associated intracranial lesions increased the mortality and lowered the good results in both groups. Frontal hematomas (10 cases) in the comatous group were associated with high mortality (52.6%) due to bad neurological state (Glasgow 3-5) and to isolated or multiple intracranial associated lesions (6 patients).Considerando o estado neurológico imediatamente antes da operação como a variável miais fidedigna para antecipação do prognóstico dos hematomas extradurais, os autores realizaram estudo radiológico comparativo de 129 pacientes operados por esta patologia. Desta amostra, 78 casos se encontravam em coma (Grupo I) e 51 eram não comatosos (Grupo II). No grupo I, os 30 casos investigados pré-operatoriamente com tomografia tiveram 23,3% de mortalidade e 50% de bons resultados; dos 31 casos submetidos a angiografia, 48,3% faleceram e 38,7% tiveram bons resultados; 17 casos foram operados pela radiografia simples de crânio e exame neurológico, com 47% de mortalidade e 35,2% de bons resultados. A presença de fratura de crânio e a densidade tomográfica do hematoma não interferiram nos resultados. A presença de lesão associada intracraniana aumentou a mortalidade e diminuiu a quantidade de bons resultados tanto no Grupo I quanto no Grupo II. A comunidade nipo-brasileira na Colônia Agrícola Vargem Bonita (Park Way – RA XXIV) e suas manifestações culturais : possibilidades de arranjos produtivos do turismo

Monografia (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Instituto de Ciências Humanas, Departamento de Geografia, 2014.Quem vive seu cotidiano em Brasília se torna participante de uma cidade articulada em seus fluxos e redes de transportes, comunicações, serviços, etc.- o meio técnico, científico e informacional apontado pelo geógrafo Milton Santos, teia característica das cidades que possuem suas dinâmicas e tempos velozes e que trazem em seu bojo os engarrafamentos, a falta de vagas, a poluição sonora e visual, causando competição, além de muitos outros fatores típicos de cidades agitadas que oprimem as pessoas; dominando e sendo dominadas. Sair dessa rotina estressante e procurar “outros lugares” (indo além do seu imaginário diário) se torna uma alternativa, sendo esta encontrada próximo á cidade. Sobretudo, ao setor de turismo visa cumprir a missão de apresentar muitas possibilidades de atrativos a serem consumidos, se apropriando dos espaços com os mais diversos propósitos e, sendo considerada uma prática social, não poderia deixar de fazer uso de atrativos alternativos a serem explorados pelos habitantes locais e visitantes, movimentando e fazendo movimentar, ante os deslocamentos das pessoas, a economia local. O que se procura mostrar nesta pesquisa objetiva apresentar uma prática alternativa de potencial turístico que abrange o local, proporcionando um lazer rural e cultural encontrado no “continuum” de Brasília, especificamente no clube nipônico situado na Colônia Agrícola Vargem Bonita (RA XXIV – Park Way). Para tal finalidade, a pesquisa busca apresentar as opções de festividades incrementadas, bem como contextualizar e identificar os motivos pelas quais elas acontecem, informando por meio de orientação e figuras de mapas onde essa prática se concretiza. A pesquisa procura nesse enfoque apresentar o cenário gastronômico, as datas e o ambiente da comunidade nipônica, relacionando os agentes envolvidos e como poder saborear uma típica culinária japonesa - com suas receitas variadas - para que os visitantes possam se sentir em outro lugar, que não o vivenciado em suas práticas caóticas do dia a dia na Capital Federal. Sendo assim, importa que o turismo local produzido por seus agentes na capital não venha a se desvencilhar dos festivais promovidos pela comunidade do Clube da Associação Nipo-Brasileira da Vargem Bonita; práticas que são realizadas a oferecer aos brasilienses e aos visitantes, mais essa opção de lazer e entretenimento. ____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTWho lives in Brasilia on a daily basis becomes a participant of a city integrated into its flows and nets of transportation, communication, utility, etc. –technological, scientific and informational environment, highlighted by geographer Milton Santos, ties characteristic nets of cities that have their dynamics and hurry times, bringing in their cores the traffic jam, lack of parking lot noise pollution, visual pollution therefore, causing competition, besides many other typical factors concerning vibrant cities that après people, dominating and being dominated. Leaving behind this stressing routine and looking for “other places” (reaching beyond his daily imaginary) become an alternative which can be found near the city. Above all, tourism field sector aims to fulfill the mission of presenting several possibilities of a attractions to be felt using spaces with several objectives being considered a social practice, it could not avoid alternative attractions which could be explored by locals and visitors , moving and making to move, in face of people transit and local economy. The scape of this research is to demonstrate a practical alternative concerning a tourism potential which includes locals, this providing rural and cultural leisure existing within the “continuum” of Brasília, specifically in the Japanese club, located at the Colônia Agrícola Vargem Bonita (RA XXIV – Park Way). For this purpose, this research aims to present options of increasing festivities, is well as to provide a context and identify the reasons through which they happen, informing by maps and orientation where the practice becomes concrete. Under this focus, this research wants to introduce the gastronomic cenarium, the dates (calendar) and the environment of the Japanese community, relating agents involved and how to be able to savor a typical Japanese cookery with its variety of recipes, so that visitors can feel themselves in another place, other than the one lived in their chaotic daily practice in the federal capital.
