L'avaluació de webs d'ajuntament: presentació d'una eina d'anàlisi i estat de la qüestió a les comarques de Girona

Anàlisi dels continguts i de la gestió dels lloc web dels ajuntaments de les comarques de Girona. Els ajuntaments catalans s'estan fent visibles a Internet, amb l'oferta de serveis que els són propis. L'estudi té una doble vessant. D'una banda, s'ha confeccionat una taula d'avaluació per a llocs web d'ajuntament, extrapolable a d'altres anàlisis, que es basa en les possibilitats de gestió de la web i l'interès que té per als ciutadans. De l'altra, es presenta l'estat de la qüestió a la província de Girona a 1 de gener de 2001. L'estudi destaca greus deficiències, com la falta de interactivitat amb els ciutadans, la manca d'un bon sistema de recuperació i difusió de les pàgines web i la gairebé inexistència d'ús dels llenguatges d'autodescripció estàndards. Finalment, l'article conclou amb un seguit de propostes que poden tenir presents els responsables dels ajuntaments electrònics per millorar-los

Five years of Bibliowikis (2012-2017): Open GLAM grows in catalan libraries

L’any 2012 es va iniciar a Catalunya el projecte Bibliowikis, una iniciativa d’Amical Wikimedia desplegada, de manera pionera, en el marc del Sistema Bibliotecari de Catalunya i iniciat a l’entorn del Servei de Biblioteques del Departament de Cultura de la Generalitat. Cinc anys després, l’article repassa la trajectòria del projecte, les accions més destacades i els reptes de futur. Bibliowikis ha estat un referent tant en l’àmbit nacional com internacional i en l’article es posa l’accent en el retorn que ha tingut, així com en les iniciatives d’altres països que permetran augmentar el recorregut de les accions desenvolupades a Catalunya. Bibliowikis ha constituït una oportunitat per a la professió bibliotecària de trencar barreres i prejudicis amb l’objectiu de facilitar el coneixement a la ciutadania.En 2012 se inició en Cataluña el proyecto Bibliowikis, una iniciativa de Amical Wikimedia desplegada, de forma pionera, en el marco del Sistema Bibliotecario de Cataluña e iniciado a instancias del Servicio de Bibliotecas delDepartamento de Cultura de la Generalitat. Five years later,  the article reviews the history of the project, shares outstanding and future challenges. Bibliowikis has been a leader both nationally and internationally. The article emphasizes the return they had, as well as the efforts of other countries that will increase the distance of the actions carried out in Catalonia. Les col·leccions a les biblioteques públiques de les comarques de Girona: diagnosi i propostes d’optimització

A project to establish a working diagnosis of the collections of public libraries in the Girona area (Catalonia, Spain) belonging to the Public Library Service of Catalonia is described. The resources and tools used by libraries in developing their collections were evaluated. A series of proposals for the optimization of collections in the public libraries in the Girona province is presented. The final objective was to allow both central services and libraries of different sizes and resources to manage their collections in a more rational and coordinated way. The project was carried out thanks to a scholarship granted by the Girona province government

Relació arxiu municipal-biblioteca pública : el cas de Palafrugell

Aquest article té l'objectiu de donar a conèixer l'experiència de treball conjunt entre l'Arxiu Municipal i la Biblioteca de Palafrugell (Baix Empordà) en el decurs dels darrers 10 anys. El trasllat dels dos serveis a nous equipaments, el 2001 la Biblioteca i el 2002 l'Arxiu, va afavorir una major dotació de personal i mitjans per fer possible iniciatives conjuntes que donen resposta als usuaris compartits i que reverteixen en una major eficiència i una major rendibilitat dels recursos. La majoria d'accions que es presenten no requereixen d'inversions importants de recursos i són una petita mostra de projectes col·laboratius entre equipaments pròxims en un context sociodemogràfic comú al territori català. | The aim of this paper is to describe the experience of cooperation between the Town Archive and the Public Library in Palafrugell (Baix Empordà, Catalonia) over the past 10 years. The transfer of these two services to new facilities (the library in 2011 and the archive in 2002), has meant an increase in staff and resources, and has made possible joint initiatives in response to shared user needs, raising resource efficiency and profitability. Most of the measures described do not require large investments of resources and are just a small sample of the cooperative projects taking place between facilities in a common sociodemographic context in Catalonia
