Entanglement generation in the ultra-strongly coupled Rabi model

We analyze the dynamics of the quantum Rabi model for two qubits interacting through a common bosonic field mode (resonator), focusing on the generation and detection of maximally entangled Bell states. We obtain analytical results for the unitary dynamics of this system in the slow-qubit (or degenerate) regime, considering ultra-strong coupling between qubits and resonator mode, for which the rotating wave approximation is no longer applicable. Analisis Tingkat Penjualan dan Persediaan Barang Dagang Terhadap Laba Perusahaan Pada PT LOTTE SHOPPING INDONESIA STORE 19 SOLO

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh tingkat penjualan terhadap laba perusahaan PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Store 19 Solo; 2) Pengaruh persediaan barang dagang terhadap laba perusahaan PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Store 19 Solo; 3) Pengaruh tingkat penjualan dan persediaan barang dagang terhadap laba perusahaan PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Store 19 Solo. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penarikan kesimpulan melalui analisis statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh barang dagang PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Store 19 Solo. Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 barang dagang. Data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, uji R2, dan sumbangan relatif dan efektif. Hasil analisis regresi memperoleh persamaan garis regresi: Y = 8.989+ 0,528X1 + 0,489X2. Persamaan menunjukkan bahwa hasil laba perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat penjualan dan persediaan barang dagang. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah: 1) Ada pengaruh tingkat penjualan terhadap laba perusahaan pada PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Store 19 Solo. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3.778 > 1.985 dan nilai signifikansi ttabel, yaitu 4.118 > 1.985 dan nilai signifikansi Ftabel, yaitu 18.820 > 3.090 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Dengan koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,280. 4) Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,280 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh antara tingkat penjualan dan persediaan barang dagang terhadap laba perusahaan adalah sebesar 28%, sedangkan 72% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Value chain in agriculture is a current issue affecting from farmers to consumers. It questions important issues as profitability, and even though continuity of certain sectors. Although there has been an evolution along time in the structure and concentration of intermediate and final levels of the value chain between distribution and retail sector, a similar evolution seems not to arrive at the initial level of the chain, the production sector. This produces large imbalances in power and leverage between levels of the value chain that could imply several problems for rural actors. Some Methods of analysis for the anions chloride, nitrite, nitrate and sulphate by means of the ion-exchange liquid chromatography technique are optimized. These methods use a single column and refractive index and ultraviolet detectors. A new method for the analysis of these inorganic anions is presented. We have applied it to river water analysis with a very high sensitivity (less than 1 ppb for nitrite and few ppb for nitrate and chloride)

The growing significance of the real estate taxation in Europe creates the need for presentation of property taxes in economy and taxation theory. In this article an attempt is made to analyze the role of real estate taxes. Here is an outline of this article. In the first part attention is paid to the economic and social consequences of the real estate taxation. In the second part, real estate taxation systems in the European Union countries are described and the incomes from property taxes are presented with special regard to real estate taxes. The analysis allows to draw a few general conclusions relating the immovable property taxation policy.Учитывая возрастающее значение налогообложения недвижимости в странах ЕС, представляется необходимым описать сущность налогов на имущество в теории налогообложения и показать их роль в экономике. В статье исследуется роль налогов на недвижимость. Статья построена следующим образом. В первой части рассматриваются экономические и социальные последствия налогообложения недвижимости. Во второй части приведено описание систем налогообложения в странах ЕС, при этом рассматривая доходы от налогов на имущество, автор уделяет особое внимание налогам на недвижимость. Проведенный анализ позволяет сделать ряд общих выводов в отношении политики налогообложения недвижимой собственности

On species descriptions based on a single strain: proposal to introduce the status species proponenda (sp. pr.).

A survey of the descriptions of novel bacterial species published in the period 1996–2006 revealed that a large number of taxonomic descriptions are still based on one or a few strains. This situation determines that not only species descriptions, but also proposals to create higher ranks, are actually based on very few strains, which could produce a highly biased scenario. The encouragement to include a reasonable number of strains in species descriptions has been largely disregarded after its proposal, since acceptance of such descriptions relies mainly on editors' and reviewers' opinions. This observation and other considerations lead us to propose the creation of the status species proponenda (sp. pr.), as a compromise between the need for scientific description of biodiversity and exchange of data and the good taxonomic practice of including a sufficient number of strains in descriptions of species and higher taxonomic ranks
