MENCARI BENANG MERAH PEMIKIRAN MELAYU-JAWA MELALUI PENGAJIAN MANUSKRIP KUNA

Penelitian yang berjudul “Mencari Benang Merah Pemikiran Melayu-Jawa Melalui Pengajian Manuskrip Kuna” bertujuan untuk: 1) menemukan proses saling menginspirasi karya sastra Melayu-Jawa dalam manuskrip Melayu-Jawa; 2) menemukan manuskrip-manuskrip yang mencerminkan hubungan budaya antara Melayu-Jawa; 3) menyusun interkultural Melayu-Jawa dalam manuskrip sumber kajian; 4) menganalisis benang merah pemikiran Melayu-Jawa dalam manuskrip dalam sumber kajian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian filologi dengan langkah: studi pustaka, menetapkan manuskrip-manuskrip yang memiliki hubungan budaya, menetapkan manuskrip sumber kajian, melakukan alih aksara, melakukan penerjemahan, dan menyusun interkultural manuskrip sumber kajian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya benang merah pemikiran Melayu-Jawa pada aspek: memiliki sumber karya yang sama yaitu Persia dan India, karya digubah atas perintah Raja/ oleh Raja, karya sastra merupakan pedoman pemerintahan raja-raja, berisi tentang cara beribadah menurut Islam, sifat-sifat mulia yang harus dimiliki para raja dalam memerintah, teknik memerintah agar negeri aman dan makmur

Incidence Of Banana Bunchy Top Disease In West Java, Indonesia : Luas Serangan Penyakit Bunchy Top Pisang Di Jawa Barat, Indonesia

Intisari: Penyakit Bunchy Top adalah penyakit virus yang secara ekonomis paling penting pada icmaman pisang. Penyakit ini tersebar luas di Asia dan Pasifik Selatan. Di Indonesia, penyakit pertama kali dilaporkan pada tahun 1979 di Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat dan sekarang tersebar luas di beberapa daerah pertanaman. Pengamatan luas serangan penyakit dilakukan di lima wilayah pertanaman pisang terbesar dengan luas serangan penyakit bervariasi dari 0 - 38,6%. Kebanyakan, kultivar-kultivar lokal yang turnbuh terserang dengan tingkat intensitas yang bervariasi. Kultivar-kultivar yang terinfeksi diantaranta adalah Mull, Ncrngka, Raja, Kepolc dan Ambon. Berdasarkan uji ELISA diketahui bahwa virus Bunchy Top merupakan penyebab penyakit dan menunjang kerentanan relatif pada kultivar-kultivar yang diamati. Kebarryakan petani tidak menaruh perhatian pada penyakit ini dan cenderung memelihara tanaman terinfeksi. Beberapa petani memotong batang semu terinfeksi, tetapi tidak sampai pada pangkal batang, sehingga menyebabkan penyakit terus berkembang ke tcmaman-tanaman yang baru. Analisis Pengaruh Peran Teknologi Terhadap Pendapatan Pelaku Usaha Mikro Pada Event Car Free Day Desa Kalisat Kecamatan Kalisat

The progress of a country can be seen through its economic growth, where Economic Growth is one of the determining indicators of success in economic development. Economic activities are efforts to improve the welfare of society, and with increasing economic growth, the needs of the people can be fulfilled. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the areas of focus for the government and society at large because MSMEs play an important role. MSMEs are a way to address poverty issues and drive economic growth. Moreover, MSMEs provide another avenue for job creation. Indonesia has a significant number of business players, but there are several factors that can hinder their business activities, such as limited capital, low-quality resources, inefficient production systems, lack of financial management systems, inadequate marketing strategies, and a shortage of business premises. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of Business Duration, Capital, and Technology on the income of business actors in the CFD event in Kalisat Village. The results of the study show that the variables of Business Duration, Capital, and Technology have a positive effect, and only the Capital variable has a significant impact on the income of business actors

EVALUASI KEWAJIBAN PERPAJAKAN PPH BADAN PADA PERUSAHAAN JASA KONSTRUKSI (Studi Kasus pada PT. Nurcahya Jaya Mandiri Demak)

PT. Nurcahya Jaya Mandiri as a company that was built in 2009 experienced difficulties in fulfilling the obligations of taxation, especially in income tax. This research is a case study that evaluates the tax liability of income tax on construction services company PT. Nurcahya Jaya Mandiri. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the calculation of corporate income tax liability is in conformity with the Taxation Law Number 36 Year 2008 regarding Income Tax and Government Regulation No. 51 of 2008 as well as whether the income tax deposit and reporting are in accordance with PMK of Finance Number 187/PMK. 03/2008 or not. This study uses quantitative methods without statistics by analyzing quantitative and qualitative analysis. The quantitative analysis used to determine the magnitude of the differences that arise in the calculation of tax liabilities between the Corporate Tax Taxation Law No. 36 of 2008 concerning income tax and PP No. 51 year 2008 regarding income tax on income from construction services business with the PT. Nurcahya Jaya Mandiri. Qualitative analysis was performed by comparing between the PMK Number 187/PMK.03/2008 with those already made by PT. Nurcahya Jaya Mandiri, whether it is appropriate or correction still needs to be done. The results provide the conclusion that in the calculation of Income Tax Article 4, paragraph 2 and for depositing and reporting of the company are correct

THE TEACHINGS TO REACH LIFE SAFETY AND CHARACTER VALUES IN SERAT GEMBRING BARING

This research aims to (1) inventory and describe the manuscript of Serat Gembring Baring, (2) display and describe the teachings to reach life safety in the manuscript, (3) explain the character values in the manuscript.  The data are all text or lyrics song in the manuscript. The type of this research was descriptive research with a content analysis method. The process of collecting the data is done by reading technique, taking note and also selecting or reducing the data. The data were analysed descriptively. The validity of the data was gained through semantic validity. Intrarater and interrater reliabity was used to gain the reliability of the data. From the results of the analysis, there are 11 text of Serat Gembring Baring and the manuscript used in this research is still well. There were 6 things that must be done to achieve safety, 1) must have knowledge; 2) must learn about theology (Islam) and science of Java; 3) do the goodness; 4) stay away from the bad things; 5) always pray; and 6) have faith. There are 10 character values in Serat Gembring Baring still related to present life, including religiousity, honesty, discipline, preserance, democracy, curiousity, respect, friendliness, sociability, and responsibility

Javanese Language Maintenance in Ahmad Tohari’s Bekisar Merah: A Sosiolinguistics Analysis

This study aims to determine the form of Javanese language maintenance and to describe the factors motivating the use of Javanese language in Ahmad Tohari’s Bekisar Merah. This study will also discuss strategies of language maintenance in literature. The research herein applies descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study show that the maintenance of Javanese language in Ahmad Tohari’s Bekisar Merah occurs in word forms, suluk, and Javanese philosophy. The factors motivating the use of Javanese language as a form of language maintenance in the novel are (1) the background of the author, and (2) the effort to uphold Javanese language. Furthermore, there are two general strategies of Javanese language maintenance, particularly in literature, i.e. (1) literature spreading, and (2) authors’ loyalty to local languages as the manifestation of language maintenance

EKSPERIMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE ARTIKULASI DAN TIPE STAD TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VII SMP N 3 KAJEN

Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Artikulasi, STAD merupakan model pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi siswa dengan cara diskusi. Hal ini merupakan trobosan yang mampu mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran. Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran matematika antara lain rendahnya hasil belajar matematika serta inovasi pembelajaran yang belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe artikulasi, tipe STAD dan model pembelajaran langsung terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada materi aritmatika sosial siswa kelas VII SMP N 3 Kajen. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar matematika yang menggunakan model kooperatif tipe artikulasi dan STAD telah mencapai KKM, kemudian pada hasil uji ANOVA terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan . Uji lanjut menggunakan uji pasca ANOVA diperoleh bahwa model kooperatif tipe artikulasi lebih baik dari tipe STAD dan model pembelajaran langsung. Kemudian dengan uji z diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pada model kooperatif tipe artikulasi dan STAD mencapai ketuntasan belajar

Pengaruh Rekrutmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Hotel Bintang Lima Pekanbaru

This research was conducted at the Hotel Bintang Lima Pekanbaru, the study aims to determine the effect of recruitment to employee performance. Recruitment as an independent variable (X), while the performance of the employee as the dependent variable (Y).Samples are 26 respondents, all employees of a Hote Bitang Lima Pekanbaru.data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS program. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0,731. That is to say, the recruitmen affects the performance of employees amounted to 73,1%.Keywords : Recruitment, Employee Performance, Hotel Bintang Lima Pekanbar

PENGARUH KONSENTRASI GA-3, LAMA PERENDAMAN DAN VARIETAS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT JAMBU METE (Anacardium occidentale L)

The objective this study was to know the effect  factor interaction of GA-3 concentration, submersion duration and variety on Anacardium  occidentale growth seeding. The experiment was carried out from September 2010 until December 2016 in Wonogiri. With the altitude was a baut 359 metres above sea level.The design used was randomized, consist of three factors and three replication. The first factor was GA-3 consentration consist of 0, 100, 200 and 1000 ppm, the second factor was submersion duration consist 0f 24, 48 and 72 hours and the third factor was variety consist of local Wonogiri and Sri Lanka. The results of the experiment showed that : 1) Submersion duration effect on variety local Wonogiri that seed germinating 100% than variety Sri Lanka that seed gerimnating 80% only; 2) Increasing of GA-3 concentration until 1000 ppm could increase leaf length, leaf width, height plant, circle stem, leaf number, fresh weight seedling, dry weight seedling 6 and 12 week after plant but decreasion of root number, root lenght and relative growth rate; 3) Increasing of submersion duration until 72 hour could increase height plant, fresh weight seedling and dry weight seedling 12 week after plant but decreasion of relative growth rate; 4) No effect interaction between treatment on all variable; 5) GA-3 concentration 1000 ppm, submersion duration 72 hour and variety local Wonogiri that effect good on Anacardium occidentale growty seedling; 6) GA-3 concentration optimum 910 ppm gave height plant maximum 32,99 cm and submersion duration optimum 72 hours gave height plant maximum 29,16 cm; 7) GA-3 concentration optimum 793,75 ppm gave leaf number maximum 22,96

LAKU IN ATTAINING PERFECTION OF LIFE ACCORDING TO JAVANESE MANUSCRIPT “NGELMI PANGRUCAT”

Abstract:  Laku in Attaining Perfection of Life According to Javanese Manuscript “Ngelmi Pangrucat”. Life tranquility is something which is always wanted by everyone. The last purpose of tranquil life achievement is to reach the perfection of life in this world and hereafter. However, not everyone is aware of behaving well to attain the life tranquility. Regarding to this, the role of ancestors’ writings in the form of Javanese manuscript is very important to deepen human understanding in achieving the perfection of life in which the contents contained remain relevant to be used as life guidance. How is laku? This article explains about manners (laku) to reach life perfection based on Javanese manuscript entitled Ngelmi Pangrucat. This study employed descriptive method by using modern philology theory approach. The result of the study is the text on Ngelmi Pangrucat manuscript with latin characters which are correct. Additionally, sentences were found containing the steps of Ngelmi Pangrucat in the form of laku in order to attain the tranquility and perfection of life on earth and hereafter.
