The longer the time of distillation the number willbe more and more yield and oil quality will be better. This study presents Islamic ethics that originate from Islamic teachings and philosophy. In addition, here we discuss the understanding of the relationship between ethics and science, which is not discussed much in Islamic philosophy. Among the figures of Islamic philosophy discussed in the study are Plato and al-Ghazali. And for those who have reduced ethics to an existing science, here is a discussion of how ethics and science can be improved because both have a strong ethical foundation and are the basis for achieving true happiness.     Design and Development of Thermal Energy Storage (TES) Tank

    Thermal Energy Storage (TES) is one of the techniques that can be used to store the solar energy for a longer period of time. Aim of this project is to design and develop a thermal energy storage system that is used with a substance called phase change material (PCM) as a storage media. Part of this project objective, a Parabolic Tough Collector (PTC) is integrated with the TES tank and it acts as a source of solar energy. The TES tank is designed with a copper coil as a heat exchanger in a cylindrical Perspex container. In the container, the PCM is filled in and around the copper coil. The hot/cold water is flowing through the coil as the heat transfer to the PCM is occurring due to the temperature differences. Moreover, the testing of the TES tank is conducted at outdoor environment to observe the phase change and then analyze the parameters involved. The testing is conducted at two different flow rates i.e. at 60 liters/h and 20 liters/h. As a conclusion, water flow rate of 60 lit/h shows a better time of charging and discharging of PCM in comparison to flow rate of 20 lit/h. The TES tank is able to charge the PCM till it completely solidifies within 75 minutes and discharged it (liquid to solid) within 50 minutes with an average heat flux of 559.9 w/m2

    AHMAD FAIZ FAHLAFI : Pengemis disebut sebagai orang yang mendapatkan penghasilan dengan meminta-minta di muka umum dengan berbagai cara dan alasan untuk mengharapkan belas kasihan dari orang lain. (Humaidi: 2003). Pengemis sebagai salah satu aktifitas yang digeluti banyak orang dari kalangan menengah kebawah, aktifitas mereka sebagai pengemis kerap dianggap mengganggu ketertiban sosial, namun sebenarnya kehadiran pengemis adalah bentuk gagal dari pemerintah baik itu pusat atau daerah dalam mensejahterakan rakyatnya. Bukan pemandangan aneh, saat berada di lampu merah, warung, pertokoan, dan di tempat-tempat lainnya, tiba-tiba ada seseorang yang mendekati, baik itu anak kecil, anak muda, orang tua bahkan orang yang tidak mempunyai salah satu anggota tubuhnya dengan pakaian yang compang-camping dan wajah memelas menadahkan tangannya meminta sodakoh. Dengan banyaknya orang yang menggeluti aktifitas sebagai pengemis jika para pengemis diarahkan, di bombing mental dan keterampilannya, bukan tidak mungkin akan menjadi tenaga kerja yang yang berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Dakwah Terhadap Kelompok Pengemis Desa Sidamulya Kecamatan Astanajapura Kabupaten Cirebon dan respon para pengemis terhadap kegiatan dakwah yang dilaksanakan, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kelompok pengemis setelah diadakannya kegiatan dakwah. Penelitian ini berdasarkan sebuah kerangka pemikiran bahwa kondisi pengemis Desa Sidamulya ini sangat memprihatinkan dan menjadi topik utama. Dimana para da‟I dengan penerapan sebelumnya dengan metode dakwah bil lisan, tidak merubah aktifitasnya sebagai pengemis. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Selain menggunakan berbagai buku sebagai sumber data teoritik, juga mencari sumber data empiric dengan melakukan obserfasi di lapangan dengan mengamati secara langsung aktifitas para pengemis, dan melihat kegiatan para pengemis saat mengikuti program-program dakwah yang dilaksanakan, wawancara dengan aparat desa Sidamulya, tokoh masyarakat, dan para objek dakwah yaitu kelompok pengemis desa Sidamulya. Berdasarkan penelitian,penulis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Penerapan Dakwah Terhadap Kelompok Pengemis Desa Sidamulya Kecamatan Astanajapura Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu dakwah bil hal berupa kegiatan SOSIALISASI DAKWAH, memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap prilaku, perubahan dalam keterampilan (skill) para pengemis dan dapat merubah aktifitas keseharian para pengemis

    Managing Sinkholes at Project Site, A Saudi Arabian Case History

    The sub-surface geology of the Project Site, in at least six out of a total of eight Zones, are characterized by presence of highly to moderately weathered and fractured Limestone formation. This is generally encountered at a depth ranging from surface to 1.50 meter. However, there is yet another dimension to this geology. A typical characteristic of this bedrock is the presence and occurrence of numerous small to large Cavities, Sinkholes and/or Limestone Solution Channels, which are often found to be filled with clay/silt/sand. A serious program was undertaken to map all these Karstic features. An extensive “Cavity Search Probing” was conducted under footprints of each building to ensure the competence of the strata below. The probing was done using “Pneumatic Driving” of a Rock Probe into the bedrock using a Wagon Drill, with compressed air to clean the hole as it advanced. Semi-Rigid Raft Foundation was used to circumvent the Cavities & Sinkhole problems at the Site. This paper focuses on the experiences vis-à-vis the above and brings to light the Case History leading to managing and circumventing the Sinkholes & Bedrock Cavities at the Project Site per se

    This wireless power transfer (WPT) is to develop one of the tools for power transfer through wireless. In this project wireless power transfer with multilevel output voltage was built. The output from this project is 12V and 5V. Normally, most of the appliances in home need the cables to transfer the electrical energy with different voltages from power source. The more appliances used, the more cables needed. The cables have high risk to damage or loosened and can expose into electrical short or maybe fire because they are not tidy and messy. So, the numbers of cables used should be minimized to avoid the dangerous risk. To overcome this problem, wireless power transfer should be developed by using concept of electromagnetic methodology circle type. There are certain ranges that power can be transfer efficiently. As a result from this project, there are different types of graph by using different resistor which is 1 kΩ and 330 Ω at a certain distance. The gains are different from 1 kΩ and 330 Ω by using different resistor. It recorded by the both resistor shown the low gain when the distance of receiver are far away from transmitter. The efficiency also shown the different value when the distance far away. The efficiency is less than 1 %. The distance used in this project is 0 cm to 3 cm. So, the distance of this project give affects to the output result which is 5 V and 12 V to light the LED light.
